Undoubtedly, it's not one of the best puzzle games in the console, not even between the physics and movement ones, but yet it is a keen and entertaining game which will amuse genre fans for a few hours. The result is good, but the scarce variety and a little attractive fight system are sensible cons, but there is a public which will have a lot of fun with it.
-
Though the touch screen is superior to the Wii remote in the area of item placement, item acquisition (when you grab the item from the item window) and retrieval (when you pick up an item that has already been placed) are a glitchy mess on the DS, making this an inferior version.
-
Gravity has the right stuff to be a sleeper puzzle game, but it stumbles a bit with a design that's a little rough around the edges. It feels too light on content for its pricetag, at least on Wii. The design seems better suited for the DS platform's pick-up-and-play experience, but the technology isn't quite up to the game's potential.

Nintendo GamerIf someone could give this a tidy-up with some spot-on physics and some real challenges it could be a gem. Shame. [Feb 2009, p.77]
-
The game is mildly entertaining for the meager few hours it lasts, but if you're into the homebrew scene, you've already got access to something far more entertaining - and free, I might add.
-
The concept behind Deep Silver’s Professor Heinz Wolff’s Gravity is good on paper but it was poorly executed in every possible way. There are some salvageable parts the game, just not enough to warrant any sort of purchase. If you’re still tempted to try this one out, I can only recommend renting the Wii version as the controls make it the only one worth playing.
-
With downloadable levels, additional stages and balanced gameplay, Gravity could've really been something special. Instead, this is a puzzle game best left on the shelf.
