Here be dragons is a proposal that manages to enchant us with its successful naval combat system and particular aesthetics, but that after several hours of play, does not get better. More innovation, complexity and a multiplayer option are missed to get into its competitive mode more than ever. We find ourselves with a simple and challenging bet, which solidly takes advantage of its basic premise in the use of the turn-based combat system. An entertaining title, but it also has factors that could be improved and polished.- Meristation

The new Mario Tennis Open continues with his famous and funny arcade style. In addition you must try the multiplayer mode, is the best one in that videogame. Truly unique in the Vita catalogue, Murasaki Baby is again proof of how a game can really be a piece of art on its own. Isle of Armor is an interesting shot of new content which the original Pokémon Sword and Shield players will be able to extend the game experience for a few hours. Cryostasis is a good attempt to extend the FPS genre and blend it with some survival-horror ideas. Despite the fact that the game is sharp and brilliant at the visuals, it ends reusing the same ideas over and over again. Creepy environment and frozen zombies are the main hazards for Alexander Nesterov, a Russian soldier that has the ability to revive the last minutes of the dead humans. Risen 2 should have been bigger, bolder and a more interesting than the first one. But its clunky combat makes it no favours, and, overall, the lack of a single, cohesive and huge landmass like the first one undermines the exploration component and makes the world less interesting. Certainly with this game we 'don't need another hero', especially if we know the Mad Max series and/or we have seen Fury Road this year. Mad Max has good aspects and bad aspects. We can point to the very poor story, the uninspired missions we tackled in the campaign mode or the repetitive elements once we reach the middle part of the story, but this game is so damned fun when we're beating the crap out of a bunch of scavengers, or just destroying a convoy with our car, that if you're a fan of Max, or just want to have fun, this game deserves your attention.- Meristation

When we are on the court, we have nothing but good words for NBA 2K24, with a solid gameplay, improved thanks to ProPLAY, and amazing visuals. The problems come when we go out of it, finding the always present microtransactions and other decisions difficult to understand.- Meristation

Volition takes what had worked on Saint's Row and adds some of the best things that have popularized games like Overwatch. For example, twelve characters that represent the variety the secondary missions don't have, and a story mode that isn't the most important in a game that just wants to entertain you.. and it absolutely does.- Meristation

With some small gameplay changes and an improved My Team Mode, NBA 2K21 offers enough to still be considered one of the best sports videogames on the market. Still, it takes a more powerful hardware to show the great change the franchise really needs.- Meristation

Rise of the Tomb Raider: The Cold Darkness Awakened brings hours of new content, and a more exigent and immersive stealth action, regrettably the content seems very limited in relation to the Price.- Meristation

Silent Hill: Downpour is a good game, with many great ideas and a nice story. It's a nice comeback to the series, despite its technical issues and the bugged combat. A nice survival horror that goes back to the roots of the genre.- Meristation

One of the few options for kids in the Xbox One initial lineup. They will especially appreciate the animal interactions and the educational side of the game. As a tycoon, it was greatly adapted to a console but fell short on the management side.- Meristation

Lacking the hype, but surprising us all. Stoked is a good snowboarding game, with a great gameplay for both newcomers and experts. Many things to do, both online and offline, with several good ideas that create a fun experience. Interesting choice for snowboard lovers.- Meristation
