Jul 13, 2017Kirby’s Blowout Blast is easily my favourite of the mini games released on the 3DS due to how much more depth is has compared to the others. You’re getting around 5-6 hours of play from your $10 purchase, making it a good way to tide you over until Kirby returns later this year on the 3DS and Switch in 2018.

Nintendo Force MagazineAug 24, 2017I like it – but it's really still just a proof of concept. [Issue #29, p. 22]

Jul 6, 2017The package brings in some twenty new stages.

Jul 11, 2017Kirby's Blowout Blast on Nintendo 3DS eShop isn't going to be lighting anyone's world on fire, but it's a bite-sized little beauty for Kirby fans. Its short stages and score-based focus deliver a highly inviting title with extra replayability that completely captures the heart of Kirby adventures. While the cost is fair, it's sadly far too short and a full version of this would have been very welcomed.

Jul 13, 2017This is a smaller Kirby game, but still quite enjoyable. If you want more Kirby and you're ok with a less traditional approach, this is a good choice.

Jul 6, 2017Quotation forthcoming.

Jul 10, 2017Although it's set in the delightful Kirby universe, there's no denying that Blowout Blast is little more than a bare-bones and unchallenging experience. That being said, if you want to teach a toddler how to play video games then this is a solid entry point.

Dec 1, 2021A god-tier game. Better than Mario. I don't believe why anyone doesn't like Kirby
