The lack of revolutionary game design turns this into a hard-to-swallow experience without the appropriate mindset. An interesting effort nonetheless.- LevelUp

Just Dance 2025 Edition is an update that adds 40 new songs from various genres, so it is a good option to try with family and friends. Sadly, there is not much more to say about it.- LevelUp

Gorgeous at times and frustrating at others, Mulaka is a beautiful journey with an important social message hidden in a format that is too ambitious.- LevelUp

Vader Immortal: A Star Wars VR Series is a good starting point to explore that galaxy far, far away through virtual reality. However, the main value lies in the presentation and the value of the source material, rather than the game itself.- LevelUp

Exoprimal is a mixed experience. Its simple concept offers immediate fun, as defeating dozens of dinosaurs with the exosuits is very satisfying during the first couple of hours. Unfortunately, the combat system is unable to sustain the entire experience and avoid the feeling of monotony.- LevelUp

A solid re-take on the classic Pac-Man concept, now with infinite scrolling levels and extra-glitchyness. Despite having multiplayer and free skins on consoles and PC, the game feels repetitive and samey. If you are looking for a more interesting modern variation of Pac-Man, you are better off with the Championship Edition.- LevelUp

Nickelodeon All Star Brawl is a solid and very fast fighter that focuses its attention on delivering an experience that is competitive and fun. His faults are the lack of content, and the much-needed voice talent to bring to life the iconic roster of characters. All-Star Brawl can be improved but it seems that the game is not finished yet.- LevelUp

Arcade racing is what has defined Need for Speed since its creation, and Payback is not an exception to this rule. However, due unbalanced progression and the irrelevant single player campaign, this new iteration seem rather uninspired and lackluster.- LevelUp

When it's about to get better, The Order: 1886 ends abruptly and leaves us with a bitter taste. Its unimaginative level design, boring lycan combat and substandard pacing almost ruin the whole experience, had it not been for the best visuals on the console right now and great weapon design. The IP has potential, and we hope that Ready at Dawn learns from its mistakes. They've got something interesting here.- LevelUp

A heavier, slower version of Dark Souls, this gritty dungeon crawler succeeds in creating a distinctive feel but fails to achieve mechanical perfection and coherent design.- LevelUp

Not a movie, nor a videogame, David Cage's Beyond: Two Souls lacks the defining elements of both kinds of media. On one hand, we have confusing and obnoxious controls; on the other, a plot full of movie clichés and weak characters. While the game demonstrates great art work and conceptualization, its frequent glitches and frame rate issues ruin some of its best moments. At the end, Beyond: Two Souls does not fulfill the promise made by Heavy Rain, and it remains as a flawed, albeit interesting experiment.- LevelUp

Murdered: Soul Suspect is like a diamond in the rough: a dead detective, with supernatural powers, who has to solve his own assassination is an attractive plot. Having said that, Airtight Games didn't know how tap into those features to deliver what could have been an excellent game about finding clues and solving crime scenes. At least the game delivers a somewhat interesting story with an unpredictable ending.- LevelUp

Small additions to gameplay still manage to keep Dead or Alive 6 as a solid alternative in the fighting genre. However, much of its appeal has vanished in order to fit a gargantuan season pass that betrays its collecting soul.- LevelUp

Mafia II stood out during the last generation of consoles for all the right reasons. This is why it is not surprising that in 2020 it is as entertaining as it was before. Sadly, Mafia II: Definitive Edition turns out to be a remaster that is far from reaching the heights of the original. It is not a catastrophic product at any means, but Mafia fans deserve more.- LevelUp

Beyond: Two Souls didn't live up to the expectations created by its huge production values. It is not a good game or a good movie and neither its resolution nor its framerate will change that. Thus, the virtue behind this new release is to appear better than it really is.- LevelUp

Dragon Ball: Xenoverse serves as good entry point for those who have never played a title in the series, due to efficient tutorials, tons of fan service and an accessible battle system. Now, if what you want is a great fighting game with Goku and his friends, you might as well look somewhere else, because Xenoverse is more of an online RPG game.- LevelUp

Cold, Cold Heart is an expansion that only Batman and Arkham Origins' lovers should play. It introduces an awesome thermal outfit for the Dark Knight and it allows the player to know Mr. Freeze's origins. Having said that, it doesn't really enhance the incredible freeflow combat system or add any new gadgets.- LevelUp

God of War and God of War II from the God of War Collection are awesome games, but the touchpad implementations added to the PlayStation Vita pack lack creativity and feel more like forced features than useful ones. The God of War Collection for PlayStation 3 is way better than this new version for the handheld platform.- LevelUp

Every Harry Potter fan has wished to feel the air on his face while flying on a broom at full speed in search of the golden Snitch. Harry Potter Quidditch Champions succeeds in fulfilling that dream halfway, because it conveys the excitement of the matches but turns off after a few hours. The lack of content and game modes make the experience become repetitive, plus the campaign is short and the rewards are not worth it. If you are a PlayStation Plus subscriber give it a try and judge for yourself.- LevelUp
