Final Fantasy Explorers works well as an entry-level experience for anyone looking for something like Monster Hunter. It may not have a plot to follow, but the gameplay value rests on its multiplayer, as well as on its monster and weapon crafting.- LevelUp

Polyphony Digital had three years to truly work on this game and they delivered the same experience as Gran Turismo 5 just with some minor tweaks. Gran Turismo 6 feels more like an expansion rather than a brand new game. It's very disappointing for true racing fans.- LevelUp

SNK vs Capcom: SVC CHAOS returns straight from the arcades as a re-release with few new features. A game that went unnoticed but shines for its characters and solid control. SNK vs Capcom: SVC CHAOS has a broken balance and that can't be changed but playing it is a lot of fun. The opportunity to play it online gives it a lot of value and fortunately it works perfectly. Other than that, this version has little else to offer and the game is starting to feel old. A few image tweaks and other improvements would make this game more valuable in its comeback.- LevelUp

Luffy's new adventure offers an original story created by Eiichiro Oda. However, it does not shine due to the brief duration of its campaign.- LevelUp

Strider will satisfy those who didn´t play the arcade game, but it suffers under its repetitive design, lack of enemy variety, generic look and problematic input.- LevelUp

Super Bomberman R 2 includes everything that worked in the past in a single package with few new features. The story mode is short and repetitive but shines with its multiplayer modes. Most of its potential in recycled content, it's still a good option to play with friends and it's your first approach with this legendary character.- LevelUp

The current state of Marvel's Avengers is not much different from how we find Bruce Banner in the game's campaign. They are both in a bad position and they don't shine as brightly as they should. However, they also have the potential to be something bigger, stronger and special. In Marvel’s Avengers you will find a brilliant really good campaign and a competent looter multiplayer, but Crystal Dynamics still has work to do.- LevelUp

Despite some balancing issues, the lack of an engaging main story and the absence of a training option, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution consolidates as a worthy addition to the series, due to the abundance of available characters and references, its seductive visuals, well rounded animations, and above all else, the subtle and positive changes to the fighting mechanics.- LevelUp

Dragged down by a dated and boring campaign, Lost Ark is saved by an engaging and visually attractive combat system. Although it has payed elements, it’s a good choice for an MMO with tons of content.- LevelUp

Despite some undeniable improvements in terms of art direction and the underlying soul of the concept, Watch_Dogs 2 is still a sloppy product. With the persistence of AI oddities, dull graphics and physics, stereotypical plot and character design, conspicuous asset recycling, serious online problems and so on, Watch_Dogs 2's lack of polish stops it from achieving excellence once again.- LevelUp

A bittersweet successor to an indie classic. Shakedown: Hawaii is a fun game that pokes fun at capitalism and unethical business practices that, in the end, falls flat.- LevelUp

A superb atmospheric horror experience, Layers of Fear succeeds in taking terror videogames to the next levels in terms of immersion, but fails to deliver little else than another artistic walking simulator.- LevelUp

Nikoderiko: The Magical World could be labeled as the son of Donkey Kong Country and Crash Bandicoot, but almost all the experience is based on the Nintendo IP. It’s great and it has the same level of quality, but we expected to see more unique ideas and concepts. Also, the Nintendo Switch version is not the ideal way ti play it.- LevelUp

WildStar is not afraid of borrowing elements from other MMOs, as it has the right attitude and personality to stand out from the rest. It is a colorful and explosive blend that may not revolutionize the genre but certainly refreshes it.- LevelUp

Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle seems to be at the level of the first installment, although at times it suggests that it is falling behind. Unlike Daymare 1998, we are faced with a proposal that got caught up in its attempt to pay homage and its desire to do something original. Despite this, it can be a passable old-school horror game experience.- LevelUp

To the clinical eye of the hardcore fan, Crash Bandicoot 4 on Nintendo Switch can be considered as avoidable, however, this may well be different for those who seek the portable experience. Despite the obvious limits of this version, everything, maintains its essence in terms of design and mechanics, saving it from disaster.- LevelUp

Hot Wheels Unleashed 2: Turbocharged is an entertaining game, but it has a long way to go before it can compete against the big names of the genre. It is evident that Milestone thought of it as a casual arcade racing game that you can enjoy in challenges with your friends to spend a time full of laughter and chaotic fun. Unfortunately, this good foundation suffers from a completely soulless and generic track design that you'll quickly forget.- LevelUp

If you are looking for a game that will make you laugh, High On Life is the one. It's a bare bones FPS with acid humor, brilliant characters, and it's filled with absurd situations; it will make you feel inside an Adult Swim series. However, its limited exploration and rhythm, the game is better committed to making you laugh rather than shoot.- LevelUp

A Way Out intended to renew the forgotten split screen cooperative experience, but fell short in its execution. The result is not as overwhelming as you think; A Way Out is fun and it's better to play with a partner on the couch. However, if you wanted to find the holy grail of cooperative gaming, maybe you should look elsewhere.- LevelUp

Ghostwire: Tokyo is a game that we greatly enjoyed. Unfortunately, Tango Gameworks' approach was to create a game where style is dominant and little substance is offered. In terms of setting and art design it is one of the most unique games we have seen in a long time. However, it is a bland and run-of-the-mill title gameplay-wise.- LevelUp

Another generic title from Dimps, Soldiers' Soul has little to offer that hasn't been seen before, but the Latin American localization really takes this to another level for the numerous fans from those regions. Apart from that, little to no novelties and a recycled storyline signify little more than mediocrity for this game.- LevelUp

Despite all the promises and the delays, Crackdown 3 is an unexpected miracle. It’s genuinely a fun game to pick up and play for a couple of days, but not for longer, as its dated design will turn this experience into a boring and monotonous adventure. Might not be worth the full price, but for members of Xbox Game Pass it’s an obligatory stop.- LevelUp
