A must-play for fans enjoying the new Switch 2.

Although Planet Coaster belongs to a niche genre, it is a well-crafted product that we hope will keep being polished. Despite imperfections that certainly affect the experience, its achievements and potential are worthy of admiration and it is a game worth playing.

CULTIC is a love letter for boomer shooter fans that has the perfect mix between old and new, resulting in a product with the potential to rise above similar games. It's a worthy look back to the roots of the FPS genre, while also forging a path into a new genre.

Fire Emblem Engage explores new formulas with a splash of nostalgia. While it's full of chliché moments, its agile battle system will test in you in battle to come up with a good strategy. Fire Emblem Engage takes a risk with a new proposal that highlights his legacy.

LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker is a step forward for the franchise and trace the base for the next LEGO games. His strengths surpass his flaws, so this is a very fun and charming adventure that offers dozens of hours of entertainment. Frank and Drake has been a pleasant, fun, emotional and highly recommended experience, a fair break from all the saturation of the AAAs and the monstrosity of their ambitious plans.

Pentiment is an excellent narrative adventure with Obsidian's quality seal. No fan of the genre should miss it. It is a unique game thanks to its incredible visual presentation and historical background. The studio manages to move away from the hardcore RPG to give us an alternative and great vision of role-playing games. It is clearly a niche game that probably not everyone will appreciate.

Although not as popular as other sports franchises, EA Sports UFC 4 is one of the best simulation games out there today. EA Vancouver struck a balance between realistic and video game elements to deliver a game that meets MMA fans' expectations.

PES 2015 could be more intuitive and precise in some regards, but this game as a whole represents a huge improvement over last-gen iterations and more importantly, it returns the series to a competitive standard with a defined concept to look forward to.

Greak: Memories of Azur is a game with a good artistic direction, well-implemented mechanics, satisfying combat, and is full of details that show the affection with which it was made. The handling of 3 main characters and the puzzle solving are the most original touch of the game, while also taking influences from iconic works such as Hollow Knight and Ori and the Blind Forest to make it a better title.

A gruesome descent into hell filled with relentless challenge in every inch, The Old Hunters is a great continuation of Bloodborne, even if it ends feeling rather short and some recycled elements make it lose some luster.

A fun, imaginative game. Ratchet & Clank is the proof that platform games are not an outdated genre thanks to its fun gameplay, crazy weapons, great animations and some awesome new ideas.

Dense, immersive and beautiful, Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice is a genuine surprise. With a unique atmosphere, outstanding sound design and solid controls, it could have been masterful had it not been for the creeping shadow of repetitiveness, an exhausting dose of backtracking and some frustration to stop it, especially towards the end. Having said that, this is a truly remarkable and affordable experience.

Brief and simple, SteamWorld Dig: A Fistful of Dirt is also addictive and fun, with just the right amount of entertainment for your coin.

Despite being a 2-year-old game, Sonic Colors feels fresh, fun, and dynamic. The levels are colorful, interesting to navigate and fun to repeat. Control is decent, something that's more than can be said for most 3D Sonic titles. The music is energetic, upbeat and in tune with the setting of the game. The art direction corresponds to the title: bright colors and different palettes for each world. The story is simple but entertaining and does not go to the extreme of being naive or pretentious. In addition, the power-ups that the wisps give add a lot of depth to the game. Although the cinematics are poorly scaled and it has very little new content and is not revolutionary, it is a charming title worth spending a couple of afternoons. No bugs found in the PS4 version of the game.

An undeniable improvement over last year's iteration, PES 2017 looks and feels amazing, but the ever-growing licensing problem is reaching a point in which it disrupts immersion and some gameplay elements such as transfers an auction tools in myClub. On top of that, there's little innovation when it comes to game modes and the online front remains uninspired and stale.

With The Outer Worlds, Obsidian delivers a worthy entry into the RPG genre with a fun script and good direction. While the scope of the game is shorter than in appears, character development and decision-making guarantee a solid experience, despite some polishing issues.

All these changes are noticeable and put the franchise in the right direction.

The Devil's Cartel, developed by Visceral Games, offers a frenetic, arcade style coop experience. The inclusion of the Frostbite 2 engine takes the destruction to a whole new level, especially when combined with the use of Overkill, an ability that will make you an unstoppable killing machine.

Magic 2014 is a good example of a franchise that keeps improving and adding new challenges and experiences, although its own nature hasn't allowed the developer to make a significant gameplay advance.

Pokémon Sun and Moon brings a lot of changes to the main series. It’s easier to play and gives new users yet another chance to be part of a 20 year old franchise. Having said that, the story is dull ─Team Skull makes the anime Rocket Team look like a superior enemy─. Online multiplayer, on the other hand, is well organized but the local variant feels too simplistic. This is a typical case of "one step forward and two steps back." Some of adjustments are a success but the game also has many imperfections the developers should learn from in order to make a better Pokémon game.

What it lacks in variety and depth, Titanfall makes up for in balance, excitement and addictiveness. It is not the FPS messiah some say it is, but it certainly is the breath of fresh air the genre needed so badly.
