Nocturnal is a compact proposal, to the point and with interesting mechanics in terms of combat and puzzles. It is far from the great exponents of the genre, but it bets on some original elements that can undoubtedly attract an audience that does not want to complicate itself with the rigid, demanding and absorbing structure of a pure and simple Metroidvania.- LevelUp

WWE 2K26 has a nice balance between adding new elements and tweaking its formula while respecting what has worked for years. Each year, it demonstrates why the series is the best wrestling simulator on the market, and this time it gets so close to realism that there are even a couple of annoying things. Clearly, it's an imperfect title, but the elements that work fine are pure quality.- LevelUp

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is not the abomination haters would want it to be but it is clear that the franchise is going through an identity crisis. Under its bizarre sci-fi concept, the campaign still has some of the core elements you would expect from the single player mode, but the overly convoluted structure of the multiplayer, chaotic rhythm, the flashy presentation of Zombies in Spaceland and a few technical hiccups will make you hesitate when calling this a Call of Duty game.- LevelUp

Despite the criticisms and mistakes that the franchise has suffered in its period of greatest success but also of greatest comfort, EA Sports FC 24 is a good football game that demonstrates the intention to grow and fulfill its expectations. fans of the most famous and passionate sport in the world. Pokémon Legends: Z-A is a bold step forward for the franchise, turning the traditional formula into a fast-paced action RPG. Its combat system is thrilling, strategic, and refreshingly different, while its return to Kalos brings nostalgic charm. However, its single-city setting, underwhelming visuals, and lack of voice acting keep it from true greatness. Still, Legends: Z-A captures the wonder and heart of Pokémon better than any recent entry. A strong evolution, even if not the final form.- LevelUp

In the end, Reus 2 comes out on top. Despite its shortcomings as a console port, particularly the lack of ideal adaptation for traditional controls, it's a solid strategy and management game. Given its difficulty level, learning curve, and audiovisual elements, I consider it a good entry point to the genre if you haven't tried it before or don't want to get bogged down in a sea of menus, options, and on-screen information. The simplistic yet effective style, combined with the hours of fun it provides and its creative possibilities, makes it an interesting option for passing the time, exercising your mind, and, why not, relaxing for a while.- LevelUp

Crimson Desert is one of the most ambitious games in a long time. It’s an expansive, and deeply detailed fantasy world that constantly invites exploration and rewards curiosity. As Dusk Falls is an emotional story with broken characters whose lives take a turn in the wrong direction simply because they were in the wrong place at the wrong time. Something that, unfortunately, can happen to anyone. This narrative introduces us to a cast of morally gray characters who must make difficult decisions with repercussions that mark their lives and the lives of others. EA Sports WRC is the first of its kind and although the result is bittersweet, it has solid foundations that could take the franchise to a better level. The heritage of Colin McRae's installments is there, Codemasters was guardian of it for 2 decades, and of course there is a vote of confidence for what they will do in future editions. Unfortunately, in his debut the result is not what was expected and amounts to a slump after a period with good results in his racing game releases. The 7th Guest VR pays a fair and fitting tribute to a classic from a bygone era in the history of video games. The most delightful aspect of the package is the story, which has remained largely intact, with standout performances from its charismatic cast and well-chosen costumes. While it may not be a groundbreaking title in the realm of virtual reality design, it is an intellectual journey that challenges with satisfying logic puzzles.- LevelUp

If classic construction and management games are overwhelming for you, Park Beyond will offer you a lighter experience, but with an interesting level of challenge. However, the Impossification option that gives it an unique touch was not enough to make it a must-play game- LevelUp

Need for Speed Unbound is perhaps one of the franchise's last efforts to stay alive at a time when its glory years are behind it. In the end, it brings together various elements that the fans requested to combine and execute them in a good way, resulting in a fun experience that keeps calling you back.- LevelUp

Kingdom Come: Deliverance is an unusual success story that leaves us with an important message: in this day and age, a large amount of players can —and will enjoy— a complex game that doesn’t hold you back. We loved every second: getting lost in Bohemia sprawling forests, riding horseback on green prairies, bleedin in the thick of combat and getting stuck between some odd bushes. Kingdom Come: Deliverance it’s a game we can recommend, with caution due its numerous rough edges.- LevelUp

Ghost Recon: Wildlands gives you all the tools needed to have a lot of fun with friends, despite some design flaws, minor bugs, an inconsistent narrative and a somewhat repetitive structure. As a solo experience, it is solid but too big to keep you interested, and with random people it can be too chaotic to enjoy. It all comes down to how are you going to play and who are you going to play it with.- LevelUp

Team Ninja's experiment in the open world with Rise of the Ronin leaves a bittersweet taste, although the studio's inexperience in these endeavors is understandable. However, the Japanese studio manages to get away with it thanks to its polished combat system that provides, on several occasions, impressive duels. As I warned, the niche is here for the duels and from that sense you will not be disappointed, apart from that, there are several forgettable elements, but it is a fact that the 2 incentives that I considered during my experience, the development of the story and its combat proposal, are enough to give it a chance.- LevelUp

Persona 5 Tactica is a spin-off that delivers without more. It's entertaining and fans of Persona 5 will be happy to spend a few more hours with the Phantom Thieves. Unfortunately, it lacks the impact needed to be one of those side projects that become an arm of the main franchise. Nor does it carry enough weight to become one of the best games of its genre. It is simply an entertaining title and little more.- LevelUp

The game is an interesting option for Nintendo Switch 2, with new features that improve the original version. There aren’t many, but the minigames that use the microphone, camera, mouse, and HD Rumble of the new Joy-Con 2 show what the console can do and offer fun moments with friends or alone.- LevelUp

Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles 2 is a sequel that improves on almost every aspect of the original game. The combat feels smoother, there’s more content to enjoy, and the visuals look great. Although the story mode can feel slow at times and lacks action in some parts, its faithfulness to the anime and the large roster of playable characters make it a highly recommended experience for fans of the series.- LevelUp

Although it does not add any new features to the series, Batman: Arkham Origins provides an amazing story and a big cast of villains from the Batman Universe. It also maintains every single aspect from Asylum and City, like the predator mode and free flow combat in a larger city with lots of secondary activities. The multiplayer experience — the first one in the franchise — is disappointing, but overall, Warner Bros. Montreal lived up to the standards established by Rocksteady.- LevelUp

Firewatch is for those gamers looking for something fresh or a slow-paced adventure. The result isn't perfect and it's clear that the studio still has a long way to go, but this is a good game and proof that you don't need a complicated narrative to tell a story that can captivate you from beginning to end.- LevelUp
