Another Code R is a game filled with great atmosphere and laid back entertainment. The control scheme is well adapted for the Wii and the same can be said for the presentation. We do have some major gripes with this game though. Dialogue sequences are often far too long and tedious and the puzzles are few and far in between. With some minor alterations this could have been a fantastic game, instead it's only a good one.- Level7.nu

Four years have passed since Mario Power Tennis was released for the Nintendo Gamecube, but for this released nothing new is to be found except for the addition of a motion sensing control scheme. If you take into account the amount of time and effort Silicon Knights has put into this title it boggles the mind when looking at the final product. Too Human actually manages to utterly fail in almost everything it attempts to do and constantly manages to show off new caveats in the formula. Repetitive and stupid enemies, uninspiring combat and a plot line that leaves much to be desired. The online co-op mode does help a bit, but it can't save what must be the most hyped failure in gaming history.- Level7.nu

Seen as an entry level RTS, Lego Battles is a great game. It teaches the basics of resource management well and it never really becomes to complicated or stressful. A simple hack n' slash-action title based upon a cool anime comic - a concept that could have led to an equally cool game. Unfortunately the experience is marred after only an hour or so into the game when numerous bugs and other issues related to an overall lack of polish starts to surface. There are some great moments in here though and it's a great shame that the developers didn't use their funds to do some final polish to the game instead of paying Samuel L Jackson to lend his voice to the game.- Level7.nu

If you find joy in snooping around for hidden objects, this might be a game for you. If you like to solve clever puzzles and mysteries, this isn't a game for you. Despite it's name hinting otherwise, this isn't a game that challenges your ability to solve crimes. When Aliens vs. Predator is at it's best it actually does capture the essence of the movie franchise. But for the most part this feels like an obsolete title that should have been released three or four years ago. Antiquated game play mechanics, underwhelming presentation, repetitive campaign scenarios and horribly unbalanced online multiplayer are just some of the issues that makes this one of the big disappointments of 2010.- Level7.nu

This game can be seen as a hybrid between Call of Duty 4 and Gears of War 2, with tons of action but unfortunately also a lack of identity. Despite being a movie tie in the game actually has a greater focus on Casino Royale than Quantum of Solace, making the overall experience somewhat incoherent. A great multiplayer mode is the killer feature in a game that will have a hard time competing for our attention this fall.- Level7.nu

This sequel does manage to do a couple of things right. The strategic elements are interesting, the sound is great and the way you overlook your influence in the different cities is implemented in an impressive way. Driving in Supercar Challenge is both fun and very challenging on higher difficulties. There is a lot of joy for racing enthusiasts to be found here but with an extremely repetitive career mode, very few cars and with no possibilities of modifying the cars confines the experience. Yoshi's New Island is exactly what the title gossips about - a remake of the almost twenty-year-old original. And it is for good and bad. But it's not very fun trying to imitate movements that are far above your ability and Singstar Dance have no entry-level option where you quietly learn the movements. This puzzler, based on the classic brain strainer Rubik's Cube, is a collection of challenges divided into a series of minigames. It's simple but both fun and challenging and suitable for anyone with a desire to solve the cube. In the fourth and presumed final entry in the Command & Conquer saga EA chose to stir things up a bit. We're still treated to the cheesy tongue in cheek full motion video of series fame, but everything related to the actual gameplay has been modified into a much more action oriented formula. Undercover is in almost all aspects a return to the well for the Need for Speed series. Adrenaline filled races with the police hot on your heels is as fun as it always was and the online mode Cops and Robbers is a blast. The presentation is also solid, building on top of the foundation laid with ProStreet with a design more resembling Burnout Paradise. Unfortunately the framerate occasionally grinds almost to a halt, a big problem in a game so utterly focused on speed. The 16 mini games included in Game & Wario wants to show of what the Wii U controller is capable of. For the most part it doesn’t really work. There are some bright spots but for the most part the mini games feel rather familiar. That said Game & Wario is still entertaining, humorous and wacky. But it is not in any way a revolution.- Level7.nu

The basic mechanic of riding a snowboard down a mountain covered in white bliss is pure fun and beautifully framed in Shaun White's Snowboarding. Unfortunately, the actual meat of the game is severely flawed which cripples the overall experience. Competitions and other game modes are riddled with issues, bad AI and poorly designed challenges being two of them. Shaun White's Snowboarding does the actual gameplay right, and just about everything else wrong.- Level7.nu

This is a somewhat odd product. There are really excellent songs to be found here, but everything else in the package feels empty and lackluster. Since it's possible to buy a number of AC/DC albums in the Rock Band store already we're having trouble identifying the purpose of this game. Because of this we can only recommend this title for AC/DC fans, if at all.- Level7.nu

Ryse: Son of Rome is a really good looking game, but at the same time incredible stupid. Thanks to the graphics and the amount of brutal combat the adventure managed to entertain, at least for a bit. If you find Ryse on sale it can be worth a closer look, but for a full price game it’s a disappointment.- Level7.nu

The Shoot is a stylish rail shooter that both entertain and annoy. The actual shooting works fine, but some other movements are not always recorded as they should. Moreover, it's unnecessarily difficult to unlock the few courses that are available - especially for younger players. Thanks to the nice setting and an intelligent scoring system, The Shoot is still a good choice for fans of the genre.- Level7.nu

Despite some good physics and an interesting online experience, Create isn't very interesting at all. The controls doesn't really work properly, the menus are too complicated and the environments of the game feels downright boring.- Level7.nu

Stupid story, repetitive gameplay and sub par controls. Some of the action is fun, but Dead to Rights should have been buried long ago.- Level7.nu

Speed, pacing and quick reaction skills is what we've always associated with Sonic. And when you go for your first run in Sonic Unleashed everything feels just right. But then night comes and all of a sudden Sonic turns into a werewolf. And here's where ugly turns to bad. Sonic Unleashed becomes an uninspired action title, completely bereft of any finesse. When you're actually out running on the fast levels the game is pure fun, but the dull button mashing moments as a werewolf is enough to destroy the overall experience.- Level7.nu

NHL 15 is a promising but lacking premiere on the new consoles. Basic mechanics work great and the new physics engine improves the shooting and skating quite a bit. Unfortunately there isn’t much more to do than shoot and skate since most of the in-depth content is missing. What isn’t missing though is odd bugs and lousy defensive play. NHL 15 is still a good game, but it should have been better.- Level7.nu

The combination of fighting and music can seem strange at first, but it actually works pretty well. Unfortunately both the fighting system and the music selection isn’t good enough. Still it is a decent game for those who want to try something new.- Level7.nu
