Oct 30, 2011The Secret Of The Unicorn is an extremely successful tie-in to what is a controversial film.
-
Nov 10, 2011Ubisoft Montpellier did an excellent job with The Adventures of Tintin. The game is simple but very fun to play, and delivers some very nice moments. What a pity it's so easy to beat.
-
Dec 13, 2011The overall experience is reminiscent of something you may have loved on the Super NES or Sega Genesis. Young gamers should find it appealing especially if they liked the movie, but even the low price tag can't quite muster a bang for your buck.
-
Dec 28, 2011Spielberg and Jackson aren't wrong, Tintin is a great story that is a blast to play, especially as a 2D platformer.
-
Dec 12, 2011Even though it has its flaws, The Adventures of Tintin never veers from decent to awful, and Ubisoft Montpelier deserves credit for creating a rare wonder - a movie-spinoff that doesn't completely suck.
-
Oct 27, 2011Ubisoft Montreal has paid close attention to both the Tintin licence and its target market, meaning the game actually just about works. The action is hugely linear and the level design basic, yet the campaign is also engaging to play through, mixing platforming, combat and vehicle sections in a reasonably decent narrative.
-
Dec 9, 2011I understand that the game is meant for a younger audience, but there are quite literally hundreds of other titles out there that provide a far more enjoyable experience.
