By its proposal, Duel Master clearly distinguishes itself from Duel Links, the other free-to-play in the universe of Yu-Gi-Oh!. By focusing solely on the playing card game, the title offers a very complete experience with official rules and a huge collection of cards on all media thanks to cross-platform.- Jeuxvideo.com

Well attached to its inspirations and classic patterns in terms of narration and game design, Aspire: Ina's Tale offers above all a very beautiful show. The game draws its uniqueness from an absolutely masterful soundtrack and attractive architectures. On the other hand, it sins in its duration, its short story and some levels that are not always well thought out.- Jeuxvideo.com

Windjammers 2 is the logical continuation of the episode released in 1994: new characters, new mechanics and online ranked games, it comes out with all the advantages expected of such a title in 2022. in easy hand does not close the door to neophytes while the added moves constitute an additional strategic layer for amateurs of high level game. That said, it must be recognized that the title of Dotemu is sorely lacking in content and that it will hardly hook solo players in the long term.- Jeuxvideo.com

The greatest strong point of Extraction is undoubtedly to succeed in brilliantly mixing two distinctly different universes: on the one hand, the ultra-calculated military aspect of the Rainbow Six saga and, on the other, the tireless fashion of infected (or zombies) which has been attacking our favorite hobby for years.- Jeuxvideo.com

It is in a risky bet that the developers of No Matter Studios have embarked: to create their dream game while walking on the flowerbeds of a real juggernaut. And it is true that it is appreciable to face colossi again in a cryptic and marvelous world. But on the length, the soufflé falls quite quickly. Redundant combat, sluggish gameplay and superfluous mechanics are all elements that make this initiative worthy of interest, a game that struggles to stand out.- Jeuxvideo.com

Highly relaxing, sometimes too much perhaps, Lake offers an escape of a few hours that is not refused when one seeks a purely restful narrative experience. The interactive story shaped by Gamious also benefits from a great deal of authenticity and choice of dialogues that allow the player to feel truly engaged. Too bad the adventure is based on a pattern that does not evolve enough, a too languid pace and a scenario that fails to touch us fully.- Jeuxvideo.com

Kratos slices, cuts, but above all strikes in the heart of the player. By turns fierce, contemplative, moving and funny, God of War redefines the eponymous series without refuting its past to which it is intimately linked by its history.- Jeuxvideo.com

By leveraging aerial multiplayer dragon-back combat, Century of Ashes dusted off the genre and proves that free-to-play can be ambitious. Visually stunning and blessed with excellent artistic direction, he is only entering the dawn of his career, but enjoying fun fashions, charismatic characters and majestic dragons. Without pushing to buy, the game is counting on its community to grow and the future looks so bright that we want to follow its course carefully.- Jeuxvideo.com

Without showing any great singularity, A Juggler's Tale stands out with a beautiful atmosphere, a few nicely sketched sets and a handful of well-thought-out puzzles. But the lack of comfort felt during the crossing lacks an experience that is a bit too short and generic to really score. With better handling and some additional originalities, the game could have been a real success. Pity.- Jeuxvideo.com

Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach is not a game that revolutionizes survival horror. By taking up the codes of the genre without particularly original ideas, the title is intended above all for fans of the franchise who wish to learn more and more about this horrific universe filled with animatronics and secrets. Unfortunately, the many bugs, the technical issues, the lack of finish and the rather too visible tricks used by the developers to scare people make the experience difficult for others. It is nonetheless a classic horror game with some interesting sequences that will be able to please survival-horror lovers who lack titles to be consumed.- Jeuxvideo.com

By leveraging the principle of Tower Defense, the RealityZ team revisits the mechanics of games like The Horde, but puts the player in the position of the attacker. Well done and clever in the process, Too Many Humans ultimately suffers only from a lack of content in the gameplay possibilities. In addition to the few inaccuracies of the aim or the artificial intelligence of the allies making solo progression quite delicate, it is for the moment by its lack of content that Thunder Tier One sins. By relying on the community to enrich the game with new maps and missions, KRAFTON Inc risks seeing its game falling into oblivion, which would be regrettable given the pleasure that can be taken in completing missions in cooperation, which will require tactics, communication and planning to be carried out “properly”. A real potential that is not yet fully exploited and that fans of this singular genre might find a little too thin.- Jeuxvideo.com

Alfred Hitchcock: Vertigo is an intriguing thriller if not breathtaking. Its common thread is woven through the mysteries that we are keen to unveil. But it suffers from such a slow pace that it can become heavy. The spectacle is also appreciated in half-tone; Pendulo Studios develops a conclusive sound atmosphere to the detriment of particularly lame animation and technique.- Jeuxvideo.com

Inscryption is much, much more than a deck building game. Rogue lite, escape game, horror, adventure ... the title of Daniel Mullins Games is a game of everything, which succeeds almost everything it does. By never giving the player time to be bored, offering a well thought out narration and never hesitating to surprise the player who thought they had covered the matter, Inscryption is a small UFO in the video game. If the second part of the game turns out to be a little disappointing and the random dimension may frustrate people less used to the genre, it's hard not to warmly recommend this experience as strange as it is surprising.- Jeuxvideo.com

More seductive in its first part, The Gunk offers a pleasant exploration in sumptuous settings which lose their luster a little over the course of the journey; it also fails to renew itself in the challenges and puzzles it houses. This short adventure of 6 to 7 hours only is appreciated in the tranquility of its experience, its narrative potential and its beautiful dubbing. But difficult to be fully excited after spending long hours sucking up to abundant parasites.- Jeuxvideo.com

While in substance and form FF7 Remake remains an excellent J-RPG on PC, we can only be disappointed by the “little arms” aspect of this port. The title runs fine on a mid-range machine, but the near absence of graphics settings and incompatibility with ultrawide screens make the toll bitter. So this version does not do much justice to its support and there is more to hope for, perhaps, a life-saving update.- Jeuxvideo.com

With Endwalker, Final Fantasy XIV definitely proves that it deserves its place in the pantheon of the best episodes of the saga. It's simple, this new expansion brilliantly succeeds in concluding the narrative arc of Hydaelyn and Zordiarche thanks to strong moments sublimated by dungeons and epic challenges. Despite a rhythm that knows a few lengths, the adventure provides many satisfactory answers and benefits from visually successful environments as well as a high-end soundtrack that allow us to forget the dated technique inherent in this kind of game. extension which therefore does not include any major new features, but rather additions such as new jobs and many more than welcome adjustments. Now, we can't wait: to find out what Naoki Yoshida and his teams are preparing for the next patches and the future of Final Fantasy XIV.- Jeuxvideo.com

True, in the collective subconscious, Halo has always been a first person shootout set in large environments. But Infinite finally delivers a vision of what Master Chief can give inside a universe that lives up to its reputation. As well as bearing little in the way of his tumultuous development, the game manages to make John-117 so fun to play that it's hard to let go of the pad once the campaign begins. Whether during confrontation or in the exploration phases, the title of 343 Industries is appealing. However, once the campaign is over, we can only regret the absence of different biomes and the scarcity of truly epic sequences. Elements which have nevertheless been the hallmark of the series for twenty years! In short, we gain in freedom of action what we lose in spectacle. With such successful main mechanics, we would have liked an even more ambitious campaign, period.- Jeuxvideo.com

If in its Switch port, Beyond Blue retains its educational quality through skilfully conducted dialogues, it regretfully loses what made its second strength: its contemplative appeal. Exploration, however comfortable at the console pad, suffers from decorations marred by an excessively pronounced flicker and an overall lack of finesse. Beyond its surprising concept vis-à-vis its license, Final Fantasy VII: First Soldier is a classic mobile Battle Royale but effective in many aspects. Graphically simple but fluid, playable on the touchscreen as well as on the controller, Square Enix's title takes up different ideas from the competition for a BR experience that is both accessible and complete. Finally, despite all its qualities, the biggest stake of First Soldier is to know who it is really for, between the fans of Final Fantasy unaccustomed to this kind of game and the overloaded market of BR on mobile.- Jeuxvideo.com

Infused with the beat'em ups and platform games of the 1990s, Okinawa Rush is a resounding tribute to series like Shinobi, Kung Fu Master and Ninja Gaiden. Very neat and with a great visual and sound atmosphere, the Miller brothers' game unleashes a little uppercut. Displaying a sublime 2D and powerful animations, the title of Sokaidan also benefits from an ingenious progression system and very interesting ideas (dojo, training, katas ...). Playable in co-op, this is a little nugget that will bring back the sensations of yesteryear to many nostalgic fans.- Jeuxvideo.com

New to the rhythm genre, Hextech Mayhem: A League of Legends Story should be a serious challenge for you. Scoring enthusiasts will find what they are looking for in this demanding experience which does not eat bread and which is readily enjoyed during short musical sessions. Too bad the excess information on the screen and the lack of ergonomics of the controls mar the experience. This last problem could nevertheless be quickly corrected by granting the possibility of modifying the commands.- Jeuxvideo.com

If a few additions strengthen the depth of the game a little, such as scientists or territory management, others are a little more cumbersome without being unduly disturbing. If we would have liked more clear-cut news, we once again had a great time on Jurassic World Evolution 2, for a good twenty hours.- Jeuxvideo.com

Despite everything, it's impossible to shy away from your pleasure when it comes to beating the League (not that easy, by the way) and watching your Pokémon evolve. A return to Sinnoh that could be improved, but very pleasant.- Jeuxvideo.com

With its lighter adventure and rich job system, Final Fantasy V retains its original charm with this Pixel Remaster edition. If the title benefits from graphics and a neat soundtrack like its predecessors, we can still deplore its cleaving font or the absence of content added with the Advance version. Despite everything, the greatest strength of this Final Fantasy V Pixel Remaster remains to finally make available in French the lesser known episode of the Super NES trilogy.- Jeuxvideo.com

A fun platform game that manages to offer pretty good entertainment without any real narrative material. Perfectly family-friendly, the game has the advantage of easily adapting to all ages without boring them. However, the experience would have gained by diversifying its level compositions in order to overcome its too-short lifespan.- Jeuxvideo.com

For its ambitious prequel, Frogwares relied on an open world that enjoys a rather generous scope for a wide range of surveys. These also give the game a very solid lifespan. On the other hand, the proposal proves difficult to measure up on a technical level, with slowdowns, rigid animations and clipping in support. More engaging in its second part, Sherlock Holmes: Chapter One offers progressive dynamism and a commendable conclusion. The heart of the adventure lies in its clues to be connected and the accusations to be made, which follow a pattern of investigation which, however, runs out of steam too quickly.- Jeuxvideo.com

We are once again dealing with three great works from the world of video games, it is undeniable. Despite the passing years, the three open-worlds still deliver unforgettable atmospheres and cities teeming with details. The latter precisely are as incredible as they are coherent with these passers-by who go about their business, these multiple secondary axes which add credibility to the whole and especially these new plays of light which sublimate the whole. But it is clear that despite this little more than welcome facelift (which still lacks homogeneity), the experiences show their age. Their gameplay can be dated, especially GTA III which, today, is really difficult to handle. As you can see, this compilation will undoubtedly delight the most curious who want to discover three legends, or even the nostalgic who wish to rediscover the sensations of yesteryear while enjoying a refurbished visual, but will disappoint those looking for more current mechanics.- Jeuxvideo.com

Battlefield 2042 does everything expected of it and more. Not content with fully succeeding in its traditional multi-pan, this opus has the luxury of offering additional gigantic and highly qualitative content to players. Portal mode seems ready to keep all of its promises and allow the creation of various modes whether they are crazy or competitive. Hazard Zone, on the other hand, succeeds in unexpected situations and offers a particularly successful reading of the game in squads. Beautiful as a truck, generous, modular and damn fun to play, 2042 is neither more nor less than one of the best games of the license.- Jeuxvideo.com

Happy Home Paradise is proving to be a very honorable addition to Animal Crossing: New Horizons which is intended for none other than decoration enthusiasts. If the experience can be repetitive, it is best appreciated during quiet short sessions. And apart from a certain lack of ergonomics, the expansion benefits from long hours of additional activities, adorable and new inhabitants as well as very interesting elements transferable in the base game.- Jeuxvideo.com

Although not original, the adventure is generous and the vaporisaschtroumpf, reminiscent of Luigi's Mansion or even Super Mario Sunshine, gives rise to several funny finds. Although imperfect in execution, this ecological fable should delight young and old alike. If you are in the 6-12 year old category, you can add a point.- Jeuxvideo.com
