The game never impresses - web-slinging is fun, but that's it, really - but also never really hits rock-bottom. An okay sweetener, while we wait and hope for a Spider-Man game that's finally really good.- InsideGamer.nl

The Sonic-team has succeeded in developing an improvement upon the last Sonic-game on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Even then, Sonic Unleashed is a flawed game. The Hedgehog-levels are fast and fun, while the Werehog-levels offer a bit of a change to the classic Sonic-gameplay, although, unfortunately, it often comes down to mindless button bashing. Unleashed shows that Sonic isn’t dead and buried yet, but still leaves a lot to be desired.- InsideGamer.nl

Mad Max is too much of the one thing and too little of the other. The game does not need a lot of story, and that is exactly what you get; too little story. The action and the way you can cross the beautiful desert landscape are entertaining, but lots of it feels too easy and like work. Mad Max? We'll call this game Meh Max from now on.- InsideGamer.nl

With EA Sports UFC, Electronic Arts takes the first steps in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. As a newcomer to the octagon it shows potential, but next to a scrimpy career mode and entertaining online mode it has little to offer. The balance of the ground battles ensures that it is negligible, and the many small bugs and frame drops can sometimes get in the way of the otherwise fine visualization of the UFC stars.- InsideGamer.nl

Both the campaign and the online multiplayer are nice additions to the franchise, but they can be frustrating. Especially the online multiplayer feels incomplete, but thankfully the local multiplayer makes up for that.- InsideGamer.nl

If thinking about freerunning puts a smile on your face, this is the game for you. If you are looking for a good story or a diverse world however, Catalyst is not for you. Mirror's Edge deserves more love than this.- InsideGamer.nl

Jurassic World: Evolution is selling us short as a management game. There are many dinosaurs to create, but none of them really differ from each other.- InsideGamer.nl

With this virtual release of Risk the makers do not take a lot of risk. Thankfully the rules of the game have not been changed and the modern visuals in general are something to get excited about. Too bad the new style is a bit to serious and tough, without adding personality. The frame-drops are not really helping this game, either.- InsideGamer.nl

Xenoverse 2 has a pretty cool way of combining fighting games and Destiny, just like it's predecessor. But it does not get a lot better than pretty cool, unfortunately.- InsideGamer.nl

Star Wars Battlefront: Elite Squadron is a decent game that offers some old school Battlefront fun, but is ruined by its bad controls and shabby camera.- InsideGamer.nl

Mythologies is not a great expansion on the The Age of Empire-series. There might be a story involved with the game, but we didn’t really think it was worth mentioning. The name of the game could have easily been Age of Empires: Mariothologies, you wouldn’t know the difference story wise. When this doesn’t bother you, you’ll find a game you can play for many hours.- InsideGamer.nl

This game struggles with a lot of crashes and this is why we definitely do not recommend anyone to buy it at this moment. If you trust the problems will be fixed and you can handle the mediocre graphics and AI, Payday 2 will still be a good shooter for you.- InsideGamer.nl

Starblood Arena is not original at all. The fact that this is a PS VR game and not many people have that tech yet, does not help either: you can't find any people to play with.- InsideGamer.nl

London 2012 is undoubtedly one of the best Summer Olympic games, but everyone who has played a couple of those, knows that doesn't say much. Some sports impress, while others fall short. The way SEGA has handled the grand sporting event, still isn't up to par.- InsideGamer.nl

Venitca's story is ok, but the rest of the game fails. The fighting system is boring, it has a lot of technical flaws and the world feels uninspired.- InsideGamer.nl

Enough can be said about Motocross Madness. It's very easy, quite short and hardly polished. Something that's very noticeable when multiple racers are in the frame. The racing itself is pretty decent, so that makes up for a few of the issues, but Motocross Madness can only be described as a simple exercise in futility, and not much more than that.- InsideGamer.nl

Boing! Docomodake is a weird game. It’s both original and imaginative, but also sloppy and lacking polish. The underlying concept of a transforming mushroom is fine, the puzzles are fun, and the platforming action is decent and challenging, but the overall presentation and control scheme are way below average, making Boing! Docomodake a mediocre game at best.- InsideGamer.nl

Square Enix games were once a guarantee for good RPG’s, but those times are gone. The Last Remnant fails miserably in almost every way, and is highly unpolished. The game has its strong points, like the profound battle system and a lengthy campaign, but the story, visuals and surrounding game world are one big letdown. The Last Remnant is yet another Japanese RPG that doesn’t live up to its initial expectations.- InsideGamer.nl

Mario & Sonic Sochi 2014 performs well and especially the Dream Events are fun. But it controls superficially and the explanation of events isn't explanatory enough. With a little more attention for the gameplay it could've earned gold. Or, well, silver at least.- InsideGamer.nl

Shadows of Almia is a bit of a useless game in the Pokémon-series. It’s like the fat girl in class with whom you’re not comfortable talking to, unless it’s only once in a while. The developers clearly need to start putting some effort in their future Pokémon-products, because that’s what the fans deserve.- InsideGamer.nl

Lionbite Games would have done well considering they are a bit small for such an ambitious project. However, there are disappointments in every part of the game: story, text, voice-overs, animations, puzzles.- InsideGamer.nl

Originality doesn't always have to be good. Let's Tap is a cool concept that is unfortunately only used in a bunch of sub par minigames of which there are way too little. The originality and the slick presentation en the very catchy theme song pull this game just above mediocrity.- InsideGamer.nl

FIFA 15 could’ve been brilliant. The presentation, different modes and gameplay are top notch, but the online gameplay often doesn’t function like it should. It’s strange to realise what we’re willing to accept just to play a football game, but the simple truth is that there is not a good alternative right now. The game is passable, but PES 2015 has a serious chance to win the cup this year.- InsideGamer.nl

You’re in the Movies is largely a technological failure, making the game impossible to play at times. It’s fun to participate in the different minigames for a while, but the only reward is a minute-long trailer that is way too short to include enough images from the efforts everyone’s made during playing.- InsideGamer.nl

Family Ski & Snowboard doesn’t change a lot of the basics of its predecessor. The addition of the snowboard is fun, though it doesn’t offer anything new gameplay wise. The graphics are still quite weak and the game doesn’t offer a lot of content. Luckily the gameplay slightly makes up for all this and, even though there are some Wiimote detection flaws, prevents the game from failing altogether.- InsideGamer.nl

Mario Party has offered us many treats over the years and it is fun to choose when you are playing them. However, there is not much room for motivation to play through, and it is not too easy to play this game with others, making it less of a party than it would be on a tv console.- InsideGamer.nl

The new version of Shadow of the Beast tries really hard to honor the original, while adding modern features. The amazing looking world and the interesting fighting system are not enough: the game is too short, the controls are annoying and the focus is on getting a high score is simply too much. Very forgettable.- InsideGamer.nl
