The short length of Wanted: Weapons of Fate is actually its rescue. If the game would have been any longer it would have gotten boring. For that reason Wanted is only recommendable for the most fanatic Wanted fans. Everyone else might give this average shooter a chance when it’s in the discount bin.

Stranger's Wrath is charming, but it is getting a bit dated. This game used to be unique, but it seems very monotonous now. If you are huge fan this shouldn't be a problem, but we would not recommend it to newbies.

Cargo Commander has a special and original setting and some truly creative moments. But the drag sets in way too early and the many bugs and glitches don't make the game anymore fun.

Kirby's most characteristic skill has been taken away from him, which does not do this game any good. Plus, the beautiful art style and music are not really coming to live on Wii U GamePad. As most Kirby-games, this one is still entertaining and easy accessible, but it could have been much more.

It’s fun for a few hours, in which chaotic gunfights, funny weapons and a couple creative moments manage to get your attention. However, the game is too shallow to keep your attention for long. Just like its big brother Serious Sam Double D XXL is corny, simple fun, but never anything more.

After finishing Papa & Yo, we were left with mixed feelings. The game offers a unique emotional experience through the creative fantasy world of Quico, accompanied by great music. But the platforming and puzzling never really gets challenging and the game is filled with bugs and technical issues. This makes Papa & Yo an unique game, but not the game it amazing game it could have been.

Accessible to all and existing of simplistic gameplay limited to bashing the A button. A lack of story, variety and ability to train your Pokémon, make sure the game never evolves beyond a mediocre, yet sometimes enjoyable, party game.

Sega Mega Drive Ultimate Collection is a collection of almost fifty games. Most of them are well worth playing. The nostalgic feeling is great and a lot of bonus material can be unlocked. The only two downsides are that none of the games has an online multiplayer and that half of the games are already downloadable.

The basics of Fortnite are great: building a base and fighting zombies is amazing, especially when you play with friends.

This is the best WWE-game we have played in the last few years. It is full of content and the lineup of wrestlers is amazing (120>!), although it is a pity that they are not all the same when it comes to their abilities. The game is full of bugs, annoying submissions and it just does not deliver the quality you would expect in a sports game. The MyCareer mode misses out on depth and storytelling, but the WWE Showcase-mode is awesome.

This is a very ambitious game that eventually wants too much. The mechanics are deep but make the game less attractive to mainstream gamers. The huge open world and the opportunity of experimenting is great, but the story is a letdown.

Medal of Honor: Warfighter doesn't live up to its expectations. The single player features six hours of shooting dumb and scripted enemies. Only the chase through Dubai will linger in your mind after you finish the game. The multiplayer has improved thanks to the addition of fire teams, but the indestructibility of environments and a boring unlock system make sure the multiplayer won't rob you of your night's rest.

Pro Cycling Manager 2010 isn't the best game of the series. It brings little new features to the table, the technical problems of the last games are still there and little effort was put into the database. But at the same time this is a game that will be loved by all cycling fans. Though next year the series really has to make a step forward!

The stop-motion clay animation of Armikrog is very impressive, but gameplay wise the game is less impressive. Some point and click moments are cool, but often it just feels like work.

Afro Samurai stays close to the anime. It has some big flaws, but despite that, the game is still standing. The soundtrack is superb and the slow motion action will keep you entertained.

The debut of SimBin on the Xbox 360 isn’t that great. The game offers many different remodeling options for your car. You can make it go faster, be stronger and better. But unlike the hit of Kanye West this game isn’t bigger, better or faster. The options are all that there is. Of course is it possible to race on different tracks and change cars, but what else is new. If you really want a good racing game, then this is not the game for you. Race Pro looks like a pro, but handles like a newborn baby that is still eager to learn a lot.

Age of Mythology: Extended Edition is an excellent strategy game in its core. The scanty treatment it got for this Extended Edition makes this pretty disappointing. A few additions and graphical updates don't justify the high price tag.

Micro Machines World Series only shortly let us tune into that nostalgic feeling thanks to its wonderful tracks and fun multiplayer modes. It makes it rather sad that there are too many bots and AI present and that the controls are so difficult.

Risen 3: Titan Lords is lucky that it has been released just before the big storm of RPG’s. If the game would’ve been around a little later, it wouldn’t have stood a chance. But aside from all that, Risen 3 isn’t a bad game. There’s lots to do and Piranha Bytes has tried to keep away as much as possible from the word ‘boredom’. Even though the game succeeds in that respect, there are still a lot of shortcomings that are unforgivable these days.

We had a lot of fun playing the zombie mode with friends, but it was not very different from its predecessors. We liked two out of four maps, but they have a huge disadvantage: you can buy specific maps, but if your friends don't buy them...

Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunter HD goes far on the scale of Bear Grylis, but doesn’t go far enough when it comes to survival techniques. It’s cool how the ground shakes and paw prints stay visible, but with a wind, sound and sight meter it’s all too simple. The dinosaurs animations are also laughably bad.

BioWare is good at making complete worlds, like Mass Effect and Dragon Age. We wonder why it chose to offer us only half a world with Anthem. It looks amazing, but it needs a lot of work if we want to enjoy it for the next couple of years.

Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility is not the right game for everyone and there are a lot of mistakes that make the game less fun. Loading screens, the missing of voice-overs, repeating gameplay and controls that aren’t that great are examples of that. There is a lot to do on Waffle Island, maybe for weeks or even months!

F1 2014 does not have any exciting innovations, besides the changes that also happened in the actual teams in real life). The gameplay is flat, the game looks rushed and we can only hope Codemasters will put more effort in F1 2015.

Trials of the Blood Dragon has an awesome style, but it forgets what makes Trials so great. The motor levels are still the best, cause the rest of it is a bit meh. If you really want more Trials, this can be your game, but otherwise you might want to go for something a bit more exciting.

SimAnimals is EA's entertaining and uncomplicated answer tot Rare's Viva Piñata, made for those who aren't in the hardcore gaming scene and are looking for a pick-up-and-play game. You control every animal in the same way, and bit by bit the game explains you it's mechanics. The rusty and annoying control scheme however takes away a lot of the fun pretty soon in, making this a game nearly above average.
