As a movie game goes, it could have been pretty decent if there was a larger variety of enemies and of course the game was about 4 times the length. As is, we have another movie licensed game that fails to deliver the goods.- Gaming Age

The execution is as boring as everything else Pine has to offer. It’s a shame that the finished (or, given the technical issues, maybe that should read “mostly finished”) product doesn’t come anywhere close to living up to the incredible potential displayed by the trailer, because that game could have been great. This game, however, is in dire need of improvements, and until it gets those you can skip it pretty safely.- Gaming Age

There's something intrinsically tiring about having to help SpongeBob set his alarm and turn in his homework, and the platforming and puzzle solving required to fulfill these objectives isn't that noteworthy or exciting itself. The game is downright ugly. The framerate comes and goes, but the biggest offenders are the generally awful and low key environment textures, the way to similar to every other building design of Venice, and awful collision issues that the character models have. Extinction Day isn’t worth celebrating, while the game attempts to be ambitious, fails to deliver for Iron Galaxy. It’s just a little too repetitive to hold one’s attention. If you enjoy the simple things in life, Wing Island just may be your perfect getaway. The controls are tight and simple, the level design isn’t complex, and the premise is a simple “get from point A to B” in as little time as possible. On some level, I guess, I could see Monster Jam Steel Titans being kind of fun. After all, who doesn’t love wonky physics? At the very least, it makes for the kind of game that’d probably be fun to watch on YouTube or Twitch. But if you’re the one paying out money and playing it yourself then don’t bother, because then all those monster trucks being flipped over a million times by stiff breezes and wayward pebbles suddenly become less silly and charming, and more frustratingly bad.- Gaming Age

Much like the real thing, the best thing about soccer video games is seeing the beautiful game in full flight. Ganbare! Super Strikers has a lot of the same elements of soccer (and some enhanced moves that, in the right circumstances, could have been kind of neat) but as a package, it gets bogged down in its twist. There really isn’t much to say about this new Bubsy that can persuade the haters out there. It’s a simple, underwhelming platformer with a goofy plot and mediocre challenge. Many of the problems that plagued the past Bubsy games have been fixed or completely removed, at least making this new game playable, but that’s the only new thing really presented here. It’s fun in small doses, but gets boring with longer play sessions. I’m still puzzled as to why anyone thought Bubsy needed to make a comeback as no one really missed him. It’s not as bad as I originally thought it would be, but it’s nothing new at the same time. Give it a try if your curious, you might like it.
