If you consider yourself well versed in the lingo and culture of all things Gundam, then the "complex" controls and familiar plot elements will bring a huge smile to your face.
-
Play MagazineThere are lots of nuances here and a truly spectacular CG opener, but the deja vu is loomin' large. [Oct 2005]
-
A surprisingly mediocre game. It doesn’t try to go far from the typical Gundam formula.
-
The action here is a complete mess that can't be salvaged, even with copious amounts of fan service and esoteric references to the Gundam universe.
-
The gameplay is horrendous with clunky control, button mashing repetitiveness, and a headache inducing camera system.
-
I simply can’t recommend this to anyone but the most obsessive of fans. Other "giant robot" games such as "Zone of the Enders" and "Armored Core" have so much more to offer, with nowhere near this many problems.
-
Some pretty broken gameplay and annoying technical issues create a fairly lackluster gaming experience.
