The Rally Raid maintains the consistent performance of the Horizon series and aims to emulate rally racing through its weather, handling, and track design, providing an outstanding racing experience. However, beyond the racing experience, this DLC falls flat. The absence of distinctive scenery and insufficiently detailed roadbook creates a disappointing impression from the outset. Additionally, the lack of authenticity in the racing culture and the lacklustre storyline of subsequent events are unacceptable.

Avowed is a solid title, though its appearance leans towards the conventional. It doesn't introduce particularly innovative mechanics or standout concepts, but it consistently delivers quality gameplay across all aspects-story, combat, and exploration-ranging from decent to excellent, without any major flaws. If you're a fan of traditional sword-and-magic (with a hint of firearms) settings, immersive storytelling, and the freedom to shape your own destiny, particularly in the style of Obsidian's atmospheric narratives, Avowed is definitely worth a look.

WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers is a surprisingly polished title—arguably one of the best Soulslikes in recent years outside of FromSoftware’s own works. Leenzee has thoroughly deconstructed and internalized the core philosophy behind Soulsborne-style interconnected map design, crafting a world with its own distinctive take on the genre. The combat system, centered around the "Xuyu" mechanic, stands out for its unique identity, offering both approachability and a high skill ceiling, while delivering a distinct visual and mechanical flair compared to its peers. While the game occasionally suffers from overambition and balance missteps in its early to mid-stages, WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers still delivers an irreplaceable and rewarding experience, making the dozens of hours invested feel both worthwhile and memorable.

Star Wars: Outlaws is so monotonous that it fails to leave any lasting impression. In 2024, a merely mediocre game is unlikely to satisfy players, especially one with as many flaws as this. Ironically, the only saving grace is the strong and well-established Star Wars setting, which serves as the game's last shred of dignity.

To play God eater 3 on the go, shrinking down some graphics on Switch is inevitable. However, the gameplay experience remains the same as other platforms, and even better on the Co-op part, since the local multiplayer mode is exclusive to the Switch version.

Cris Tales has a very distinctive art veneer, but it also has obvious technical shortcomings that make the process of playing very bad, ultimately causing more regrets than surprise.

Although the first look of Phantom Doctrine reminded me XCOM, I still think it has some different advantages. At least, if you are a fan of spy movies, I am sure you will enjoy this game. Right now it has many flaws indeed, but developers are listening to community's opinions, and working hard to repair.

Soul Hacker 2 is a traditional JRPG that you can easily spend hours on, but also mediocre in every aspect. Although the classic training system has enough depth, and the turn-based system also involved some minor changes, the interest of the combat system is still limited. A lot of looting content improves the playability of the game, however the looting experience is monotonous and boring.

As a "survival" game, Fat Shark games has absorbed a lot of successful experience from Vermintide. Darktide inherited the classic "cooperation + grinding" gameplay, it has shown good quality in the plot; game settings; and background music, but the annoying network, poor optimization, mistranslation and half-finished equipment system also dragged down the game experience of players. I hope that Fat Shark games can solve these problems in the future updates, so that I can continue the journey of "killing mice" nicely.

Romeo Is A Dead Man is unmistakably a Suda51-style production, defined by its highly distinctive visual flair, outrageous premise, unconventional storytelling, and willfully eccentric design choices. If you're drawn to that offbeat, cult sensibility—prioritizing experience over pure gameplay and willing to tolerate its many baffling decisions—this absurd take on Romeo and Juliet may offer a uniquely strange kind of enjoyment.

The Ascent has an excellent shooting experience and is great for playing with friends. However, apart from "shooting another wave of enemies", the game can bring very limited fun. The dull story and gameplay will easily bore you in this cyberpunk world.

John Wick Hex seems mediocre at first glance, but after spending a few time on it, the game turns out to become interesting. Since it provides a surprisingly fresh experience that replicate the killer instinct from the movie series.

As a remake, Sonic Colors: Ultimate does not pay much attention to many of the details, there is not much difference from the original except for a better graphics. However, based on the excellent quality of the original game, Sonic Colors: Ultimate is still a work that allows players to fully appreciate the charm of the Sonic series.

Cities: Skylines II is a game that's ahead of its time in terms of both gameplay and hardware demands. It has taken significant steps forward in terms of quality, gameplay, and detail compared to its predecessor, although this comes at the expense of very demanding system requirements. In an era where city-building simulations are becoming increasingly scarce, Cities: Skylines II remains the top choice for fans of city-building simulation.
