Nintendo's first game for the newly arrived 3DS is more of a tech demo than a "true" game. Nevertheless, it can offer some truly enjoyable moments, especially when you are free roaming, gliding your way over the beautiful sunset of Wuhu island.- GameOver.gr

A quite decent roguelike which, with the exception of some unfair difficulty spikes, delivers in non-stop action, well-crafted gameplay and variety in its randomized levels. The mix of sci-fi and old-school pirate theme is also a plus.- GameOver.gr

The beautiful depiction of the grotesque and nightmarish religious world of Cvstodia is a good enough reason to visit it. If only its simplistic gameplay and almost non-existent progression of the character could match the high quality of its detailed pixel art, then we could be talking about a truly original masterpiece of the genre.- GameOver.gr

Satellite reign can proudly carry the title of the Syndicates series’ “spiritual successor”. It manages to retain all those elements that made the series lovable while at the same time modernizing all its aspects in order to be enjoyable. It’s too bad that repeatability shows up very early in the game.- GameOver.gr

Nelke & the Legendary Alchemists: Ateliers of the New World is an Atelier spinoff that manages to do what similar games cannot; bring together two different genres and merge them into a unique city-building and managing experience. Mind, though, that it is not flawless; some development choices manage to spoil the fun. For the players, though, who are ready to disregard these flaws, the game promises to offer hours upon hours of fun.- GameOver.gr

A very interesting start to what could become an amazing franchise, Recore has so many good qualities that it is a great disappointment that it lacks those extra 4-6 months of extra work and polishing which could have made it an instant classic.- GameOver.gr

A turn towards a more young audience might alienate fans of the previous games, but that doesn't mean that Spike Chunsoft's newest addition to this spin-off franchise is not delivering the goods.- GameOver.gr

Styx: Blades of Greed is a solid AA hardcore stealth game that may not break new ground in the genre, but in the current drought of AA and AAA stealth titles, it’s more than welcome. While there are some AI limitations and a few bugs that should be ironed out in upcoming patches, the level design is thoughtfully crafted and the stealth mechanics are predictable in the best way, consistent and well implemented.- GameOver.gr

Xenoblade Chronicles X is a great game that offers a satisfying combat system and a beautiful world to explore. That said, its story and characters don’t reach the high standards set by the previous title.- GameOver.gr

Conscript may not be in the same league with Singalis, nevertheless, it's a great survival horror experience with well-executed retro vibes. Kudos to its solo developer for excluding any paranormal events or monsters, relying entirely on the actual WW1 horror derived from surviving in the trenches.- GameOver.gr

Staying true to its genre Elite Dangerous provides a great sense of freedom in a universe where the player’s choices dictate his progression in the game. It may take some time to get accustomed to the controls and the general functions of the game but once you get the hang of it you’ll experience something unique. It is unfortunate that the experience is held back by an extremely poor tutorial and constant disconnects.- GameOver.gr

The hand-drawn approach depicts some truly beautiful environments and characters of epic proportions. Unfortunately the battles with the giants, albeit very intense, are too few fostering a craving that is never really satisfied.- GameOver.gr

It still needs some major tweaking and many patches (especially when it comes to PvP), but The Old Republic is a very promising MMO that could become a major game for the genre.- GameOver.gr

Sam Barlow made a bold step with this experimental game that paid off. It is a niche game that will not appeal to a large audience, but it nevertheless provides a captivating story (though not entirely original) that requires enough thought and research input from the player to keep him invested.- GameOver.gr

Following in the footsteps of genre giants, Ara: History Untold tells the story of building an empire that stands the test of time. With impressive visuals that allow players to connect deeply with the map, and mechanics that aim to transform the aspects of growth and construction, the game offers a refreshing experience. However, it's hindered by flawed AI, poor diplomacy, and issues in upgrading units. Ara: History Untold holds great potential, but will probably need some more time before it can fully realize it.- GameOver.gr

With the new film of the space opera saga finally on the big screen and the release of Battlefront's new sequel, both after a decade overdue, it is definitely the best time to be a Star Wars fan. The game itself is a dream-come-true for fans, and the Star Wars spectacle is strong in this one. However, if it is depth and longevity you seek... this is not the game you are looking for.- GameOver.gr

Creating both an 8-bit and 16-bit aesthetic is a genius idea and a very meta way for depicting the world in the past and future eras. It’s also commendable that Sabotage introduced a clever alternative to the usual double jump function we usually see in the platform genre. Though it’s filled with charm and highly competent gameplay it’s marred by exhausting backtracking (even for the genre), few enemy types and a lack of challenge.- GameOver.gr

Even though it is mostly a "best-of" compilation of GRID, GRID 2 and GRID Autosport with updated visuals, the new GRID has that unique Codemasters DNA that guarantees great racing gameplay. And when you add this to the immense wealth of cars and tracks, what you get is a solid racer that is suitable for the masses.- GameOver.gr

Sniper Elite III: Ultimate Edition is a mostly worthwhile game with strong moments of action, the iconic use of the X-Ray Killcam and sniping gameplay spread across 8 main levels and the extra DLC missions. It can be a fun addition for those who have not experienced the original version, but it also comes with some shortcomings that might discourage avid fans of the genre.- GameOver.gr

It goes without saying that the original Super Mario Bros. Wonder was an excellent 2D platformer, worthy of Mario’s legacy. This new edition retains that quality, but when it comes to new content, it lacks any truly exciting additions or levels. The new character feels like a repetition of existing ones, and the new transformation is underwhelming. New players will still have a blast, but those who already own the game won’t find enough here to justify the upgrade cost.- GameOver.gr
