The Thaumaturge is another example of a game whose developers had a good concept in hand, but failed to bring it to fruition. Diving into the world of semi-alternative Russian Empire and Polish nationalists turned out to be an entertaining (albeit specific) experience, which was spoiled by unsuccessful implementation of progression and battles, as well as poor work with Unreal Engine 5.

It's sad to see that Necromunda can't deliver on its full potential, even though the concept itself is great. Good tactical or RTS games, based on Warhammer 40,000 universe, are always a treat. We still cherish our memories of Squad Command for PSP, and in 2018 it was Mechanicus' turn. Rogue Factor had a solid foundation with Mordheim, but then went nowhere with it, which is quite disappointing.

After almost a decade of waiting Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League turned out to be a far cry from anything most of the fans of Rocksteady Studios would have wanted. And seeing the current playerbase the game has, it's hard to tell if we even ever see where this whole story was planned to go.

If you were looking forward to dive deep into Pathfinder: Kingmaker - Definitive Edition on consoles, you probably should change your plans.
