Gecko Gods is an enjoyable open-world exploration adventure. The central gameplay element is free climbing: on the role of a gecko, we can walk across all solid surfaces and solve puzzles that allow us to progress through the campaign. However, the general simplicity ends up with an air of superficiality and leaves one wishing that certain aspects were better in-depth, such as the world's story, the variety of environments, and the level design challenges.

REANIMAL is a triumph of aesthetics over substance. Tarsier Studios proves they remain the masters of 'vibes' and picturesque horror, yet by expanding the scope, they deliver a vast world where freedom is an illusion, and the gameplay settles into a ‘running sim’ that grows in scale but struggles to evolve its core ideas.

Kotama & Academy Citadel is a competent metroidvania that clearly understands the fundamentals of the genre and delivers a solid overall experience. The fast, combo-heavy combat and the vast map packed with content are standout features, and the colorful anime-style atmosphere helps make the adventure engaging. Still, its approach is quite conservative: the traversal abilities follow the expected pattern, and the main structure is almost entirely linear. Although it introduces interesting ideas, the game does not explore these mechanics deeply enough to leave a lasting impact. The result is an enjoyable, but not a particularly bold experience.

Hidden Cats in Istanbul is tailor-made for fans of the franchise. It may seem like more of the same, but those who enjoy searching for objects and animals in colorful settings will have another great entertainment option. Now the question remains: where will the kittens go now?

Invincible VS is a title that will greatly please fans of the series, but it falls short in the lack of game mode options for those who enjoy fighting games. The character mastery system suffers precisely because of this, but there's no denying that it's fun to try out every possible combination in fights to test combos, see the insults and jokes between each fighter, and, most importantly, annihilate your opponent in the most brutal way possible.

Monster Crown: Sin Eater is a natural evolution of the first game, offering a livelier world and a mature theme that truly resonates with the player. The title stands strong on the brilliance of its deep fusion mechanics and a compelling, well-written revenge narrative. However, clunky interface issues, a lack of clear direction, and the absence of a Portuguese translation hold the game back from reaching its full potential.

Don't be fooled by its appearance: A Planet Full of Cats goes beyond a mere collection of scenarios involving finding kittens. Puzzles and a "metroidvania-lite" structure give substance to the experience, which features nice visuals and enjoyable challenges. It lacked a bit more daring in general, just like the titles that inspired the game's theme. Even so, we have here a good recommendation for fans of the genre (and space cats).

TIEBREAK+'s plus may have been timid and even a bit lacking in terms of structure, but it made up for it with its content. It's a real treat for fans of the sport, and the historical game modes in which features Djokovic, Sharapova, and the rivalry between Federer and Nadal are a great way to introduce tennis to younger players who want to get to know the greats of the court a little better.

The Weeping Swan: Ten Days of the City's Fall is an excellent visual novel that delivers a powerful story, featuring believable and compelling characters set against an extremely turbulent historical period. Because it does not offer particularly hopeful endings, it may not appeal to everyone, but it will certainly leave a lasting impression on those willing to experience its journey.

Despite its drawbacks, Ys Memoire: The Oath in Felghana manages to deliver a very fun and engaging adventure. Even with some issues arising from its age, such as slightly dated visuals and relatively simple gameplay, we have here a very enjoyable experience thanks to the fast combat and good level of challenge. It is a suggestion for fans of action RPGs, especially with that more classic feel.

Clearly inspired by VA-11 Hall-A: Cyberpunk Bartender Action and Emily is Away, S4U: CITYPUNK 2011 AND LOVE PUNCH manages to stand out by working its gameplay almost entirely in first person in its own way, offering a solid and charming adventure. Its greatest merit, however, is the sensitivity with which it manages to work its own narrative and foster a very important feeling for the maintenance of relationships between human beings: empathy.

Without throw-ins or fouls, but with lots of dribbling and artistic plays, we have here a game focused on competitive online matches. Although this focus exposes some problems, the title has enough qualities and the promise of important new features, deserving a chance to be added to your library.

Eternal Strands is a good game with good ideas, but it doesn't have the right structure to make the most of them, stretching its use until it becomes completely repetitive and compromising the strength of its dynamic action proposal with magic and physics.

Klaus Lee: Thunderballs isn't the kind of game that offers bold proposals, but it does a great job of delivering a competent challenge with a more retro feel. However, it may not be as easy to digest for younger players, who weren't forged with the punishing adventures of an older era of video games.

Like a dream come true from the 1990s, Gimmick! 2 has beautiful, lively visuals, clever and challenging platforming, and plenty of charisma, although it doesn't try to expand the game's identity beyond the cute design of Yumetaro and his adversaries. Even though it can be frustrating due to the many instant deaths on spikes, the simple and straightforward campaign will please 2D platformers admirers.

Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage is a great game. In fact, this version should have been released back in 2021, but the improvements it brings make it a highly recommended title for both those familiar with the series and those who have never heard of it. However, there are some basic things that other major franchises in the genre already offer, and VF5 could have included them as well, such as a better presentation for the Training mode, more freedom in customization, and the ability to edit the playlist played during matches.

The Alchemist & His Battle-Scarred Homunculus is a visual novel that stands out for the quality of its writing and the development of its characters. It is a game that deals with serious themes in a respectful and well-executed manner, without resorting to excessive drama.Despite some technical issues, such as the lack of variety in the scenarios and a rather unmemorable soundtrack, the relationship between Rakels and Mel is worth knowing for those who enjoy slice-of-life romances with a touch of fantasy.

The added characters by the DLC are beautiful and well animated. Although I am not a big fan of the series myself, it is noticeable that the functional characteristics of each one match their origin. More than that, they add freshness to the game, which has a large cast and needs to maintain balance and originality among its options. Unfortunately, despite being positive additions, the content of Dead by Daylight: Stranger Things Chapter 2 seems a bit shallow to me. For example, there is no new map (the one available, inspired by Hawkins Laboratory, came in the previous DLC) or even a dedicated event. In the end, it is a good option for fans of the base game or the franchise, but it falls a little short.

Momodora: Moonlit Farewell is a modest but worthy farewell to a series that has always been humble. The concise campaign focuses on what works and gets straight to the point, with a good pace of exploration and progression, but its basic metroidvania mechanics fail to impress, both in the simplistic traversal abilities and in the merely satisfactory combat. Fortunately, the aesthetics refine the visuals with good effects, making this a game that, despite being unpretentious, is fun, enjoyable and very beautiful.

Tiny Terry’s Turbo Trip is an interesting, funny and charismatic adventure, but it lacks in key points of exploration, and is also very short. It’s a great option for those who want something more to laugh and relax with instead of doing more intense searches.

No More Heroes 2 is more than just a 3D version of the previous games. The variety of weapons and scenario conditions deepen the strategic aspect of the gameplay, and the freedom to choose any level to play from the beginning provides a very welcome openness, ranging from accessible to challenging. The presentation is quite generic, lacks any story and has some UI elements with positioning issues, but what matters most really works: the cooperative fun for up to four people to coordinate amidst the good old chaos of playing as a team.

Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles 2 simply continued what the first one brought: a way to actively experience the anime's elaborate battles. While the experience is rich for Tanjiro and demon slayer fans, the cast could have brought more character variety and less "echo characters".

PowerWash Simulator 2 - Adventure Time Pack has already shown that paid expansions will maintain the same pace as the previous game. While it's interesting to explore locations from beloved franchises in a unique way, following their distinctive style, it's time for more substantial content that truly respects the premise of the base game being bigger and better.
