Lilac 0 is an intense and challenging experience, tailor-made for bullet hell fans who enjoy mastering attack patterns and chasing ever-increasing scores. With its stylized retro aesthetic and streamlined mechanics, the game delivers frenetic action and moments of pure tension, demanding precision and perseverance. However, its structural simplicity and limited content can make it repetitive in the long run, especially for those who don't engage with the ranking-focused replayability dynamics. Still, for those seeking a true test of reflexes and endurance, Lilac 0 is a great option.- GameBlast

In addition to having its own identity built by inspiration from the Korean imaginary of the afterlife and the peculiar aesthetics of few colors, 8Doors: Arum’s Afterlife Adventure manages to be a traditional metroidvania that doesn’t fall below the average of the genre, but neither does it manage to surpass it. In several aspects, the execution doesn’t reach its true potential, but, overall, it is worth it as a sufficiently cohesive, fun and well-presented experience.- GameBlast

Cataclismo is an RTS that combines resource management and tower defense elements very competently. The meticulous construction of walls and the need for constant planning make the game quite fun and addictive, in addition to providing the player with a good amount of freedom for customization. Although it has some caveats, it is a very welcome addition to the genre.- GameBlast

KinnikuNeko: SUPER MUSCLE CAT managed to have a glow up, turning itself into an interesting platformer for those looking for something far from seriousness, with jokes and an artstyle that manages to hook the player, besides a mild dose of challenge.- GameBlast

Gal Guardians: Servants of the Dark is a competent metroidvania, with cool visuals and solid gameplay. The scenarios are pleasant to explore and the fights are fun to play, all seasoned by a charming theme. It's a shame that it has some annoying problems in several areas, in addition to not offering significant innovations to such a competitive market. In the end, it's a suggestion mainly for lovers of the genre and fans of the Gal Gun brand.- GameBlast

Super Meat Boy 3D manages to be an excellent new entry for those who want to start with the franchise. The cutscenes are beautiful, there's freedom to complete the levels in any order, and the kingdoms are so frantic and fun that, even after failing countless times, the experience remains engaging.- GameBlast

Rusty Rabbit isn't bold in its proposal, but it's not bad either. The game has surrounded itself with great ideas, combining metroidvania and action with some RPG and humor. Of course, the massive repetitiveness caused by backtracking and the flaws in the gameplay can cause a certain exhaustion, but it's still a title that rewards those who make it to the end with a good adventure.- GameBlast

Elden Ring Nightreign is an experience that, while sharing similarities with the main game, sets itself apart in subtle ways. It’s a distilled version of the massive 2022 title, but its greatest strengths lie in its fast-paced combat, shorter runtime, and high-speed gameplay. It offers an engaging challenge for veterans, while also serving as a great entry point for those who don’t want to deal with the monumental scale of FromSoftware’s larger works.- GameBlast

The titles chosen for the MARVEL MaXimum Collection are quite interesting, ranging from the sorrowful Silver Surfer to the 16-bit Spider-Man duo and the celebrated arcade X-Men. Having them all together in one place is great; however, the weak point of this collection is precisely the gallery, which could be much richer and present the games contained within—all of which are over 30 years old—in a more convincing and detailed way for current generations.- GameBlast

Minos builds an interesting foundation by reversing the traditional role and turning the labyrinth into an active defensive tool. The combination of planning, traps, and direct intervention with the Minotaur creates tense and rewarding moments, especially when strategies begin to flow naturally, while the challenging campaign and steady progression help maintain engagement despite frequent defeats. However, repetition and limited content variety become more noticeable over time, with a lack of trap diversity, predictable level structure, and some visual clarity issues weakening the pacing and diminishing the impact of its strongest ideas. In the end, Minos presents strong and intriguing concepts, but still needs more diversity and refinement to sustain its long-term potential.- GameBlast

Chicken Run: The Mission may have some structural flaws, but it's still a good way to continue the adventures of the birds who just want to survive without becoming lunch. The mechanics aren't complicated, and the pace is light, making it suitable for younger players or those looking for a few laughs while hiding from malicious chefs.- GameBlast

BALL x PIT stands out for its inventiveness by combining frantic action, roguelite progression, and block-breaking mechanics into a unique experience. The sphere fusion system and the cycle of building and upgrading the city provide a constant sense of progress and experimentation, while the retro visuals and controlled chaos of the battles make each match intense and engaging. However, the repetition of stages, constant grinding, and lack of variety eventually diminish some of the initial impact. Still, it remains a notable title for its originality and hypnotizing action.- GameBlast

Legacy of Kain: Defiance Remastered fulfills its role in rescuing one of the most important chapters of one of the most remarkable narratives in video games. Even more than two decades after its original release, the game still holds up mainly due to the strength of its story, the quality of its characters, and the way it concludes the complex saga of Kain and Raziel. But not everything has aged perfectly. Some limitations of the original version remain noticeable, especially in the camera system and certain aspects of gameplay. These elements reflect the era in which the game was created and may seem strange to players accustomed to more modern action titles.- GameBlast

Anger Foot didn't bring anything new to the PS5, and, in fact, it didn't need to. Its mechanics, with a greater focus on speed than precision, are addictive, even if hampered by the highly repetitive level design and enemy patterns. This, combined with the frenetic soundtrack, strong visuals, and humor that's uncompromisingly lighthearted, makes the journey of "Anger Foot" a very interesting experience, well worth a try.- GameBlast

Viewed only as a puzzler, Mind Over Magnet is casual, fun, enjoyable, and polished — but don't expect it to be memorable, surprising or even long. Those qualities will only be appreciated by those interested in seeing the game from the perspective of a solo developer's project tracing winding paths of learning, and problem-solving. This is the audience that will benefit most from exploring the game along with the creator's commentary contained in it, and the videos that portrayed the three-year development process.- GameBlast

Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly Remake is a fairly efficient reconstruction of a classic. Playing it safe in its approach, it's a competent production that manages to be inviting for both newcomers and veteran players who will feel reassured to see that Minakami hasn't changed much since his last stint, although there are enough new elements to make them feel immersed as if it were an almost fresh experience.- GameBlast

Monument Valley 3 captivates with its stunning art direction, dreamlike settings, and an accessible design that invites contemplation. Noor's journey is engaging and filled with creative puzzles, though simpler and more predictable compared to previous titles. While it introduces new ideas, such as boat navigation, the game doesn't take many risks in terms of innovation and variety. With a brief campaign and linear solutions, the experience is welcoming, but it leaves the impression that it could have gone further in terms of depth and challenge.- GameBlast

WiZmans World Re;Try is a charming dungeon-crawling JRPG remaster whose real hook is the Anima Fusion system, letting you absorb defeated monsters to evolve and customize your three homunculi with new stats, skills, and even looks. Combat is turn-based and easy to read thanks to a clear timeline and a simple elemental cycle, rewarding smart chaining and efficient planning. With modern quality-of-life features and an upgraded presentation, it’s a great pick for players who enjoy experimentation and party building—though the fusion micromanagement and dungeon-heavy pacing may not click with everyone.- GameBlast

Crimson Desert lives up to its promise, delivering a rich open world with plenty of activities and fun combat. However, the title doesn't reach its peak because it lacks a particularly compelling protagonist and wastes the potential of other playable characters. Furthermore, the project still needs some polishing.- GameBlast

Despite limitations in its simulation systems, NUTMEG! A Nostalgic Deckbuilding Football Manager remains an enjoyable experience within its straightforward and simplified premise. The contrast between simulated and broadcast matches highlights its strongest ideas, particularly the deckbuilding mechanics, where the game truly excels. Overall, it works better as a casual pastime than a deep simulator, with fast progression, short seasons, and accessible systems that keep the experience light and approachable.- GameBlast

Bravely Default: Flying Fairy HD Remaster is a great opportunity to experience one of the Nintendo 3DS's most memorable RPGs. Its combat system remains solid, the main cast continues to be charismatic, and the artistic direction is still charming, now enhanced by HD visuals. Despite this, none of the title's rough edges were trimmed, causing the campaign's pace to remain irregular and the difficulty balancing inconsistent.- GameBlast

At first glance, Gigasword might seem like just another retro-style Metroidvania, but the way it integrates the greatsword with exploration and puzzle mechanics makes the experience stand out on its own. Everybody's Golf Hot Shots manages to deliver a fun and, to some extent, addictive experience. Despite its dated visuals, the presentation is pleasant, with cool music and a good balance of realism. While the game could offer more support for newcomers and those less experienced, it also offers a good tutorial and well-implemented mechanics. It's a shame that the significant amount of content requires a lot of patience to access. In the long run, however, those who enjoy the games will end up enjoying everything the game has to offer, such as a leveling system that unlocks new golfers, holes, clubs, and more.- GameBlast

Onirism presents an interesting set of ideas and has enough personality to stand out, but its execution still falls short of the concept’s potential. The combination of unbalanced difficulty and poorly structured levels undermines the experience, even with the protagonist’s solid mobility and the world’s visual charm. On the other hand, the variety of weapons and game modes brings fresh energy to the adventure, adding new dynamics to the combat. Overall, Onirism is a fun experience, but one that still needs adjustments to become truly accessible to different types of players.- GameBlast

Ys X: Proud Nordics delivers Adol's definitive journey featuring dynamic combat, memorable bosses, and naval exploration within a world full of new content. This version expands the experience with an additional narrative and a challenging dungeon designed for veteran players who have finished the main campaign. However, the game suffers from excessively similar linear environments and common opponents that make the battle rhythm less exciting over time.- GameBlast
