The gameplay formula is indeed interesting, but the repetitive minigames and the lack of general content don't fully support the good ideas.- Everyeye.it

Extremely derivative on a playful level and technically insufficient even by the standards of the last generation (and beyond), Dolmen is an experiment that was only minimally successful. While we liked the Lovecraftian atmosphere and the constant sense of danger that permeates the entire production, everything else should be rethought at the root. The inclusion of firearms could really add something new to the genre, but nefarious management of the energy bar ended up compromising the effectiveness of gun-play as well. Although the title is offered at the modest sum of € 39.99, at present there is no valid reason why RPG enthusiasts should prefer it to the much more inspired and deserving soulslike ones that have invaded the market in recent weeks.- Everyeye.it

Renegade 3D driver is not a bad game. Simply it is a title that has several flaws, worsened by the absolute insipid gameplay.- Everyeye.it

The classic game mode are not improved by the VR headset, and the loss of definition is really hard to bear. The Invasion Mode, the sole new feature of the package, is short and uninspired.- Everyeye.it

The art direction is fine, even if sometimes too close to Genova Chen's style, but the gameplay is sadly very far from interesting. In the end, it lacks one of the most important things a game of this kind should provide: immersion.- Everyeye.it

Touhou Genso Rondo : Bullet Ballet is a weak title in every respect, especially from the point of view of content. The story mode is not only suffering from enormous narrative flaws, but it can be completed in less than four hours, and even one of the few playable characters is only available via DLC.- Everyeye.it

Babylon's Fall is a huge wasted opportunity. Backed by ingenious mechanics like Gideon Arms or Dynamis Skills, the combat system had the potential to shine in a new and intense light, but the questionable choice of postponing the unlocking of crafting and skills related to the three races to the endgame slows down. the progression enormously, placing the player in front of an unbearable monotony and encouraging him to abandon the product within a few hours. If we add to this an almost non-existent history and an obsolete technical plant of at least two generations, there is no reason why you might want to climb the Tower of Babel.- Everyeye.it

King's Bounty II is composed of many traditional elements fused together in an unconventional way. Rather than melted it would be better to say stuck on top of each other. The amalgam of characteristics and genres is completely disorganized, confused, as if it were the mixture of randomly selected market trends. Taken individually, not all the constituent elements of the game are mediocre, indeed it is quite possible to be captured by the settings or by the combat system. But what is missing is the connection work: the most important operation in a complex product such as a video game. What distinguishes a good video game from a bad one is not the sum of the parts, it is how these parts interact with each other, how they contribute to the realization of a common goal.- Everyeye.it

In short, some easy scares and a fair amount of blood and offal on the screen are not enough to recommend a title that has little to offer even the most hardcore fans of a formula that perhaps, at this point, deserves some kind of revision.- Everyeye.it

Unlike the first chapter, Lovecraft's Untold Stories 2 does not hit the mark, but in contrast it represents a clear step back in many respects. Its only real strength is represented by the artistic direction, which, abandoning the pixel art of the progenitor, preferred to adopt a cleaner design inspired by comic books. Overall, the title turned out to be somewhat unsatisfactory: once the adventure began, you are immediately catapulted into history without a real guide, while the combat system appears slow and clumsy, also due to woody animations. To this already unfortunate situation must be added some rather unbalanced enemies, numerous bugs that compromise the experience, an isometric view that sometimes makes you turn up your nose and, last but not least, the unexpected removal of the cooperative mode promised to the public during the development. At present, Lovecraft's Untold Stories 2 appears to be far from being able to be a playable experience that can be promoted.- Everyeye.it
