Ninja Gaiden 2 is and remains a masterpiece of the genre, but "Black" is a lazy and dull "deluxe remaster" operation, which does not correct or modernize the most critical aspects of the original and, in some ways, worsens them. However, Itagaki's masterpiece remains a must and having the possibility of enjoying it in a more modern and up-to-date graphic guise certainly has its appeal.

Hell Let Loose is not a game for everyone and it is very likely that those looking only for a shooter set in the Second World War may not appreciate it. It is in fact a product designed exclusively for a hardcore audience that is not afraid of the long times that elapse between one death and another and that cannot be categorized as a simple first-person shooter. Hell Let Loose is an experience that aims to recreate situations as similar as possible to those of a real conflict and this involves a slow and reasoned approach that is in stark contrast to other modern productions, which focus everything on immediacy and chaos. If you're ready to turn a blind eye to some annoying glitches and that's the kind of simulation you're looking for, then you might find hours and hours of fun with your most trusted teammates in Hell Let Loose.

It's a shame that the combat system, too basic and repetitive, fails to impress. Hell is Us is a bold, visceral, and engaging game. However, it's not an experience for everyone due to its uneven pace, which fails to strike a balance between exploration and action.

Episode Aigis is a necessary product to complete this remake of one of the cornerstones of JRPG history. Die-hard fans of the title will certainly be thrilled to return to the shoes of the SEES, but the repetitive dungeons and the limited number of activities offered risk quickly giving way to monotony. Ultimately, with Daymare 1994 Invader Studios has taken a step forward, treasuring the experience accumulated during the development of the progenitor of the series. Some perplexities remain relating to the script, which starts from solid foundations and then gets lost in the final stages, as well as some ingenuity in the gameplay formula, which in any case has managed to demonstrate the validity of the Frost Grip on several occasions. With a greater variety of threats and instruments of death, this visually striking nightmare journey could have gone even further: however the Roman team has shown us his talent, once again.

Ghost Song left a slight bitterness in our mouth when we consider its remarkable potential. The story conquers, the maps and in general the level design of the game are well built, while the variety of the clashes and the role-playing component work (initially) very well. Unfortunately, the average difficulty does not grow with the passing of the hours and on the contrary turns downwards, thanks to some devastating power ups and a general repetition of the enemies. Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy is a simple remaster, but the three games that comprise it have stood the test of time quite well. The gameplay is still immediate today, the puzzles, riddles and cases to solve are stimulating but not frustrating, and the updated mechanics for the new platforms work well. We already knew the plots, they are mysterious enough and all the characters, not just the protagonists, are well characterized. Graphically, then, it is incredible to see all the models and animations in high definition, the "Objections!" and the expressions of both 3D models and the more classic flat illustrations. It's just a shame for the lack of localization in Italian and for the extras, which are poorly looked after and rather banal. And interesting puzzle platform, despite the low difficulty level and a general lack of content. The cooperative mode really shines, offering an entirely new experience.

It owes much to Monster Hunter, but it still has its own way of delivering interesting content. Also, the lasting appeal is fair, if you can accept some repetitive mission.

Terra Noctis is classic platform which score its points in a curios graphical approach which is a mix of pixelart and retro. There is no innovation, but Allen is a good character who may hit your chords. A lot of variety is guaranteed by many levels and different gadgets.

Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath HD is a game that feels the weight of years. Far from being unplayable or not attractive, you can not cross over the imperfections of the control system, on a plot that is not too daring and partly on a too-flat concept level design.

Ultimately, Battlestar Galactica: Scattered Hopes succeeds because it grasps precisely which aspect of the series truly deserved to be adapted into a game: the arduous struggle of holding together a community in flight. The fleet management system works precisely because it forces you to live with the consequences of what you leave behind. Its limitations become apparent when crises and points of interest lose their element of surprise, when factions exert less influence than promised, and when the heroes remain more functional than memorable. However, the game is bolstered by a generous mechanical framework: diverse Gunstars, randomized abilities, varied enemies, distinct builds, a Compendium, and permanent bonuses lend real substance to its replayability—even when the narrative component begins to tread along paths that have become all too familiar. It is neither the most spectacular adaptation of Battlestar Galactica, nor the most consistent: when it focuses on risk, timing, and compromise, Scattered Hopes can be truly compelling; yet, when it relies too heavily on the repetition of its scenarios, it remains a solid, intelligent space roguelite—albeit one that is less surprising than it could have been.
