Overall, getting a 100% completion in the DLC clocked me in at around four hours, with the story taking about two-to-three to work through. Given the quality of both the story and the side content, picking it up and its follow-ups too should be a no-brainer. Or at least it was for me. But then, I’m the sick fool currently playing through a new game plus on Ultimate difficulty. I’ll let you know how that goes when we check in on our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man next time.

The Heist is a good bite-sized morsel of content that kept my attention throughout, and I'm excited to see where the rest of these chapters go. I just hope the Insomniac team can keep things interesting throughout.

It’s unreasonable to expect Marvel’s Spider-Man The Heist to reinvent the wheel here, it’s a DLC for a game that was remarkably popular, and many are clamouring for more. However, I don’t think I’m the only person that will be a little disappointed at Marvel’s Spider-Man playing it safe, and it’s a prime example of how you can have too much of a good thing.

The Heist is a good reason to sway in the skyscrapers of New York again, despite its lack of innovation, because it has a well-argued story that presents a very interesting character like Black Cat, showing another side of Peter Parker and his relationship with MJ, accompanied by the excellent gameplay that made this game of Insomniac were considered one of the best in the catalog of the PlayStation 4.

Black Cat's DNA was already spliced into side activities in Spider-Man so her appearance makes sense, even if the "to be continued" ending is a bummer.

The Heist is a disappointing DLC for a superb game. While people might be interested in Black Cat character, at the end they would probably gonna feel that $10 dollars for this is not worth it.

More of the same. All of the content feels recycled from a main game you're probably already burnt out on anyway. It doesn't help that the few new bits – suits and an enemy type – feel lazy and uninspired. The only reason to grab this DLC is for more of the story, which is as well done as ever, if a bit short – clocking in at around three hours max. If you're patient, grab it in a future sale just so you can see what happens next.

Fantastic DLC. So fun and enjoyable such as the main game. I wish it would be a bit longer. Cannot wait for the next DLCs.

I really liked coming back on Spiderman for this first Episode. The Characters were good and the tension was well written. Also the side quest to collect hidden treasures were interesting, but the outcome was not really suprising.

I didnt like the new activity and left it out of my playthrough. All in all good start in the DLC but a bit too short.

    A very uneven DLC

    Pros:
+ Felicia has a perfect booty.
+ After waves of faceless Sabre goons the usual ones look fresh.
+ The concept of level in MOMA is great.
+ In general, the art motif fits the game great.
+ Adding pauses to explore the city and crimes is well-done.

    Cons:
    - Bugs, bugs, bugs. Many black loading screens w/o a loader even. Crimes got cancelled during fighting time. One time the game even crashed.
    - The level design is uneven. I got frustrated a couple of times. Chasing goons in the museum sucks. As does chasing of Black Cat in subway.
    - Speedball photo mechanic is not explained properly.
    - These stupid stealth levels. Just no!
