Yoshi and the Mysterious Book is undoubtedly one of Nintendo's most intriguing experiences in years. It's incredibly charming and relaxing, piques your curiosity, and the short levels are unexpectedly dynamic puzzles, but it suffers from a fragmented structure and a lack of a sense of progression or reward.

Not even Destiny's brilliant gunplay can save Marathon from its own mess. Bungie's new shooter drowns in too much visual noise, rudimentary menus and boredom. An extraction shooter that doesn't innovate and becomes tiresome long before it becomes fun. If you're hardcore in this genre, Marathon can be seen in a much more optimistic light.

Chaotic, frustrating, but undeniably ambitious. Crimson Desert constantly tests our patience with technical problems and a confusing narrative, before letting us enjoy its ambitious combat system, exploration and stunning visuals. A game that demands time and a lot of patience for those who manage to overcome the barrier of its lack of polish.

RIDE 6 is a solid game with lots of content, which excels above all in driving on asphalt and with a satisfying learning curve. But it is very conservative, with underused new features and an online and progression structure that could be more ambitious.

Romeo is a Dead Man is yet another bizarre and absolutely crazy title by Goichi Suda, a fine example of a video game by an author that displays all the insane methodology of its creator. It's not the best technical game, it doesn't have the best gameplay you'll find, but it's an absolutely out-of-the-box experience.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 looks good, but ultimately fails to bring anything new to the table. The campaign is confusing and poorly organized, the multiplayer is basically “more of the same,” and the Zombies mode has some good ideas, but it's not enough to save the game.

Going back thousands of years to Tears of the Kingdom, the third Hyrule Warriors shows you everything from that first epic confrontation against Ganondorf, but the cast lacks the necessary strength, while the progress made in making the gameplay more frenetic clashes with the lack of evolution in the musou design.

The Outer Worlds 2 tries to be a great space RPG, but falls by the wayside. It has good ideas, lots of freedom and fun moments, but the story is confusing and the world feels empty.
