Praise the Sun: the PC version of Dark Souls II isn't the total mess that its predecessor was. It may not be the prettiest or most graphically advanced game, but it runs stable and smooth at a 1080p resolution with 60 fps, even on a moderately powerful machine. As for the game itself, there's little else to be said: it's still bloody difficult and engaging, a true hardcore masterpiece.- Eurogamer Italy

Resident Evil 2 Remake is the quintessence of the very concept behind the term "remake": a modern game, which has not forgotten its origins and presents the same soul of 20 years ago, able to amaze both the neophytes and the nostalgics.- Eurogamer Italy

Dark Souls II is a great way to expand an already awesome game. From Software did a great job working on the previous game in order to fix its problems creating a more accessible experience. The game is still as hard as hell, but this time player is able to understand it in a better way.- Eurogamer Italy

Assassin's Creed 2 has more variety than its prequel, and it's a great gaming experience. Despite a graphics engine which is good but that no longer represents the cutting edge, the real difference is now the storyline and the gameplay. Ubisoft has listened to what people were asking for, and we are now in front of what Assassin's Creed was supposed to be.- Eurogamer Italy

Despite the lack of innovation, The Room Three it’s still a great game that every puzzle lover should buy. All the charm that makes it unique is still there, but for the next chapter Fireproof Games will have to offer something fresh for this franchise.- Eurogamer Italy

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is refined by the technological evolution of the last decade and the experience gathered with New Leaf and the various spin-off titles: the new game has a soul that has always been present in the franchise, but never fully expressed as today . All that remains is to wait for the launch and hope for a far-sighted management of the free updates and (not yet confirmed) microtransactions, crowning a title very close to conceptual and executive perfection.- Eurogamer Italy

The third, and probably best upgrade to the vast lore of World of Warcraft. New races, new instances, a complete redesigned Azeroth and many more changes, all make this expansion worthy both for the newcomers and the hardcore players. Obviously, it's still WoW, so if you are full of it, you'll probably enjoy it just for a month.- Eurogamer Italy

With its fun gameplay and an amazing charisma for standing out, Overwatch is the best candidate for the “best competitive FPS” title this year. Blizzard has done a gorgeous job working on this title, creating a shiny box full of a deep and interesting lore, an outstanding design and tons of fun.- Eurogamer Italy

The mobile version of Skylanders Trap Team is a great step for the future of mobile gaming. Maybe the gameplay it’s not so fresh, even with the traps, and is not cheap to enjoy the full content. But it’s a great game that now you can play everywhere.- Eurogamer Italy

With a new multiplayer mode, a new type of race for up to four players, a better editor and a giant world where to build our very personal track, Trials Evolution is without any doubt one of the most fun games on Xbox Live Arcade to date.- Eurogamer Italy

FIFA 10 is all the best a football fan could imagine, you simply have to have it. The score is the right prize for a nearly perfect game that deserves the right prize for the work done in the last years that brought the average arcade game of the past, to the nearest thing to real football actually available. You'll stop playing FIFA 10 only when FIFA 11 will be on shelves. Great job EA, great job Moore, great job Rutter. You have to play it!- Eurogamer Italy

Mark of the Ninja is a must for Xbox 360 owners. Assassin's Creed Brotherhood is a great way to finish the storyline of Ezio Auditore. The game is a better version of Assassin's Creed 2, and offers a solid adventure with loads of missions and a great variety. The multiplayer needs some improvements and could become really addictive in Assassin's Creed 3, but as for now it looks just like a minor extra.- Eurogamer Italy

Super Meat Boy has a great power: it consumes your social life until you reach the final level. And after you beat it, it's not over yet: there are also the dark levels. Dead Space 2 is bigger, better but less scary than the first episode of Visceral Games' horror franchise. This is not a crime, though, because the game is really awesome. The multiplayer is interesting but looks just like a simple extra to the main game.- Eurogamer Italy
