    You can't go wrong with Trap Team on console, but the iPad and Android port is just as good, if not better because of the portability.

    The combination of portal interaction, plethora of characters and development, along with an extensive amount of content with high production values puts it almost in a league of its own. The high cost barrier to entry will certainly be off-putting for some, but folks that invest will end up with an experience that matches and even exceeds that of its console siblings (due to the portable nature of the system).

    Skylanders Trap Team not only plays in a different league from other mobile games, but it’s probably a whole different game. This is the same game you can play on a home console, but here you just need your tablet, because Trap Team’s Starter Pack takes care of everything else. It’s a new way to approach the mobile market, and it’s a winning one.

    The mobile version of Skylanders Trap Team is a great step for the future of mobile gaming. Maybe the gameplay it’s not so fresh, even with the traps, and is not cheap to enjoy the full content. But it’s a great game that now you can play everywhere.

    This game is still amazing, even in 2019, and being able to play the normal trap team game on the go is amazing
