It doesn't require superhuman skill but it will pose a challenge to all that play. Above all else, it's fun and there's nothing that beats that.

Replay value is limited. It's doubtful that the average gamer would even care to finish this game. The story is predictable so there's little incentive to complete the game just to see the conclusion.

The load times suck but the graphics are actually pretty darn close to the Xbox and Cube, which surpised me. Online play is pretty good, but I found it to be more laggy than XBL. As mentioned though, you've got the controller that makes this game a breeze to play.

It runs smooth, looks great, features tight controls and an arcade sense of physics that lets anyone get a handle on it in a couple of minutes. The fact that it's challenging and deep leaves room for gamers to develop their skills, both physical and mental, over time.

The online play is unrivaled. However even the smaller size of the S controller manages to mar the experience just a tad. I play a lot of Xbox and I'm used to it, but I would definitely consider getting one of those peripherals that allows me to use a PS2 controller in my Xbox.

What you do get is Mario, Luigi and Peach as playable characters and your own Mushroom Kingdom court to play on. This is a fun novelty but it begins and ends there. Novelty. These characters just don't fit in a basketball game and their appearance is somewhat unsettling.

It's quite possible that Champions: Return to Arms is the best hack and slash game ever created. Unfortunately it has been built atop the foundation of "Champions of Norrath." So much so that fans of that game may feel somewhat betrayed that Return to Arms is so similar.

Both the RPG and the fighting elements, when examined individually are simply average. There are budget games that outperform Virtua Quest as a fighter and as a RPG.

With a convoluted storyline that never gets off the ground this is easily the worst game in the series.

Unfortunately Black Monday works as neither a game nor an interactive movie. The enemies and the situations are far too unbelievable. There is no sense of accomplishment since you don't really have to work very hard.

A fresh and frightening perspective on the survival horror genre. Capcom has outdone itself with this one... [The bosses] are amazing. Not only are they truly hideous to behold, they are incredibly detailed and intelligent.

The new added tag line of Playground of Destruction fits perfectly. It's just a huge area to destroy; yet it offers the gamer so much more. With a great story, decent characters and several mini-missions this one has it all.

What I am beginning to find most troubling is the developers penchant for including items and characters from previous games to the point of ad nauseum already. Anyone who has played a Link game will be totally familiar with the numerous items in the game and that's ruined some of the surprise and enjoyment for me.

Nothing short of awe-inspiring. It's filled with an incredible 52 missions, and dozens of side missions which culminate in 40+ hours or more of game time, which is almost unheard of in this genre.

This game is just too unrealistic to make it tick. Airborne Troops manages to get off the ground but it doesn't take long before it crash-lands somewhere behind enemy lines - with nobody bothering to recover it.

This version provides much of the same but it does so with better graphics, more features, more depth and an incredible variety of online games. In short, it's a blast.

If you can get this title for less than twenty bucks you might get some value of out of it. It's fast, it's fun and it's totally disposable.

A totally accessible football game. The arcade style should make it appeal to a wide audience. The trouble is that it's not very different from the original NFL Street game, although you can take this one online with the Xbox Live feature.

The guards, prisoners and Riddick himself are some of the most realistic looking polygon characters you'll see this year. The level of detail in the facial contortions alone are benchmark raising.

You need to do everything exactly right; blow one answer and you will need to restart the scene and the biggest problem is the fact the story is pretty boring. Its also a long game and one you won't be able to sit through at one time and this can cause some problems later on in the other scenes.

There is no reason in the world to own this product when "Pictochat" basically does everything at least, equally as well.

If you're the kind of player that likes to spend only a few hours a week playing one particular game, Growlanser Generations could last you a year. It's a big package, well worth the price.

Kuon is not a very deep game. It's repetitive, short and suffers from some control issues which gives the enemy an unfair advantage despite your best efforts.

I was insulted having to play this game. Then I was embarrassed. Then I was enraged...The idea that kids can pilot these mechs, or that there's any reason for them to be doing so, is so ridiculous that I wish that I could reach inside my giant mech body and squish the annoying little bastards.

It's not important that you be familiar with the original, in some respects it may be better since you visit the same places over again. There are new characters and missions and the storyline will keep you intrigued and entertained.

Torrente has a few things working against it, the least of which is the fat, balding, middle-aged, ass that is the star of the game. That fat dork is the best thing about the game. What does that tell you?

Every bit as good as the original and then some. It may not have the same impact that the original did in terms of the outcome but an all new storyline with new powers and missions takes us further into a galaxy that's already far away.

In Dead to Rights you will be fighting the faulty gameplay mechanics more than the enemy. The sloppy design prohibits me from recommending it.

Instead of a game that takes its inspiration from the show that it's based on, it appear to have been more inspired by "GTA" than anything else. And if you can imagine how bad a budget title of "GTA" would be, you can imagine how bad American Chopper is.

You're going to have to play this game for a long time to learn how to win, or you may just get lucky and get all of the sequences rights.

Inexplicably the aspects of "The Sands Of Time" that most players complained about, namely the endless battling of foes has returned in spades and it's not only repetitive beyond all reason, it's also a lot less forgiving this time around.

If you have an interest in poker and you have Xbox Live, you will certainly get more out of this budget title than someone who only plays it offline.

It may take a while for you to get into Worms Forts. I didn't really like it at first but like a tapeworm, it eventually grew on me.

Compared to "Deer Hunt," the animals in Big Game display a more fluid animation style. The environments suffer from poor textures. More often than not it feels like you're in a bad museum display rather than in the great outdoors.

There are 29 songs. This is the worst collection of tunes bar none. They are meant to appeal to the most affected families you can imagine. By that I mean shallow, bland morons.

Just keep in mind that your enjoyment of this cart will be in direct proportion to how easily you adapt to the less than stellar control scheme. With analog control built into the DS, this game would have been off the charts, but as it is I think a lot of people who played the original will be shocked to discover just how different it feels.

For a budget game it certainly is worth the price. While it can get very challenging at times, the way the game feels and switches for each table is fantastic.

It's hard not to like this game. The presentation is near perfection. It's got a great sense of humor and it's full of personality. The control system takes some getting used to but it's really effective and responsive.

Not only are the character models gorgeously detailed but you'll see everything from coffee cups to magazines lying around some of the rooms not to mention the tall grass that sways in the wind as if every single blade was animated individually.

A two-player co-op mode is a great addition. I played it with a friend of mine last night and I seemed to enjoy it much more than the one-player mode. Any Gauntlet fans are advised to try the co-op mode.

It's more frustrating than challenging and it certainly isn't a whole lot of fun for any player of any age.

There may not be many games that can deliver the college experience like NCAA March Madness but there are plenty of better basketball games out there that deliver a better game.

Being able to control some of the action on the touch screen is a nice feature and really comes in handy. I would have liked to see more things to do with the screen though.

While it has issues the game is a good football game complete with realistic fatigue and injuries. It certainly showed promise for the next version and sports games in general.

It simply seems rushed in certain areas and the whole game is a little on the short side.

With living, breathing backgrounds, smooth animation and a colorful cartoon presentation the graphics are nothing short of amazing for a game in this price range.

Considering how well Valve got the action down pat, I was very unpleasantly surprised that they managed to fumble the storyline so badly. HL2 starts off with such promise and ends with something akin to what you'd find in "[deleted]" which is a travesty of a mockey of a sham, if there ever was one.

It doesn't require much thinking but since CSI has been doing the thinking for viewers for so many years maybe the majority of the game players will require this level of babysitting.

Compared to last year's game, this is last year's game. There are so few improvements that whatever you hated or liked about the original is what you'll hate or like about this sequel.

FTM is no cakewalk. It's challenging and demented but addictive. For a change of pace this game is exactly the sort of game you can pop in, have fun and laugh at the stupid stunts and storyline.

While it's not short on game, it does come up short on gameplay, and that's the important thing. It's fun to swing around the pseudo 3D cities, but the level of difficulty unhinges things later on.

This is the best pinball simulation that I've ever played. It's not a fantasy game with unearthly physics, it's a digital recreation of some of the most beloved Gottlieb pinball games from the 50s to the 90s.

Considering how amazing the graphics look compared to the first Ghost Recon, it's amazing there isn't more slowdown - although I'm thankful there's not. The online games are surprisingly smooth.

If you're looking for non-stop action, Echoes only delivers in waves. As an adventure game you will spend a lot of time exploring, collecting, amassing clues and solving puzzles. When the action hits, it hits big time. The relatively quiet and isolated stretches in between make the action appear more intense. If you like diversity in your gameplay this is the game for you.

There's nothing so captivating about this game that a rental can't dispel. It's too bad you can't rent games by the minute.

Overall the gameplay is far too simple for any casual gamer but it's sure to keep kids entertained even if they haven't seen the movie or read any of the novels.

High Rollers Casino is so bad that's guaranteed to raise your blood pressure to unhealthy levels. This is an embarrassment to gamblers and gamers everywhere.

Those wanting an action game will be disappointed at the lack of action while the strategy and RPG aspects are too shallow for the sophisticated gamer.

The gameplay would be woefully inadequate to compete against any game released in the last four years were it not for the interactivity of the Eye Toy. In other words, if you just used a regular controller for this game it would suck.
