A totally accessible fighter. Almost anyone can get the hang of it in a few minutes, but that doesn't mean it's easy.
  2. The main thing that it has going for it is that it recreates its franchise so faithfully that you feel as if you're completely in control of its world.
  3. 75
With the addition of jumping or ducking abilities, an improved movement system, or the ability to fly independently outside of the launch attack, DBZ could definitely have potential to break through its already enormous demographic and become something even bigger.

DragonBall Z: Budokai 2 isn't really a fighting game, well it is, it's just not a good one.

This GameCube port has a few new features that the PS2 version didn't, like a few new stages and skill capsules, but you can't escape the fact that the game is already a year old.
  6. It's frustrating, to say the least, when fights are often won by whichever player was able to mash the attack buttons the fastest during a power struggle, or when a powerful attack misses because the opponent randomly guessed the proper escape button.
  7. 50
Since the controls almost never change from character to character, there's very little difference between all the fighters-you've seen one, you've seen 'em all, in other words.

This game is so good and I could play it all day long. The game is as good as Metroid Prime 2 and better than Halo 2!!!!

Pretty fun, not that good as Budokai 3 or Infinite World, but also a good one.

I love dragon ball but this game is putrid, the way you unlock characters is Equivalent to Injecting soy sauce into you’re balls.

I love dragon ball but this game is putrid, the way you unlock characters is Equivalent to Injecting soy sauce into you’re balls.
The base roster is Atrocious with characters that you want to play as locked away in there **** story mode that plays like Chess, not only are they locked away you have to do Specific things to unlock them(that doesn’t sound that bad on paper but when each character has 1 move on the board it gets boring quickly).
I almost forgot to mention the fact that if one of your characters die then you have to start the level all the way from the beginning and if you unlocked a character in that level once you lose you don’t get them and have to beat them all over again

Come on, David C. As good as Metroid Prime 2? Absurd. This game isn't even as good as the horrific show. It's almost as good as a Come on, David C. As good as Metroid Prime 2? Absurd. This game isn't even as good as the horrific show. It's almost as good as a migrane, but since it isn't an excuse to stay home from work it's not. This is one of the most atrocious and barbaric games ever. The controls are ridiculous and repetitive. The graphics are horrendous. The sound consists of nothing more than the screams of the stupid characters (I know it has to feel bad to be in a game this appaling, but do they really have to scream that loud?). And the story is terrible. This game has no redeeming qualities at all. Just like the show, it's painful to watch. But it's deadly to play. Expand
