While we can commend Aspyr's efforts to modernize Star Wars: Bounty Hunter, it's clear that significant issues persist within the core gameplay mechanics. Visually, the game impresses and delivers a strong dose of nostalgia for Star Wars fans. However, when evaluated on its own merits, without the Star Wars branding, the flaws become much more apparent.

Exoprimal may offer engaging and sometimes exciting combat and the core gameplay mechanics are what you’d expect from a shooter, but it falls into a loop of repeating itself way too early and for an online experience, that’s the biggest issue. It has the potential to become much bigger and better than what it is right now, but unless those updates start rolling, I don’t recommend paying the full price just for potential.

A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead is a respectable effort in the survival horror genre and does a great job of implementing the same feel and atmosphere that made the movie series successful into a video game, using high-quality lighting and sound effects. On the other hand, however, the original story and characters of the game don't feel as fresh or as engaging when compared to the movies and the cut-scenes lack the quality you'd expect. Bleak Faith: Forsaken is a collective of broken elements that were never going to work together, to begin with, and the final product is not short of a disaster. Spend your money and time elsewhere.

After all the drama, all the hype and a lengthy development process, Skull and Bones is here, and it fails miserably. This is not a AAAA title, and even calling it a AAA title is highly debateable. I wouldn't waste my money on it and I recommend that you don't either.

The Occupation is one of the most unique games in recent years, and despite some weird issues and shortages, it is still one the best in the Immersive Sim genre. Its solid narrative and smart design will keep you engaged form the start to the very end and even after you beat the game, you'll still want some more.

Hypergun is filled with exciting boss fights and tons of different weapons, but the overall experience is short, repetitive and buggy. Yet, it can be considered a cheap ($15) alternative that may be fun for a few hours.
