    Micro transactions and greed are ruining an otherwise amazing game. A game that costs $79 Canadian should not require you to spend money to get cars. The producer thinks it is a way to convey value of some of the more exclusive cars. Well Sir some of us Peasants would like to escape that reality through the use of your reality escaping tool and drive those cars anyway however you wouldMicro transactions and greed are ruining an otherwise amazing game.     Point négatifs:
    - toujours pas de gestion des dégâts alors qu'il y a une tentative de dégâts visuels (oui on peux avoir quelques bosses et rayures sur les parechocs)
    - une IA débile. C'est simple l'IA suit sa trajectoire et n'en a rien à foutre de vous donc des fois c'est bien la joie comme par exemple devoir faire des dépassements en Porsche sous la pluie au Nurburgring - pas de    Point négatifs:

    - le rallye est juste horrible
    - absence des courses d'endurance
    - impossibilité de régler la sensibilité des gâchettes et je trouve la gâchette d'accélération trop sensible sur la première moitié partie de sa course, ce qui fait qu'on part trop facilement en spin avec des voitures améliorées
    - pas possible de vendre ses voitures
    - plus de courses permettant de gagner des voitures une fois le mode café fini
    - un seul ticket par jour une fois le mode café fini
    - courses rapportant peux (au mieux c'est 60-95k en 5min avant maj)
    - voitures très chères
    - partie solo du jeu inaccessible quand les serveurs sont down
    - maj qui réduit fortement les gains possible afin de créer la frustration du jouer afin de pousser le jouer vers les microtransaction (prix des microtransaction multiplié par 4 entre GTS et GT7) et tout ça 2 semaines après la sortie du jeu donc après que les tests soient sorti et que les gens aient achetés le jeu (car oui le je n'est pas un free to play malgré la politique de microtransaction de free to play)

    Points sur lesquels je suis mitigé:
    - les apports de la dualsense car je trouve les vibrations haptiques vraiment cool mais je trouve la gestion des gâchettes adaptatives loupée
    - l'audio du jeu, car je trouve que dans l'ensemble le son des voitures est bon par contre les crissements de pneus, clairement pas convaincu
    - le contenu du jeu car il y a clairement de quoi faire mais je le trouve malgré tout assez faible pour un GT, faudra attendre les maj
    - la partie explication/découverte de l'histoire de l'automobile que je trouve trop light et superficielle

    Points positifs:
    - la conduite et le comportement des voitures est juste excellent
    - jeu proposant un sacré défis si vous voulez l'or partout (courses/défis/permis/chronos)
    - présence de tous les modes de jeu (solo + multi + sport) contrairement à GT Sport
    - le jeu est vraiment beau même si je trouve que ça manque souvent de peps/folie à vouloir être trop propre
    - temps chargement quasi inexistant sur PS5
    - excellente bande son
    - le mode café sympathique qui permet d'avoir une avancée progressive mais trop court et la progression est morte une fois le mode café fini

    Objectivement le jeu a des qualité et c'est possible de s'amuser dessus (quand les serveurs sont up) mais les énormes défauts du jeu et surtout la politique commerciale abjecte de ce jeu fait qu'il s'agit d'un jeu qui est est absolument à suivre.

    Polyphony Digital et Sony viennent d'achever une licence mythique…..    … Expand

    When I started playing this game I was greeted with the 29 hour server downtime with no way to play the game. Simce servers have to be up in order to play single player. Then I look forward to playing splitscreen coop only to find out the car selection is limited and player 2 is always slower than player 1. The game has great potential, however the execution was terrible.

    Suite à la dernière mise à jour je décide de lui attribué cette note. En effet la mise à jour a considérablement cassé le jeu. De longue cession de farming sont obligatoires pour acquérir des voitures. Ce qui est scandaleux dans un jeu de course. De plus si vous souhaitez acquérir ces voitures rapidement il vous faudrait passer au micro transaction. Si rien ne change le jeu sera vendu surSuite à la dernière mise à jour je décide de lui attribué cette note. En effet la mise à jour a considérablement cassé le jeu. Too few tournaments to win cars and ingame money. Duplicate cars cannot be sold either. New tracks would have been great too. Instead they incorporated the same old routes and built actual new ones.     After getting burned on gran truismo sport I told myself I would never buy another gran truismo game again. Low and behold, it happened again. I saw some reviews on the game online and everything seemed to point to the fact that gt 7 was the real deal and that the franchise was back to being great, think gt2, gt4 and gt6. NO! Then you have a dated roster of cars, barely anything new here. Now they’re probably gonna go ahead and release new cars as purchasable dlc. Hahaha. This game was $70 dollars usd. Oh! And you always have to be connected to the internet! If your internet drops for a brief moment during a race, you have to do the race all over again!     Pushy strategy for microtransaction, many cars are almost impossible to get by playing normally, so if you don’t pay extra you’re getting only **** cars.

    Beside the game is good, but paying 79€ and then being pushed to pay extra is unacceptable.

The payouts and spin wheel reward system is absolutely a sick hideous joke, especially for car parts.     Cannot believe gt7 has taken the greed route. Make us grind endless hours for minimal credits, up price of cars up to 8 times previous cost and force to by credits in a way where you have to get more than needed just to pocket our hard earned money. I will boycott all this anti consumer greed. Take your game and shove it into your real world tailpipes

    It's a great game and very realistic. The story mode is good it helps you get better driving the vehicles or the time attack so you can tune the vehicle how you like it.

    The economy in the game is horrible. Recent update just made it worse by nerfing the payouts of most of the races. This game also requires internet even when you want to play singleplayer. So if there is maintenance going on, you can't access anything else other than arcade mode which is awful. Come on PD, what are you doing? This game has so much more potential but you guys are ruining it.

    95% der Spieler spielen nur offline aber Polyphonal macht einen Online Zwang und fügen Mikrotransaktionen dazu,löschen einfach deinen Fortschritt wenn du zuviele Credits machst und schiebens dann auf schlechte Server...aber wollen noch mehr Geld von den Spielern damit sie ihr Spiel nicht spielen müssen- in ständiger Angst der Fortschritt könnte ja einfach wieder weg sein...

    Merkt ihr selber oder- ein eigentlich gutes Spiel wurde hier total zu Schrott gefahren , und die Spielepresse hat den Zug verpasst die Spieler darauf hinzuweisen das einfach alles was man sich erspielt von Heute auf Morgen wieder weg sein kann-

Every time I see a prompt offering to buy more credits it really pulls me out of the immersed feeling I have in the game and detracts from it overall. This had the potential to be THE BEST game on playstation. I already bought it (pre ordered in fact) so I will enjoy it, but its just too bad.    … Expand

    If you like micro transactions this game is for you. You know how in the PS5 dash when you select a PS5 game it will play music, like Horizon Forbidden West or Spider-Man, or Astro’s Playroom? Well GT7 throws up a micro transaction box right on your dash! Understand that things are worse now than when the game was reviewed at release. Patches have come out making the grind and the microIf you like micro transactions this game is for you. You know how in the PS5 dash when you select a PS5 game it will play music, like Horizon Forbidden West or Spider-Man, or Astro’s Playroom? Well GT7 throws up a micro transaction box right on your dash! Understand that things are worse now than when the game was reviewed at release. Patches have come out making the grind and the micro transactions worse and more aggressive. And they didn’t just lower the credit rewards for winning races after launch, they have raised prices on cars, even in the last game to match this! And tuning is so over priced that it is not worth it, you lose money when you tune and win the race. I would not have bought had I known what was going to happen. I also don’t like the UI, and how to navigate from the weak single player aspect, to online, to daily challenges. The music races that you can jump right into without going through a dumb confusing interface that deliberately tries to confuse and conceal the lack of content, and are fun, but don’t even give any credits as far as I can tell. This game feels stingy. Very stingy. I said that about Gears 5, and it seems that Sony is going to follow Microsoft and others down the micro transaction rabbit hole. No thanks. I’ve played this game about 4 times since launch. Luckily I’ve been distracted by Elden Ring and Horizon Forbidden West, I feel sorry for those who really were looking forward to this game. Sony is trying to make this game a live service game. In order to play this game, even the single player, you need to always be connected to the internet. In addition to the obvious, that you don’t own the game even if you buy the disk, because you can’t play the game at all unless connected to their server which can be turned off in the future, when there is a problem the game goes offline and you can play. That’s already happened at least once and the game could not be played for 30 hours, even in single player. This was $70 and it feels like a free to play live service game that is riddled with micro transactions and online only service. Like a mobile game. Pretty sad, do not buy.     Well I am do disapointed in the greed and sheer daylight robbery being attempted by Sony and Polyphony. Its an amazing game,, great, could even be a fantastic racing sim for the community. But there is NO WAY ON EARTH that i am busying credits to play a game I just paid £59 FOR!! This is the most disgusting attempt at exploiting the massive (probably ex by now) fan base of GT Sport.     Very slow going to earn in game credits with the game’s economy driven by mtx. It Shouldn’t be the focus of a full rrp game. To add Insult to injury they recently lowered the race rewards to push mtx harder, very predatory. It pains me to say it but AVOID this game until PD fix the game’s economy.

    I am a long time GT Fan and this is one of the best Racing games in have Played. Sorry Forza H5, someone just took over your spot. The Racing is Brilliant, it is Hard to master but accessible for anyone. The Haptics and Triggers are amazing and wouldn't play it without them. The Textures and Models of the cars are some of the best i have ever seen, you can barely tell the difference fromI am a long time GT Fan and this is one of the best Racing games in have Played. The inclusion of Dynamic Weather, Time and Stars is a great Addition and add to the experience.

    The Cafe Menus, the main part of the game is something different and is a good experience. Gaining so many cars with minimal work is great while getting up to 6 Million Credits for more cars.

    The Tuning makes a return and is better than ever. The Added Customisation is great too, adding various bumpers and wings adds that "your own Car" feel. The Updated Livery Editor is way better than GTSport and i love that i could import mine from there.

    The Music Rally is definitely weird, but gives me Ridge Racer vibes trying to beat the time. The Arcade mode is just an Arcade mode, and that is all it needs to be. the Custom Races are better than GTSport for sure thanks to the Weather and Day settings.

    The Pre-made races and Championships are fine, considering you will be playing these more than other modes.

    Licenses and Missions return and well, they are difficult, but if you can try and push past that and keep trying, they add to the GT7 experience.

    The Car list is better than GT Sport with new additions. There 3 ways to buy them (Used, Brand central and Legend Cars) and 3 ways to Earn them for free (Cafe Menus, Licenses and Daily Workouts). Legend Car dealer is for your more rare cars that can have a hefty price tag, the most expensive being 18.5 Million with others low as 100K. the Daily Workouts return and now include Tuning Parts, Credits and Cars. there is 6 tiers with the top tier giving you Cars worth 3 Million Credits, and credits in the Millions. the lowest Tier gets you 5K Credits as the lowest payout

    Now for MTX... they are only there to top up your Credits. 100% optional and not needed at all unless you are someone who has a gambling problem. This comes to Progression... It is fine for what it is. you can get 500K Credits in 1 hour, so to get the rarest most expensive car will take you about 37 Hours Racing time. You might see others Complain about the times... but each one is wrong with their Estimates say it will take you 4 Days playing time or more... when in reality less than 2 days...    … Expand

    Sure, the game can show some amazing still photos. But the in game race graphics are certainly not next-gen! I have double checked to see if I am running the PS4 version, but sadly it does say PS5. Still waiting for the patch where they admit that everyone was running the wrong version. Nothing else can explain it.
    The sound of the cars are supposed to be much improved and among the best in the genre etc. But... Most cars sound the same - like electric razors and kitchen appliances.. Wooo the thrill...
    And to address the elephant in the room too - Yes it is way WAY too heavy on the micro transactions. Even for a free to play game I would think this is a bit much. But for a next-gen full price game it is way beyond what is in any way acceptable. Compared to any other game in the series the game is lacking in play modes, tracks, cars and.. fun! And it is all too obvious that we are all supposed to buy all those missing features later on. I am pretty sure even if I bought 2000 dollars worth of content and play modes, the shop is still not offering to make the game FUN    … Expand

    Gran Turismo 7 isn't a departure, but rather a newer, shinier GT game. Its physics model is accurate, and while the racing can be formulaic it's always a giggle. The attempt at humanity is a bit cringe,the lack of up-to-date cars seems like an open goal missed

    I am done with this crap. I was always a fan of the series. I've been playing it since the very beginning in 1997. I had high hopes....but now I'm really done praising PD (you can go check my old GT6 review, I loved that game).
    I give GT7 a 0/10. That's it, it's just outrageous, especially with the latest so-called "update" that instead of tripling the payouts, it cuts them.

    Visually stunning on a PS5. Fan since GT1. Plenty of content to get the wheels rolling. Controller Haptics are nice if you don’t have a wheel but the DD Pro is worth purchasing for a sim like experience. Plenty of future updates coming just like GT Sport in that regard so review bombing this game is childish and these kids needs to grow up.

    Gran Turismo 7 has a lot of good and plenty of great. The use of DualSense and the particularly well-tuned loading is exemplary, and there's a huge amount of work behind the game, with a lot of detail that's almost hard to believe at times. [Issue#318]
