    Mit GT Sport haben Sony und Polyphony Digital Gran Turismo Hirntot gemacht. Mit GT 7 wurde dieser Serien ein Holzpflock mitten ins Herz gestochen.
    Durch den Internetzwang hat Sony aus GT Sport nichts gelernt. Bei GT 7 wurde auch das Übel der Spieleindustrie auf ein neues Level    Es schmerzt mich sehr so eine schlechte Bewertung zu geben, da ich ein großer Fan von dieser legendären Serie bin.

    Durch den Internetzwang hat Sony aus GT Sport nichts gelernt. Bei GT 7 wurde auch das Übel der Spieleindustrie auf ein neues Level gehoben. Die Microtansaktionen. 2.000.000Cr. kann man für 19.99€ im PS Store erwerben. Der McLaren F1 kosten im Spiel 18.500.000Cr. und wäre mit 185€ kein Schnäppchen. Durch nochmales spielen dauert es Tage um so viele Cr. zu verdienen. Da hat bei Sony und Polyphony Digital die Gier nach Geld die Oberhand gewonnen. Spielspaß ist nur noch Nebensache. Das kann auch die beeindruckende Grafik auf der PS5 nicht wieder gutmachen.
    Wer nur hin und wieder eine Runde ohne große erwartungen drehen möchte, ist bei Gran Turismo gut aufgehoben. Aber jemand der für sein Geld was geboten haben möchte, sollte sich es gut überlegen über 70€ dafür auszugeben.    … Expand

    Really no actual update from previous version. It seems that the development team has been sleeping. Most disappointed about the road feel. It still is like driving Mario cart. The cars slides all over the road very unlike a real car on a real road. Also the most expensive game I have bought!

    I started playing the Gran Turismo series as a child and it was a good series. But now it's a huge disappointment. 1 Permanent online, why in solo or career mode? 2 game makes you donate, shame. 3 Lowered the money mechanic after two weeks of release. 4 game makes you feel like you have to work in it, not enjoy the race. 5 soundtrack is very controversial.

    This would have gotten a 7.7 from me as the actual racing is very good , the single player stuff however is boring as hell. This gets a 0 from me for them changing the amount of credits you earn for races to encourage micro transactions......AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

É uma vergonha o que estão fazendo com o Gran turismo, além de lançarem o jogo cheio de defeito e ele já ser bem caro, a Polyphony praticamente te obriga a gastar dinheiro comprando créditos para poder ter acesso a bons carros e desfrutar do jogo completo, é ridiculo, terem diminuido a premiação das provas, o GT7 deve ser boicotado até isso se resolver, sinceramente, já comprei o asseto corsa e estou migrando para o força 7, abre o olho SONY, teus consumidores não são palhaços.… Expand

    Game looks amazing. That's literally the only good thing about this game. Everything else just feels like a grind and boring experience. I especially don't like they took away the driving levels away and put a focus on car collecting instead. Which almost feels forced upon?

    The game is, as same as all previous GT games, pro-legacy autos, pro-ICE cars, and pro-Japanese cars, but not big problems to me.

    Unfortunately my disc repels water, so it is useless as a coaster which can be the only intended option for a game that doesn't work. Terrible money grab. Everything that you loved about this series is dead. So sad to see another great game die due to greed.

    The physics of the Group 3 cars are terrible in the dry. I had big hopes that were shattered as soon as I hit the track with my beloved Dodge SRT Viper GT3-R and now it's undrivable in the dry. Snap oversteer is also a major problem. In GT Sport, I was dominant on the Nordschleife and I'm still dominant on it but GT7 just frustrates me. I mean I've saw a lot of GT3 races in the TV and IThe physics of the Group 3 cars are terrible in the dry. I had big hopes that were shattered as soon as I hit the track with my beloved Dodge SRT Viper GT3-R and now it's undrivable in the dry. Snap oversteer is also a major problem.     Le jeux se fini rapidement que ce soit le café, les missions et les permis, après pour avoir les nouvelles voiture c’est super difficile, des voiture a 14 000 000 … mais ou l’ont gagne grand max 52 000 cr toute les 4 min. Ce qui est démotivant et qui gâche l’envie de jouer. Très déçus

    Le jeu reste magnifique, super plaisant, mais son économie interne et ses micro transactions rendent le jeu infecte.
    Je suis pas du genre à râler d’habitude, mais là il faut l’avouer: pour avoir certaines voitures, obliger de sortir la CB ! Une honte.    C’est dommage, vraiment dommage… Gran Turismo 7 était LE jeu que j’attendais plus que tout, et il fut ruiné en seulement deux semaines.

    I could deal with the servers being down, thats not really a killer to me, but the microtransaction based economy of the game was borderline broken to start.     Oh yeah... online is broken too.
    Want to race more than 1 track? START A NEW LOBBY
    Have a room glitch out (pretty often) START A NEW LOBBY
    Have a player wrecking others that needs to be removed? You cant. Guess what, you cant boot them. START A NEW LOBBY
    Hell, you cant even change the track without STARTING A NEW LOBBY.

    If this doesn't get fixed, a GT8 probably won't exist.    … Expand

    More like a super grind, taking all the fun out of it to drive in-app purchases. Unless you pay more, time to progress is soo much longer than all the previous editions, it feels more like a mobile game such as    Graphics and audio are great.

How can a single modder at assetto corsa conjure up hyper-realistic rain effects and Polyphony digital, a 300-strong development team can't manage this?

    Forza 7 has some better textures and lighting effects ingame, a 5 year old game. Then this lie referring to raytracing. This is only available in the menu and in the replays, here the end customer was misled by the marketing.
    The microtransactions weren't mentioned by any game journalists as they weren't included during the initial testing phase, that's cheating and pure guerrilla marketing.

    Even worse are the far too meager races, as GT4 was able to offer multiple times more when it was released. This seems to me to be an arbitrary decision by the developer to stop players from grinding so that more money can flow into the microtransactions, the last patch with the reduced prize money confirms this enormously.

    What has happened to sony and polyphony digital? From such a great service with manageable microtransactions to an artificial money printing machine. How can such a large and renowned company miss the target so far?    … Expand

    Its fun to play but nothing more its feel like gran turismo sport 2 where single player is just to introduce you to game before you jump online racing. Internet conection is cancer and game is unplayable when mainetance is undergoing. Not worth that money i feel bamboozled and i cant return my copy to store . And latest updates lower prices from races so you can grind for days or buy

It's really annoyed me because i just want to race people and have fun, i don't want to spend forever racing AI to get money or spend loads more money. This has gone from being an amazing game to being the internets biggest joke just by bringing in MT's and taking away race rewards. I actually play GT Sport for custom races. Also the missions are incredibly hard , you'll really stuggle on alot of them to get gold, far harder than GT Sport. Same for licences.

    The Ai is rubbish , Ive read stuff about the Ai being far better than GT sport well it isnt , I t struggles to realise you are there and will quite often just keep moving into you until you spin out , plus you cant make them spin at all , they act tanks sometimes.

    It’s all artificial fluff to give the game legs it doesn’t need, in hopes to get extra money the studio and Sony don’t deserve at this point.

    Also, take the always online requirement off, it’s a horrible experience as well. The infamous outage only shines light on another problem that Sony created at the expense of paying customers.

Allowing SONY and Polyphony to get away with what they are attempting, is the gaming world's definition of "Stockholm Syndrome": identifying with your captors. Talk about exploiting your fans. Here's my list of reasons for a low rating of a $70, AAA title. 1. An unbelievably imbalanced micro transaction scheme. They were deceitful in the beginning. And after release, unleashed their greedy wrath on their massively loyal player base. Nothing says "f*** you" to your loyal fans more than how Sony and Polyphony have handled this. 2. Are you a completionist? Not in GT7 you are not! If you bought every car in GT7 via micro transaction credits, you would pay thousands! Over $2,000 to be exact. 3. Can't afford that real world money to buy your favorite car? Then you can grind away by spending days of your time just to buy ONE car! The credit payout system is so nurfed that it is nearly impossible for hard-core gamers to grind their way to completion status. I never use micro-transactions. I usually laugh at people who do. But, to each their own. However, Sony and Polyphany decided to recently nurf their already incredibly imbalanced credit payouts, which will now take almost twice as long to progress by grinding. But let's be real here. Very few people are going to spend the thousands of hours it would take to truly complete this game if they want to avoid spending, you guessed it, thousands of dollars! 4. $70 should buy you a AAA title, right? Then shouldn't you expect that the music be mostly original and licensed? With GT7 you get MANY royalty free classical music pieces to listen to, all so SONY and Polyphony can save money on not purchasing licenses to pay for better music. It's so obvious that these were all corporate decisions to maximize gains by being as cheep as possible with the ambiance of the game, while really sticking it to their fans with the micro transactions. 5. Sony and Polyphonies greed is so obvious that it doesn't take a genius to understand why they have made the game online only, when the vast magority of people's time will be spent playing the single player mode. It's all about those micro transactions! How pathetic. This game is a brick after the next generation comes. Regardless how fun this game is when you're actually playing it (and it is fun); by principle, no one should buy it. Doing so is just enabling an abusive relationship to continue on and allowing these tasteless tactics of greed and exploitation to continue.… Expand

    Needs to be connected to Sony servers, so when you loose internet connection or theyr servers are down you can’t really play the game. (Which just happened for 30 hours)

    Also the progression in the game is now painfully slow, thanks to wanting you to spend more real money. No way this profession rate would be like this of micro transactions wasn’t in the game.
