    El caso de GT/ lo podríamos catalogar como de estafa calculada. Esperaron a que la prensa diera su veredicto, para luego cambiar todo el sistema de monetización y con ello destruir un buen juego. Sony deben entender que los jugadores no son tontos y que estas cosas se castigan.

    Game constantly drops frames at certain spots on the same circuits. No 120fps, too short, Gt Sport had better single player mode. Rehashed GTS content, micro transactions. Payed 100$ for the anniversary edition. Long time GT fan (since GT1) This is unacceptable

Geldgier der Entwickler und das fehlen ikonischer Wagen aus 25 Jahren GT machen GT 7 für mich zu keinem guten Spiel.     After the short single player campaign (cafe), everything is tailored to force micro-transactions.
    Pretty handy for PD and Sony that by the time the reviews started, there were no micro-transactions available... what a coincidence.
    If the servers are down, you can not even play. what in the absolute f?

    The most disgusting GT work ever made! SONY maintains the server for 30 hours without even the most basic apology statement, nor does it give any player compensation. The low income after the update makes people angry, and behind the pretentious racing culture is actually the real face of making players pay to recharge CR! Years of GT reputation ruined！

    The microtransactions are getting more out of control than gas prices! I would say, "ok i'll just grind it out" but they nerfed the credits earned per win by about %50 and took away the ability to sell your car. I wonder why? Shame on you polyphony. Hopefully this isn't the uprising of yet another video game evil empire. Back to Forza for me.

    I really love this franchise, and this game should be the best gran Turismo ever, but... The online requirement for a single player mode game is an absurd, and the grind to get the cars and tracks, "forcing" the player to buy credits with real money, come on Sony/Poliphony, what did you do with this game, that's a shame, completely painfully.

    Horrible AI, 'chase the rabbit' racing where you're suppose to start from 20 th position and in 3 laps be 1st.
    No content(racing wise) Cafe is very cool but is basically an intro and nothing to do after that except grind and race that horrible and unrealistic AI over and over again.    Pushing micro-transactions to get all the cars. This alone is enough for any game to get 0 score from me.

    This is a $70 game, but to get ONE legendary car, you are forced to pay $200 or spend dozens of hours lapping the same course.
    I've stopped playing GT7.Not worth Metascore 87.

    I have been a huge fan of the series in the past, beginning with the first one and playing until GT6, the one that made me quit.. I was very excited about everything we saw before the launch of the game. But what a disappointment ! we are in 2022 and when i began playing I wondered whether I had put GT5 in the PS5 or not. Yes there a lot of cars, but not the last ones from everyI have been a huge fan of the series in the past, beginning with the first one and playing until GT6, the one that made me quit.. I was very excited about everything we saw before the launch of the game. But what a disappointment ! we are in 2022 and when i began playing I wondered whether I had put GT5 in the PS5 or not. Yes there a lot of cars, but not the last ones from every manufacturer. No crash damages on cars, internet connection necessary even to play solo, and now the last update with the impact on rewards. I payed 100€ for this game and do you really think I will pay for every single car that I want to buy in game ?? are you serious Polyphony?? and please don't speak of micro-transactions, considering the price the right word is giga-transaction.     Been playing GT since the PS1, and pre-ordered this for my PS5. I've seen all the negative reviews and thought I'd have a look at some of the rarer cars. It costs approx £150 to buy credits for a Mclaren F1 or Porsche 917. Nobody is going to do that. They've also reduced in game credits for race wins!

It may as well be impossible to access the best content by gameplay alone, the prices of the top cars and then the parts is purely set to drive essential microtransactions. After that I bought PS3, PS4 and now I am proud owner of PS5. I have bought GT 7 in February, 25th anniversary edition (almost 100 EUR), and could not wait for march and release of game! I can see my progress and trophy's I've earned, but I can not play the game. Since then, which is now week ago I did not turned on my PS5. I've read that there was 1.07 and 1.08 updates that presumably cleared this and that game is playable again, but I am so afraid that when I turn it on that it is going to be again stuck and than I don't know what to do?!
    Nail to to coffin to me is force this microtransactions, meaning sucking us loyal GT gamers for more money. NO! You will not get a cent more than I already payed, and learned that if your bloody servers are down I can not play the game! That is really low!    … Expand

    The game keeps going to offline mode even though I have internet connection so I keep losing my progress. I just get frustrated every time I'm trying to play. I don't even mind the grind but the online only aspect complete ruins the game that otherwise would be fun.

    GT 7 me ensinou uma coisa: Jamais compre jogos por review, porque neste caso a sony usou uma versão para ser bem avaliado, e depois da empolgação criada deu uma bela de uma rasteira (se a moda pega, é o fim). Isso é péssimo, tô desanimando de video game.

    This is just sad.. a 80 dollar game.. with skins that cost more then 30 dollar ... A porsche skin cost 30 dollar.. and the grinding takes forever.. no offline gaming.. and the game is all about micro transactions.. Sony gives us the finger..

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I was very hyped up for this game, even though it had to be always online (thought i could solve it somehow at home, but didn't think about their Servers, which went down for 30 Hours a few days ago leaving me with an Arcade Demo).
    So I started the Game had lots of Fun everything was perfect, until I had the same Car twice and wanted to sell it like in GT6 so I could buy something better, well you know the rest you can't sell it, but you could buy credits with micro transactions, 2 million for merely 20$ what a joke.
    But even though all of this was implemented it still was a fun Game, Gran Turismo was always grindy if you wanted the best cars you had to work your way through, but then with Update 1.07/1.08 the Payouts were nerfed so you had to grind double as much...

    Now the game isn't fun anymore.
    It is a free to play game combined with the Lottery Ticket invite letter FOMO which I already had (playing 9 hours straight, just so I could buy those damn Aston Martins, because time was running out and I didn't want to miss them.
    The other option was to pay 40$ for the two exclusive for invite Cars.
    This in my opinion is a game breaker mechanic solely focused on taking advantage of you psychologically and this I can't nor will I support.
    The worst part about this is, it takes advantage of kids, because they will ask their parents to buy them this crap, in my opinion a game with FOMO mechanics like this should be illegal.
    Don't buy this game it is a free to play mechanics game which costs you 70$ with the FOMO mechanics as a total game breaker killing all the fun I had in the first place.    … Expand

    This is the game I consistently bought from part one to six. I was able to drive all the cars that I wanted with a little grinding. But now, it is ridiculously expensive to own the in-game cars.

And of course Sony's insane refund policy prevents a refund once a game has started to download, are you kidding me? Do yourself a favor and take all that money that Sony wants you to spend on cars for this game and buy yourself an Xbox and get Forza Horizon 5, an entirely better game in every way.I cannot believe how scummy Sony is being with this game, shame on you sony. The game is already overpriced at 70 dollars and is also one of the most boring games ever.     It’s really unacceptable of Polyphony to make changes to the amount of credits being given for races when they also sell in game money. It’s just as scummy that they made the game have to connect online and then the servers are done for most of a day.

    Super short solo maybe takes two days. Jank physics everything oversteers even FF cars. Rigged roulette prize system. Can’t sell cars. Cars cost way to much and they just nerfed the bast way to make credits. They turned it into a micro transaction game with no content worth the money. How far they have fallen since GT2. Waste of money.

Start 30 or so seconds behind first place and a mad dash to come first. That's not racing. The ai is awful will do anything to stay on the racing line even spinning you out!

No qualifying just rolling starts in 95% of the races. Start 30 or so seconds behind first place and a mad dash to come first. That's not racing. The ai is awful will do anything to stay on the racing line even spinning you out!

    Then you have the transactions. They are not micro transactions £20 is not micro. Sony and pd pushing these transactions hard by reducing payouts in races. Spend £70 on a game and then there are transactions. This isn't ea this is Sony and pd money grabbing. The game itself is gt sport 2 not Gran Turismo. Added a few licenses and the cafe is linear and not even finished. So once you've finished all the overtaking what's next? The roulette is pathetic. You have a 1 in 5 chance of winning a car. The odds are more like 25 to 1 of winning a car. I get 5000 credits which is pathetic.

Presentation absolutely boring. the graphics except for the cars are not Next Gen. but the worst thing is the price.Microtransactions up and down. the game should be looking forward to play ? It pains me that once servers are switched off there will be no game left and we seen that in the 30 hour down time. There is no content in the way of career, no format of old buying cars and doing them up.     I played the first GT and i was a big fan, till GT7.
    First some good things about this game: - Looks good - Drives great (not so much for rally) Now the bad things: - Next to 0 single player content. Sure you can do cafe menu's. Which is fun at start, but    I never have written a review before, but i am so disappointed by this game, i simply have to take the effort to warn people.
    I played the first GT and i was a big fan, till GT7.

    First some good things about this game:
    - Looks good
    - Drives great (not so much for rally)

    Now the bad things:
    - Next to 0 single player content.
    Sure you can do cafe menu's. Which is fun at start, but starts to annoy quickly. This is because this goes against the genes of GT single player features.
    One of the most fun things in GT was that you buy a used car, get some money and either tune that ride or buy another used car which you actually liked. Tune it, paint it, make it YOUR car which you enjoy driving.

    The cafe gives you tonnes of cars (which goes against the spirit of real collecting and buying) and you need to use certain cars for certain races, which goes against the spirit of use one or a few cars you really like, pimp then and race alot with them. You can use the forced cars for a few races before the cafe menu's force you to use some other car.

    Even worse, after the cafe menu's (which will take like 6 hours) you can get some licence and you can do some short missions. After that 0 content left. All there is to do is brainless driving in lone circuits, no list of new championships, no nothing.

    -Microtransactions
    Like a real traitor the implement this after the reviews.Really sneaky and a very bad move. If you like at microtransactions as a sole component, you could think, well lets not buy them what is the problem?
    But the problem is that the game is rigged in such a way that you are steered to buy these credits for real cash, like cutting racing money rewards by 50%

    Add that little roulette thing that is only here to lure you even more into the "casino" mode, so again one step closer to using real money.

    -Old cars
    Not the biggest problem, but there are no latest models for any of the cars, all are outdated compared to the real world, i really dislike this, also i find there are not so many European cars, which i like the most.

    -Races

    Based on the 25th Anniversary addition on the PS4. £89.99 in the U.K.

    Positives: -Good ‘car’ rewards for races in the café segment of the game. -Great gameplay and attention to racing detail as usual from the GT series. -Good development as you progress through the café challenges. -Nice additions to moding etc. Problems: - Great ‘half’ of a game. 9 out of 10 for the half a game    Based on the 25th Anniversary addition on the PS4. £89.99 in the U.K.

    Positives:
    -Good ‘car’ rewards for races in the café segment of the game.
    -Great gameplay and attention to racing detail as usual from the GT series.
    -Good development as you progress through the café challenges.
    -Nice additions to moding etc.

    Problems:
    - Great ‘half’ of a game. 9 out of 10 for the half a game that is currently here (not including micro-transactions). 9 divided by 2 (for only being half a game) = 4.5 out of 10. Then you have to minus at least 2 (per half game) for the broken game economy. This means what should be 9 out of 10 game ends up at around 2.5 out of 10 (at the moment)! I do have hope that Sony and Polyphony will address problems in future patch releases.

    -Cost of cars, upgrades, moding, etc as a ratio to winnable credits. People are saying they have a problem with these ‘micro-transactions’. I would say they are just ‘transactions’ at this point, there is nothing ‘micro’ about them! As an example: to get a GT vision car (of most car brands) it usually costs 1 million credits. If you wish to skip the grind and buy this then 2 million credits cost £15 (in the U.K). That is £7.50 of real money for a digital asset that is 1 out the 425 odd cars available. Added to this is the fact this ‘asset’ will then become obsolete when the next game is released. It’s not like your cars roll over to the next game or you ‘own’ that digital asset as an NFT or something of the like. If you do wish to grind then lets say you race the GT-R race on the Tokyo Expressway for 40,000 credits. (I have found this to be an efficient race to acquire credits). If you get a clean race bonus then this = 60,000 credits. This race takes roughly 8 minutes to complete (4 laps at around 2 minutes each). You would have to do this race 17 times to afford a GT vison car. That is 136 minutes of players lives. What happens then if the car you have bought stinks?

    -Not being able to test drive cars before buying. When you have grinded for far too long and buy a dud of a car it is even more demoralizing and frustrating that credits are so hard to come by. Being able to test drive cars will stop this. A car will still feel special and reflect ‘real world value’ as Mr Kazunori Yamauchi said in his statement, but the player wouldn’t have wasted a huge amount of time and credits on cars that doesn’t suit their driving style etc. In real life people test drive cars. Why not here?

    -Inability to sell cars. The first GT games had this. If there is not the ability to test drive cars then this is a minimum. Cost of credits (either by time spent or real world cost) x the inability to test a car means you are often left massively frustrated at wasting credits (and thus time) on cars that don’t suit ones driving style. By selling cars you could then at least recoup some of that wasted time/credits.

    -Fixed daily ‘rewards’. Why not just give the meagre reward immediately? Why dangle possible winnings and then 90% of the time give the worst one? Just give the reward directly. This just causes disappointment and frustration. If already fixed then just give that ‘reward’.

    -B/S statement about patch 1.7/1.8 and wanting to allow people to enjoy all the cars and races. The actual actions of patch 1.7/1.8 completely contradict this statement. IT WAS ALREADY A GRIND before patch 1.7/1.8! Why would you decrease rewards other than to increase real world spend? By decreasing rewards you are making it impossible for most people to enjoy the game. Now the game is more like a job. For a computer game!?! Patrons have forked out both a lot of money and time on a game, A GAME. If this statement from the top leadership is genuinely felt then there is a real disconnect with many fans on how they want to play this game (and maybe all computer games). Mr Kazunori Yamauchi asks people to take a long term view on upcoming additions (which I am sure will be awesome). I would ask is Mr Kazunori Yamauchi taking a long term view of his brand and game? The short term damage this is doing to the game, brand, fanbase etc could be irreparable.

    -From an even wider perspective, @Sony have a real issue on their hands. GT (as a Playstation exclusive) is one of the main reasons many people have stuck with Playstation over Xbox (since the PS1 onwards). This added to the PS5 availability debacle and I’m seriously contemplating for the very first time whether to move consoles. I am sure I’m not unique in this feeling. If someone had said this to me a few years ago I would have slapped them. I am a massive Sony PS fanboy, but there is clearly a massive gap in leadership at the top. That, or at the very least a massive disconnect with their customers. One can only think this is for short term profit but to the massive damage to the long term brand and its profitability.    … Expand

    Legacy ruined by cynical cash grabbing micro transactions, expensive too, the fact you need an online connection irrespective of wanting to play online or not is also anti consumer, I don’t have PSN, so can’t play online anyway, but I still can’t play the offline game without an online connection, eh?
    I feel well and truly scalped after buying this game.

    This franchise is something many people like me have grown up with & holds so many memories going right back to the playstation 1. Sad to see how the greedy developers have destroyed the franchise over night. My copy has been returned for a refund.

    The deterioration of the race prize money is effectively a demand for higher fees from the operators, and we can only hope that no more games will be released that expose this kind of abomination.

    Aunque tiene grandiosos apartados artísticos , lo mas importante : la jugabilidad se ve mermada por el parche 1.07 donde se aumentan críticamente la dificultad para ganar dinero en el juego llevando a los usuarios a usar dinero real para poder descargar los coches , eso es un auténtico robo! Aunado a ese factor ,el online obligatorio es por demás criticable pues ,¿que pasará cuando se caigan nuevamente los servidores?
    El motivo de esta calificación recae principalmente en factores a futuro del videojuego , es decir
    ¿cuando los servidores cierren solo nos quedará un bonito portavasos de 70 dólares? ,pues debido al online permanente o futuros mantenimientos y caídas no vamos a poder jugar ni a modo de un solo jugador. Además de ello, las microtransacciones ,el parche 1.07 y la ambición de sus desarrolladores lo hacen un producto desechable ,decepcionante y que a futuro no valdrá nada ,valdrá un 0 a pesar de todo lo grandioso que pudo haber sido.
    Espero que arreglen pronto todos esos problemas y el mas importante , no queremos online permanente.

I’ve driven plenty of cars on track at speed, Ferrari 488gtb at NCM pushing 140mph on the straights and on standard tires factory tires on 500hp c3&c6 corvettes. Yet, you jump in an 180 hp tug boats on this game will randomly blow the rear out for zero reason at all. I get this game is to pay tribute to how gt was from the start… but the only thing they did get right and operating correctly with no issues is the transaction option to buy the game and add funds to buy credits.

    While playing the game I saw that invitation massage twlling me that I could buy some cars and I was perplexed and today I learned about thos subject I cannot buy certain cars until I receive these invitations!

    I should be thanking Sony for helping me to boycott all of their exclusives.

    The next, somewhat predictable installment in the GT series. Raises the bar, again, in providing a next-Gen racing sim on a current generation console. There’s no surprises, nothing revolutionary or unexpected; it’s what the fan base wanted in the next stage of the 25year Gran Turismo journey.

    I created an account just to rate this pile of horse dung, online for single player, MTX up the rear. Paid a load of money, then still have to work through grinding to get anywhere unless you splash some cash. Wish I could get a refund, but it's past the time that I can request it though. I'll just go play Project Cars or something similar.

    Gran Turismo 7 has a lot of good and plenty of great. The use of DualSense and the particularly well-tuned loading is exemplary, and there's a huge amount of work behind the game, with a lot of detail that's almost hard to believe at times. [Issue#318]

    Gran Turismo 7 brings to the tracks every single thing fans always wanted: the GT Mode everyone loves, plenty of customization options, car loads, classic scenarios and one of the best DualSense and 3D Audio experiences the PS5 has to offer. This is the best Gran Turismo experience we have ever seen in a long time.

    Gran Turismo 7 is a love letter to motorsport history and an impeccable technical showcase. The franchise's traditional formula gets good improvements, but it's still extremely true to its roots. One of the best racing series ever shines spectacularly on the PS5.
