    Marvel's Avengers has an amazing story. Kamala Khan is an amazing character and all the performances are just incredible. Sandra Saad and Troy Baker is plays Kamala and Bruce Banner. 2 main characters of the story. And both of them are awesome.

    They are supported by names like Nolan North and Laura Bailey. Performances are just amazing. Gameplay is fun and again, just incredible. Every    Marvel's Avengers has an amazing story.     Awful repetitive Fanboy based boring game.. the only people who are actually saying they enjoy this game is just to piss off Xbox gamers LOL this game is worse than the destiny 2. It's soulless and I got my money back. Spider-Man isn't worth getting this game I'll wait for the real game

    Overall a pretty good game, despite what I thought it would be. During the beta, you had a few missions and a few mini-bosses and I had my fair share with that, but then in the actual game, you get so much more. I constantly sat on the edge of my seat as every mission escalated from the last. It's hard to put in examples without spoiling anything, but all I can do is quote the infamous IGNOverall a pretty good game, despite what I thought it would be. During the beta, you had a few missions and a few mini-bosses and I had my fair share with that, but then in the actual game, you get so much more. I constantly sat on the edge of my seat as every mission escalated from the last. It's hard to put in examples without spoiling anything, but all I can do is quote the infamous IGN line: It makes you feel like those superheroes.

    Kicking enemy ass either with Cap's shield, Thor's Hammer, Iron Man's thrusters and so on is such a rewarding feeling and I can't get enough of it. I completed the campaign yesterday and I can see myself playing this for a LONG time to come.

    PROS:
    - The story is pretty good and I felt like I was watching an Avengers movie, but also acting in the fight scenes
    - The combat is fluid and you can set up your own combos pretty easily
    - The controls are easy to understand and responsive to execute
    - There are a lot of skins for you to customize and if you don't like the charatcers' appearence, most skins cover them
    - It grants you a good sense of progress
    - The campaign gives a lot of **** with everything exploding and on fire, so you feel like you have an important role in this
    - The characters are pin-point accurate and I love doing missions while listening to either an awkward Bruce Banner, a sarcastic Black Widow, a narcissist Thor or a witty Tony. Tony by far has the best dialogue in the entire game and I loved it.

    CONS:
    - Can be a bit repetitive
    - Not many maps outside campaign
    - After the campaign, it goes kinda downhill, where nothing is as exciting as the campaign missions, but I haven't done many warzones or raids yet, so I hope they bring it back up a notch
    - Kamala is written in a mediocre way at best, which wouldn't bother me if she wasn't the protagonist and the whole story revolves around her
    - There were a few bugs, from dead enemy models stuck in the air, Thor glitching when he flies and Cap when he throws the shield mid-air, he starts gliding until he hits the ground for some reason
    - Not sure if a looter shooter, or a looter "brawler" if you will, was the best choice for an Avengers game
    - The different items you loot don't show up on your character, which I guess is for the skins to make sense. Wouldn't make much sense to have gauntlets and belts be individual from the skins, but still a bit weird approach

    All-in-all, it's a very good game in my opinion. It gives me a good sense of "Holy ♥♥♥♥, did you see that?? I was amazing!" feeling and that has been something I have longed for in a game for years. I have played this since the 1st of September due to my deluxe edition and I will keep on doing so, seeing this is a game I can put up with my favorites. It might not be GOTY-material, but it's still up there to be nominated. This is easily a 7/10 at least. A pretty good game that held my attention for 21+ hours    … Expand

    Buggy mess boring game play. Cash grab very sad what a ip to waste should of been a single player game or a multiplayer instead of the frankestien of game. You can almost hear it call out "kill me"

    This is by far a best Marvel Avengers game for story. So any Marvel Avengers fan will definitely like it.

    STAY AWAY FROM AVENGERS:PAYGAME

    6 months delay, and 2 betas later...the game is a technical dumpster fire mess.... with a few flashes of fun in between.... Avengers:Paygame is probably multiples worse than Anthem in terms of the final product the devs delivered.....I will say, the story was worth playing through with some fantastic voice acting and sliiiiightly above average script....    STAY AWAY FROM AVENGERS:PAYGAME

    The game is great if you like to play multiplayer experiences, plus it has some cool hero mechanics put in place, don't mind the crybabies around the platform review bombing this game.

    The Avangers is a game with a really very good and new story in the marvel universe. The fights are fun, the variety with currently 6 characters is given and it will take a few hours to unlock everything. The co-op mode in this game is quite nice, but there is a little lack of content because unfortunately the same processes are repeated over and over again.     Its better then expected, but worse then i hoped. I like sthe story campaign. The missions are a bit copy paste. You fight alot of the same in the same locations. Its a looter shooter. Its ok.. Gotta say as such genre i like division 2 better (environment and story) but they made too much stupid decisions. This one has a long way too go...     This is a really fun and great game. I actually made an account to review it because I liked it so much. How are people calling it trash, what are you playing? It was obvious this wasn't spiderman or a batman game you shouldn't have bought it if you were looking for that. They did a great job with it.

    For a game as a service this is one of the best.
    The microtransactions are pointless. After a few days I have around 12 skins per character not a penny spent. The story was extremely well done and felt like a Marvel Movie put in to game form. All the characters feel very unique and once you get to the hive missions and hit level 80+ the gear system becomes super important. I would 100%    For a game as a service this is one of the best.

    Great story. Awesome combat (very deep and has lots of skills to unlock). The combat animations are very well made that you will notice some of it being directly pulled from the MCU. Mulitplayer can be improved on future updates but still, has lots of fun playing. The paid items are completely optional and it will not even change the gameplay if you don't buy it.     Marvel's Avengers is not bad and its not good either. It's simply a in between being bad and good. The game is short and after about an hour its gets repetitive. There is alot of potential for this game and hopefully with constant and regular updates the game will become what we all wanted it to be. In its current state it should have been free to play

    This rating is based on the campaign of the game. The story of the game was quite impressive. Each character has their own struggle and depth. The level designs were cool and unique for each character. The combat was cool and fun to play. The acting performance was top notch. The only thing that couldve been better was the animations as they were simple.

    It felt like a pretty good Marvel story as far as things go. Kamala is awesome but I would go as far as saying that the game mostly focuses on Hulk, Iron Man and Kamala.

    The post story multiplayer stuff is pretty much your typical live service / mmo, repeatable missions to earn better gear. Some story beats there.

    Now the DLC, We already talk about Spiderman but now I'm gonna talk about the others now. The DLC characters have been a leak in past a month ago and the heroes are gonna be Kate Bishop (Daughter of Hawkeye) War Machine (Iron man's Great Friend) and She-Hulk (cousin of Hulk) which I'm excited of all them and this why you gonna love playing them better Than Spiderman
    Kate Bishop: now Kate is the daughter of hawkeye if you see in the endgame in the movie now Kate is already trained by his Dad so he can shoot a bow in the enemies and can shoot rope of his bow and can go up from there and do combat moves like Hawkeye.
    War Machine: Now War machine is the friend of Iron man and Is like him. now War Machine can use his armor of Iron man but Unlike iron man, War machine can use more weapons including shooting rockets, use a sniper, and a minigun.
    She-Hulk: Now She-Hulk is a cousin of the hulk that use his gamma radiation on her, Unlike The Hulk, She-Hulk can be stronger, more powerful, more medium-size compared with the size of The Hulk.
    That's all the characters for the Avengers game I know it's sad to play Avengers without spiderman but it will be cool with 3 new superheroes than spiderman for Xbox and PC Players maybe one day we can have spiderman as the new playable Character For Xbox and PC    … Expand

    The amount of greed in a superhero game with children as it's main audience is disgusting. The combat is very average and sometimes clunky and broken. The level design is laughable and not made for any of the heroes you play as. Hard skip this one

    So, I'd like to start by saying that Marvel's Avengers is in no way, shape or form a perfect game.
    I think that for anyone who is indifferent about the Marvel Universe or to the Super Hero genre as a whole, this game will be one of those that you will pick up, play for 5 to 10 hours and then you will forget about it.
    Having said that, I do believe that despite it's many flaws, the    So, I'd like to start by saying that Marvel's Avengers is in no way, shape or form a perfect game.
    I think that for anyone who is indifferent about the Marvel Universe or to the Super Hero genre as a whole, this game will be one of those that you will pick up, play for 5 to 10 hours and then you will forget about it.

    Having said that, I do believe that despite it's many flaws, the people who consume this type of stuff on the regular (the Marvel fans who watched every movie, the people who collect tons of comics, the audience that follows Marvel the same way the Star Wars's audience follows that universe), those people will try their best to like this game and they will succeed in doing so.

    If you are willing to give this game a chance, despite the occasional crash, the somewhat clanky gameplay, the not so great optimization or the destiny like grind, believe me that this game can be very fun!
    If you are able to enjoy it with friends, than the experience becomes even better.

    Despite it's lows, the character development in this game can really make you enjoy the characters a lot more... Together with the voice acting from some of the best in the business and a story telling that can really get you immersed, in conjunction with the despite clunky but still fun gameplay and the promise from the developers to bring even more, if you are willing to oversee it's flaws you can really have some good moments in this game.

    The gameplay is not easy... It is not hardcore either, but the casual Joe will have some trouble grasping the fighting patterns. In a way, it feels kinda like a Batman game except you are not so safe whenever you are doing your moves. It can be simple to understand, but it will require some experience fighting with every different Avenger and against all the enemy types (especially when they all jump on you at the same time).

    In the end of the day, I truly believe this is the best representation these characters have ever had in videogame form. Not only by the way they look, but also by they way they sound and by the way you control them. Each character truly feels unique and hopefully the characters to come will be as fun.    … Expand

    Really great game! Graphics are amazing and gameplay is really fun. I didnt know too much about ms marvel before this game but she is a really great character and I really enjoy playing as her in the game

    Hot garbage with anti-consumer, anti-gamer nonsense. I’m a lifelong Sony fan and I don’t believe in the philosophy of making one platform pay the same as all the rest but get more content. It’s absurd and wrong and this game doesn’t deserve a purchase.

    This game has an feature called Microtransactions. The thing that ruined the entire gaming industry. They just used the title Avengers to make another cash grab repetitive grindy microtransactions filled game that selld for a price that only complete games should be soldfor 60-80$.. Too little focus on story, hence the extremely short campaign. Disappointed, so much potential, just lost.

It has no personality of it's own. I can feel that the people who worked on this game didn't want to do it.     Oof. So close. Not even the fantastic voice acting, graphics, gameplay (which needs some tweaking in innovation/patching due to bugs/glitches) and story telling, can save this ONLINE only experience. I am so torn about this game because it could have been so great. Oh well. Everyone. Play it. Beat it. Move on. NEXT!

    Really solid story and destiny looter style gameplay overall for the multiplayer side of things. Kamela khan is an excellent protaginst and I enjoy her throughout the story

    Cons: The game has several performance issues and bugs. There is currently no option to reset talent points, lack of variety of enemies.

    Pros: You choose your gameplay the way you want. Ex: You can be ranger Iron Man or melee or mixed. All heroes have unique abilities which will make you choose your main hero to focus on the final content. Kamala Khan is the strength of the campaign mode.

    This game is defo not a 5 the reason i'm giving a 7 is because if they lower the prices for microtransactions and make it easier to get cosmetics i would rate it an 8, but the reason its get 5s is because spiderman is playstation only and people should know that spiderman is owned by sony so stop rating the game so low

    Early release had many bugs, but that didn’t stop me from wanting to play so much more. Campaign was surprisingly well done and I’m looking forward to what they come up with for this game. I’m still upset that gear isn’t cosmetic as well but the way they’re doing the battle passes is pretty respectable. Biggest highlight was the voice actor for Bruce Banner. That dude deserves some SERIOUSEarly release had many bugs, but that didn’t stop me from wanting to play so much more. Campaign was surprisingly well done and I’m looking forward to what they come up with for this game. I’m still upset that gear isn’t cosmetic as well but the way they’re doing the battle passes is pretty respectable. Biggest highlight was the voice actor for Bruce Banner.     Where to even start!!! The game is absolutely brilliant. I’ve been playing games for 21 years now and it’s safe to say this is probably one of my favourite already. I’m addicted!

    The gameplay is so pleasing and flows really nice. I’m really liking team play and the gear system too! Everything is so satisfying. I’d highly recommend everyone to check it out!     It could have been a good game but Crystal Dynamics decided to go on a live service route. Game also suffers from microtransactions, grindy gameplay, horrible fps & cringy story.

    Campaign was much better than I anticipated. Coming from the beta I wasn’t expecting them to deliver as well as they did. They nailed the gameplay feel and personality of the characters. With a super generous dlc model I can’t wait to see where they take the game.

    It’s not hat good but neither that bad, the story arc is fantastic...but sadly o cannot say the same for the last multiplayer...it’s kinda repetitive and boring, the loot system is very simple only giving the player stats too look on the screen...the game try to make you stuck on a endless grind for loot and exp making you feel stuck in this endless loop.     I started playing Marvel’s Avengers on The 1st Of September since i purchased the deluxe edition. I must say, i’ve going through the campaign and i must say it’s incredible. The story is just insane, mechanics and the ways you play are just faboulous. I give it a 10/10. I do hoped for a bit better graghics for a 2020 game, but still it’s great.

    Marvel's Avengers is absolutely a blast. Great combat, excellent story, good soundtrack and for the most part great voice acting. Travis Willingham is a very good voice actor, but his Thor can be hit or miss.

    As a "Looter" Marvel's Avengers does a very good job. I actually enjoy the fact that the loot doesn't change the look of your characters "armor" or appearance.     The game has been made not for the fans but for the corporate suits. It is constantly wanting to dip into your wallet whilst giving nothing worthy in return. The campaign is very short but ok. Once u have finished the campaign there is nothing left to keep u interested unless u enjoy fighting the same enemy types over and over and over again is boring environments.     Estou amando a história do jogo, por mais que a gameplay seja um tanto repetitiva, ela é divertida e você passa horas matando inimigos e aproveitando as dinâmicas de cada herói. Acredito que isso tende a melhorar ainda mais de acordo com que novos heróis cheguem ao jogo.

    An amazing campaign with an amazing fan service!❤️❤️ Loved the campaign story. Have not played the multiplayer yet. Hopefully they will keep on adding new heroes and content in the future

    - the graphic looks like a mobile game - Trash loot system. Doesn't make any difference , just spam all the buttons - microtransaction - tons of bugs and glitches.     So far the only true complaints I’ve seen are a mix between hating the fact that Ms Marvel is the center point of the story, but after like 4 missions you’re free to do what yo want. Get over yourself the game is built fantastically! Each character has their own unique skill set.

    This is not a good game. Very poor level design that makes repeating missions very boring. Loot system shallow, you dont even see changes on your character when equipping different loot? Discusting microtransactions praying on young kids who are addicted to marvel. Story was ok that's why I gave a 3. Although characters are very bland wile talking. Just not a good game.

    Why the hell make 95% of alt cosmetic costumes a color variant? Who wants to spend real money on 4 different colored suits on hulk. the SAME suit, different color.
    I wanted to spend more time as each character, learning what theyve been doing in isolation, caring for them and them getting together. but no, you made a button smash game with useless gear loadouts, useless cosmetic appearance changes, useless "faction" missions, no real need to ever change your loadout other than to kill faster.

    It's a very fun game to play alone or with friends, but it's nowhere near "similar" games like Arkham Series or the newest Spiderman. That is because it's NOT a similar game. Avengers is a linear game with no open world and a bunch of bugs (which I'm not taking into account because they are fixable). It has no replayability and the story is barely there.

    “The bad” The micro transactions are very scummy feeling honestly it’s a $60’ all I’m saying is keep your eyes open for Loot boxes and battle passes there’s already free battle passes for all the characters it just feels a off Like they could at any moment paid battle passes in this game which is a horrible idea’ I play on PS4 and I hate the idea of adding in free content for one platform a.k.a. Spiderman I get it it’s a Sony thing it just feels wrong like that should just be content everyone gets to play and a game with a life service motto they shouldn’t be doing stuff like this’


    “In summary” I honestly like this game and with updates I feel like it could be an eight Easily’ It’s a fun game with friends and it has a great single player Story and the voice acting is amazing’ i’d say if you’re a big marvel fan you should deathly pick this one up but if you’re not sure deafly pick it up on sale.

    This is a really well made game especially for comic book enthusiasts. The game is surprisingly well made and is really good despite the criticism it has gained prior to it's release. If you are into comic book superheroes and certain looter and RPG elements, then this game is a must play.

This game has an incredible single player story where you play as all 6 characters. I have seen a lot of moaning and dislike to this game due to Ms Marvel (Khamala Khan) honestly she is a great character with a compelling story, she had always been trying to fit into society even before she was inhuman! And the way she acts around the avengers is relatable because everyone would fanboy Captain America!! The endgame content at the moment is enjoyable they definitely need more game modes with different mission structures but other than that this game is incredible.… Expand

    Let's start of with the story, the story is a wonderful origin story for Kamala Khan, aka Ms. Marvel. The banter between her and the characters are fantastic. This game made me fall in love with her character so much that I went and bought a couple of her TPB's. The story itself is really well told and has some great cinematic moments that you would want from a AAA title. If you dont like grinding for loot for end game stuff almost like a Destiny or Diablo type things then you most likely won't want to spend the 60 dollars on this gamewhich is totally understandable. The story is about 8 to 10 hours if you go straight through everything, its about the same as Spiderman was if you went straight through the story missions. Its an action rpg beatem-up type game and every character does feel different combat wise. I believe its a great game and I can see myself putting over 1k hours into it just like I have with Diablo and Destiny. But again, if you dont like those types of games wait for it to go on sale and just play it for the story because the story is that good.… Expand

    It could’ve been a great single player title. The publisher chose to go down the game as a service path though, and those who prefer to play solo need to tackle run-of-the-mill co-op missions. The multiplayer on the other hand is messy, chaotic and in the long run boring. When the developers manage to fix the most pressing bugs and find a way to bring more variety to co-op, this might become a solid game. Right now, I can only recommend it to the biggest fans of the Avengers. [11/2020, p.26]

    This is the perfect example of "Games as a Service" done right. Marvel's Avengers offers up a superb campaign story to play through that is promised to be expanded on in the future. The gameplay may be repetitive, but it includes just enough to keep players interested and invested in the endgame content that is available now to keep this game going until the next step in its roadmap. The possibilities and potential in the future here are hugely exciting.

    There have been plenty of moments during my time with Marvel's Avengers where I’ve genuinely had a great time. But this game keeps finding ways to drag itself down- at times it almost feels like it goes out of its way to do so. There’s just so much here that I can’t overlook, no matter how hard I may try. An unnecessary and broken loot system, a litany of horrible technical issues, uninspired and one-note mission design, and a story that fails just as much as it succeeds- it doesn’t matter how mindlessly fun the combat is, it isn't enough to overcome such a heavy list of problems.
