    Во всяком случае лично для меня.
    Красивейшие пейзажи, кат-сцены, интересный сюжет, и вовсе не скучный геймплей. не понимаю почему многие считают иначе. на мой взгляд какой-нибудь однотипный отстрел мобов, вроде call of duty значительно скучнее.    Игра - супер!
    Во всяком случае лично для меня.

    For those of you saying this game sucks was born in 2000. This game is a masterpiece and it is going to revolutionize the gaming industry.

    It's a story telling game. The open world is amazing and there has never been a game like it.

    Haven’t played a game this great in a long time. Had me hooked since the first hour, love how much stuff there is to do, how the little details and small things Kojima Productions put in to make the world feel more real. The acting is superb and so is the graphics. Best visuals I’ve seen this generation.     Es un juego diferente a todo lo qie hayas jugado. Es un juego profundo que transmite muchisimo alegria, pena, soledad nostalgia. Acabas empatizando con el personaje. Llegar de un pubto a un punto b acaba siendoo una lucha contra los elementos y contra ti mismo. Pues no parara de ponerte a prueba. Lo bueno esq el juego no para de recordarte q hay que conectar a las personas y ves como alEs un juego diferente a todo lo qie hayas jugado.     Without spoilers. I'm 60hrs plus into this game and with each lodgement of 10hr blocks this game just keeps getting better and better. The trailers really show nothing of endgame content. A true masterclass in sound , visuals and story telling. I can say after watching all the trailers they don't even scratch the surface of how axing thus game is.

    Its a change of pace, delivering an incredible gameplay, that maybe could not be suited for everyone, but its no reason enough to make it a bad game. Yes, the game its about walking and delivering packages, but its not as simple as just going from A to B; Kojima and his team manages to make the world alive, the    Death Stranding its a breath of fresh air in an industry full of the same.
    Its a change of pace, delivering an incredible gameplay, that maybe could not be suited for everyone, but its no reason enough to make it a bad game. Yes, the game its about walking and delivering packages, but its not as simple as just going from A to B; Kojima and his team manages to make the world alive, the primary enemy, but at the same time, our companion.
    Little by little, the game evolves, change; giving you tools to make traversing easier but putting new obstacles in your way; never remaining the same. It is a master class on game design, and the best showcase of Kojima's abilities in this regard. Probably most people will not like this kind fo freedom, its requires time, thinking, and that is something that modern society lacks.
    But it is a rewarding system thanks to the message that the director wants to convey: we are nothing if we are alone.
    This is where the "Social Strand System" comes into play. The world is "empty" and the terrain will be a formidable foe without the necessary tools, putting a ladder in our world will make it appear in other player gameplay, and maybe that ladder will be of use to him/her. Creating and constructing things, not for the sake of ourselves, but to help other players that could make use of these things.
    It takes on the modern social network practices, and transform the negative part of it into a postive view, a world where we help others, forgetting about vanity and self indulgence; where there is no gaining in helping someone, but a like from that person.
    Hideo Kojima is an amazing director, mixing whats best from all forms of art; this work its a showcase of amazing cinematic story telling, impressive and detailed gameplay, overwhelming art direction and beautiful soundtrack.
    This is the vision, not only of a man, but all his team; a vision where we can be better persons, to destroy the walls that surrounds us, to be free, and embrace that freedom.
    Its not perfect, thats one thing for sure; but this is clearly the path that new games should take.    … Expand

    Definitely don't understand why are there so many 0s. To me this is a magnificent game. I spent 40 hours to beat it and now 80 hours still playing it trying to "unite America". The ideas and the cutscenes just stayed in my head ever since and I couldn't stop thinking about it. There are so many nuances in the game and they are portrayed so well that you won't be realizing them at the firstDefinitely don't understand why are there so many 0s.     The game does exactly what it sets off to do. Its not approach this game like if it was another Spy shooting game, Cause its not. The meat of the game is about connection with other players and even the NPCs. Its not about shooting. Even though I must admit the parts where you shoot, are very satisfying. Everything even the clunkyness of shooting was made completely on    NO SPOILER

The only thing holding me back from giving Death Stranding a 10 is the clunky combat mechanics and the fact that it does ask the player to be very patient in order to allow the game to get going, but it is worth it. This is quite easily my game of the generation, but I can see why some people don't like it.… Expand

    People love to jump into the hate bandwagon without playing the whole game :) This is a masterpiece that deserve game of the year award. This game is made to be tedious in mind with reason with it :) I will not spoil much, but introverts out there, come and play this game! Is just like harvest moon, rune factory, stardew valley, story of season :)

I urge EVERYONE CONSIDERING BUYING THE GAME WATCH THE GAMEPLAY ORIGINALLY POSTED BY KOJIMA, it shows you what the game is. Apparently Walking Sims have combat, vehicles, weapons and some of the best cinematics to date.

    Yes, there are a lot of times where you will just walk from point a to point b but the gameplay is constantly changing and giving you new things to try out. As I said before THE GAME HAS VEHICLES, don't wanna walk constantly? Okay well actually play more than 2 hours of the game and you'll get a bike and then soon after that you can make your own bikes with seemingly more vehicles later on, or heck just steal a truck.

    Yes there are also a lot of cutscenes, probably the first 2 hours there is at least 1 hour of cutscenes but once the game has finished setting the tone of the story you get free reign and the cutscenes do begin to be rarer, but the story is fantastic anyway.

    Yes the movement to some can seem tedious, I love it, the one thing missing from most open world games are a true feeling of actually exploring, Sam will react to various types of terrain differently and you have to adapt and climb your way through the landscape. What I originally expected was that Sam would control like in Horizon considering it's the same engine but no it's a completely unique system, to some a chore but to me an amazing improvement, it adds a new found challenge to exploration that just isn't there with other games.

    I give the game a 10, it's my GOTY without a doubt. I've been playing it for almost 11 hours straight and I have loved every second of it. (My only Con is that Kojima decided that the Music Player should only be usable in the Private Room??? Listening to music and exploring is much more fun so put some of your own music if the game has none currently playing)    … Expand

    I have played over 4 hours and it's like no other game I have ever played. It's slow methodical but so gorgeous. I think we should embrace games that try something new instead of your cods and gtas. Regurgitating the same old formula but with a new shine. Praise be hideo kojima the saviour of video games..

Death Stranding is a truly immersive experience that rewarded me greatly for committing to its strangely imagined, darkly emotional, yet constantly subversive, timely, and even funny, world. The gameplay mechanic satisfyingly complements the narrative in a way that I found amusingly realistic. The game moves at a slower pace, and this pace madeBreathtaking, original, deep, and rewarding. Death Stranding is a truly immersive experience that rewarded me greatly for committing to its strangely imagined, darkly emotional, yet constantly subversive, timely, and even funny, world. The gameplay mechanic satisfyingly complements the narrative in a way that I found amusingly realistic. The game moves at a slower pace, and this pace made the game more rewarding and immersive than nearly every game I've played recently. The opening hours are very cinematic heavy, and you will feel like your play is but a footnote for the first two. But those cinematics drew me in with their eerie mystery, and I appreciated how the gameplay matched their tone. I recommend keeping an open mind and letting yourself sink into Kojima's headtrip. You won't be disappointed. Death Stranding excels at exploring wide ranges of emotions with its often perilous and then often oddly idyllic scenarios: fear gives way to hope, disconnectedness is replaced with togetherness, frailty soon transforms into empowerment. You will spend time carefully navigating jaw-droppingly beautiful landscapes. The size of the world will weigh on you, and you will feel genuine relief and empowerment when you gain new ways of traversing environments and overcoming the threats you face. The negative reviews are clearly based on the opening two chapters, and I completely agree that players will do a lot of listening, watching, and walking for the first few hours. But I found these hours especially emotional and beautiful, and I was intrigued by how this game just doesn't feel like other games. I think the negative reviews overlook how integral the early game's slow pace and terrifying world are to the game's impressive narrative arc and the amazingly crafted moments that you experience when you later survive particularly harrowing situations. It is there--when a dark corner of the world throws a seemingly impossible challenge your way, and escaping that corner reveals a beautiful landscape with new sights, sounds, and genuine feelings of relief--that this game is such a massive success. Few games, if any, excel like Death Stranding does at delivering the truly significant emotional moments that I think make gaming such a special medium. If you are looking for something deeper, odder, more unique, and more beautiful than your typical gaming fodder, I heartily recommend Death Stranding.… Expand

Video games, like music and movies, have always been an important part in my life. But with almost everything in life nothing lasts forever, and years ago I reached a point where nothing felt worth it anymore to play. It’s not that I didn’t felt the urge to play, but there was nothing satisfying out there. And then came Dark Souls and Bloodborne. It was all I’ve ever wanted but never could have imagined such a concept and gameplay. Well, with death stranding I’m feeling very much like when I discovered the soulsborne games. It’s just one step ahead in every matter. Of course the graphics are pretty awesome, but what really flashed me was the gameplay. In all those years I’ve never got anything even close to that experience. It’s only my opinion, but this game has next level mechanics, incredibly precise, you just feel every step and move. That’s why it’s so entertaining to just get with your cargo through an area and you piss yourself when the BTs or Mules are coming. Because it’s not just running away like in every other game. It’s like running away irl, where you have to consider every obstacle. It’s **** goosebumps when the enemy is literally flying above you and you have to press R1 to hold your breath, move slowly forwards but consider the balance of your cargo, take care of your BB and think where is a good point to inhale again. And please quick, because the TimeFall is ruining your equipment. There is no other game like this, that’s why so many people don’t get it because they’re just watching it on YouTube and don’t get what it means to bring Sam through all this. A rare 10/10 for me, in a row with Resident Evil 2 and 4, Bloodborne, Dark Souls and Horizon Zero Dawn.… Expand

    This game is great. It's just not for everyone. If you're a fan of call of duty and stupid games like that you won't like this so just don't play it and don't rate it so low because it's not your taste

    Not every game have to be a Battle Royale or COD. Exploring different ideas and game type can be tough. Open your mind and discover a new world. You will not regret it.

    Definitely the best game I have played in YEARS. Can highly recommend anyone to play it, and I'll promise you wont regret it. The systems of the game are just so motivating, it literally never gets boring in 50+ hours of playtime.

But to say anything is fundamentally wrong or broken with it is a straight up lie, or again they didn't play it. Everything works as it's supposed to. It's never felt "wonky" to me. The terrain is your "enemy" every single time you rebalance yourself, climb a mountain, cross a dangerous river, it feels like it's own little victory. The segments with BTs are tense and its genuinely scary when you mess up and one starts following you around. No, you probably wont sir in this game. But the punishment for death is huge. The real punishment of messing up anyway, is not your health reaching 0, it's your cargo getting damaged, or you having to go back to pick up cargo that got dropped in whatever accident you had. The game is an absolute gem. And I love every second of it. No, it's not a walking simulator and anyone who says it is, is an absolute hack… Expand

Great performances, this game does not explain everything to you. The interviews have a lot of great information that explains the world they created in much more detail that I believe not much people read. Less than half of ratings are bashing this game because it's boring, its definitely not for everyone. It's not a looter shooter that everyone is used to. This game is a experience that pays off in the end with the best acting I've seen in a game. The ending made me cry and it will resonate with me for along time and I'm sure a lot of people feel the same.… Expand

After 100+ hrs of playing I thoroughly enjoy the journey the game brings, appreciate the online interaction it offers, and even learned to embrace the corks of the gameplay mechanics. Definitely an unique game and ifNever thought making deliveries can be so addicting! I bought this game clearly knowing it's a delivery sim and I am not disappointed. In fact, I am surprised. Like most delivery sims, they are very loopy (do a task over and over and progress to unlock things to make that task easier and more enjoyable). It has this with a bonus of beautiful cutscenes that I am always looking forward to in between. If you are a fan of simulators (Weedshop 2, Truck simulators, fishing sims) you will love this game. If call of duty is more your style or games that require constant stress and excitement, this game is probably not for you. I have read though a lot of the negative reviews and its almost like these people didn't even play the game. The way they explain the detail of the gameplay is like they basically watched a trailer and decided they didn't like it and just left a negative review despite playing the game just for spite.     Definitely not for everyone as most of the current games are Fps and are fast paced....this is a slow game that requires a lot of patience and calmness and most of the people lack those 2 traits

Also it does have action moments, I haven't reached many but so far I've experienced fast and tense situations which contrast great with the slow paced walking you spent most of the time doing.

    All in all, so far a great experience, but I can get how it can be divisive amongst a large audience.

    Nunca he evaluado un juego sin pasármelo primero, por eso antes de escribir esto no solo me he pasado el juego (54 horas) sino que también he conseguido el platino (79 horas). Para mí es un juego excelente, una historia y narrativa muy buena, personajes muy carismáticos, especialmente Mads Mikkelsen, un gameplay que, a pesar de que a priori no me llamara, engancha como pocos juegos (79Nunca he evaluado un juego sin pasármelo primero, por eso antes de escribir esto no solo me he pasado el juego (54 horas) sino que también he conseguido el platino (79 horas). Para mí es un juego excelente, una historia y narrativa muy buena, personajes muy carismáticos, especialmente Mads Mikkelsen, un gameplay que, a pesar de que a priori no me llamara, engancha como pocos juegos (79 horas en 11 días de los cuales 25 horas son después de ver el final de la historia lo dicen todo), la banda sonora y el apartado gráfico y artístico son de otro mundo. Tiene sus fallos, uno de ellos son los jefes EV, que a pesar de que son visualmente espectaculares, las mecánicas que tienen y tu poca velocidad de movimiento en combate los hace poco memorables, no es así en los jefes humanos que sí me han parecido muy buenos, también debo mencionar que los capítulos 3 y 6 pueden llegar a hacerse algo largos, pero a parte de eso el juego no me ha aburrido en ningún momento. Los campamentos de mulas y terroristas en "difícil" (que es como yo he jugado) me han parecido un reto y debes usar muy bien la estrategia y ser preciso, si vas a lo loco vas a morir, no eres Rambo ni Solid Snake, lo que muchos tachan de mal shooter a mí me parece algo realista, no me parecería normal que un hombre que se dedica a repartir paquetes empiece a repartir tiros y cargarse una base de terroristas él solo. En resumen, un gran juego me ha parecido uno de los mejores de esta generación y un soplo de aire fresco, espero que Kojima vuelva a hacer otros juegos diferentes, la industria está saturada de siempre lo mismo. It’s true, the thing you’re gonna be doing the most IS going to be take this from here to there but that is a very shallow description. On your way you will encounter many obstacles, wether human enemy’s, invisible BTs or just the rough terrain leaving you to figure out how to get across. On top of that you have to manage your inventory & watch out for your balance which keeps you immersed the entire experience, I literally did not want to even stop to go to the bathroom. Later in the game you can even build roads that pass through all the important delivery points which you can then use to deliver with your motorbike or even trucks making it a LOT easier and faster. The open world in itself is beautifully crafted and breathtaking, which the game knows, panning the camera out often, allowing you to enjoy it fully while an amazing and befitting song starts playing making you just astounded at the world’s sheer beauty. The story starts off as expected very confusing, which the main character ‘Sam’ expresses too. As you start getting it more and more, Sam will also start understanding it more. And then The Ending.. Oh The Ending. Incredibly rewarding, deserved and well thought out. This truly is Hideo Kojima’s Magnum Opus and an amazing beginning for the new Kojima Productions.… Expand

Having to manage weight and balance started with frustration, then quickly moved on to a sheer perseverance, in the face of an absolute want to get those likes, and to help. The gameplay loop has not gotten repetitive for me yet, because for the most part i feel as though it is a relaxing experience. I began to get lost in the myriad packages I was delivering. Eventually, the experience of carrying packages back and forth got a bit easier with the help of acquired vehicles and exosuit upgrades. On the topic of vehicles. The only issue I had is with the clunkiness of the motorcycle .The world design is beautiful. It is barren, lifeless and extremely atmospheric. The world as well, began to shift, as more people started adding generators, bridges and highways to the game. The feeling of helping out any of the player is gratifying in it's own right, coupled with the likes you receive, and the assistance of other players, creates a positive experience. The soundtrack is absolutely wonderful, it has a good variety of music that has many emotional ranges, from sad and bitter, to happy and uplifting. The sound design has been done extremely well. The tense feeling of creeping through B.T territory is made all the more tense with it's creepy ambient noise and slight shrieks. The same goes for being in MULE territory, which has a combo of intense score and sharp alarms to keep you on your toes. Until you fight either one of the B.T's or MULES. They are incredibly easy to fight, and easier to run away from. As for the story. I have not completed it yet, but from where I sit in the story now, I can say they've done it very well. It's an incredibly cinematic experience, with top notch acting, which creates an emotional atmosphere. Overall I think the game is definitely worth a play through. It's a unique experience that has a lot to offer. The game isn't always "fun" in the regard that most people would use, but it is an intensely rewarding experience in so many ways.… Expand

    Right now I'm loving it... I can't wait to play more tomorrow after work... it is 4am right now here... I played two hours without realize... I repeated the Prologue twice because I didn't want to damage the delivery packs.    … Expand

Pero! decir que la visión de las mecánicas son a largo plazo, porque Sam, o los jugadores, tienen que crear INFRAESTRUCTURAS o craftearlas para crear caminos más fáciles de recorrer, algo así como lo que pasó en el imperio romano en el continente europeo, al final lo que es un MAPA DESERTICO se convierte en un mapa conectado por carreteras, puentes, que al final nos da la visión y la experiencia que apoyándonos, los jugadores, unos a los otros podemos crear los lazos de unión entre aquello que hoy en día esta fracturado y desértico. No será un shooter, un juego de plataformas, un rpg, una aventura gráfica, un shot'm up, un hack and slash... etc... sino un simple simulador de un humano que ha de transportar todo tipo de necesidades entre las distintas zonas en las que hayan supervivientes para ayudar a renacer a la humanidad. Esto se vio en el film The Postman de Kevin Costner, y sinceramente esta visión de Kojima me gusta mucho más, además de que la película es un poco bastante truñaco pero esta versión o visión del asunto por parte de Kojima a mí sí me convence.     This game is truly AMAZING! It's not for everyone but if u like it you're in for a treat :) This game DOESN'T deserve a zero like some haters r scoring it, even if u don't like it, it shouldn't have a score as low as a zero! THAT'S NONSENSE!

Giving the game a 10 despite its flaws just to fanboy is just as bad as giving it a 0 because it's hot garbage regardless of the things it does so well.     Personaly I love Kojima games, and DS is his best yet. The story is cohesive, interesting, and each cutscene is masterfully directed and looks like a movie, The gameplay can get stale, but the core gameplay loop is addicting and the game throws enough new gadgets and tools to make things interesting. Combat and BT encounters are meaning full and stressful, and you never feel OP. You feel like a dude trying his hardest to connect America again.

    In the end, this game is about the moral of its story, and how the gameplay can connect people even across the greatest divides which is what it does the best!    … Expand

    Leaving aside the spectacular landscapes and the visual content that might not be relevant to some, the travels are really enjoyable, even at the very start of the game are not that frustrating as the "viewers" are saying. Asynchronous multiplayer is very well done and works excellently.
    The gameplay is very various and has really brought me a breath of fresh air. It has a really strong story and it's a different experience that everyone need to try at least once. I gave him 10 to reward him, and to balance the totally unfounded negative votes and without a spirit of objective review.     I played for a few hours last night and fell asleep dreaming about the game. I'm currently thinking of an excuse to leave work early to continue my death stranding journey because this game is flat out perfection. Forget all the non-sense zero scores. You can obviously tell by now if this games for you or if you should pass.     Technological marvel. By far the most amazing game graphically when it comes to realism. Compelling story so far with a message of hope.
    Death Stranding seems to have a focus on the journey and having time to think.     I like my games with a good unique story, some eye candy, emotional engagement , something thought provoking and a good challenge. Death Stranding is a win in my opinion.

    The world building is insanely cool and strange, I've never seen anything like it. The environmental design is fascinating, it manages to feel like familiar American landscapes and completely alien terrain at the same time. The dialogue is a little cheesy sometimes, but easily overlooked. There is mindless entertainment (Call of Duty) , and then there's entertainment infused with serious art, and this falls into the latter category.

    Highly recommend to anyone who would enjoy a very unique and artful experience. Wouldn't recommend to teenagers who play games to overstimulate themselves with video game crack and scream at each other while point-and-click shooting and dying a million times a match.    … Expand

It is a brave work thanks to its novelty, which fortunately is not a bragging right for its creators, as it may have seemed, but an exceptional title that will reward the brave who play it.     This game does manage to be fun, even if it is one of the heaviest experiences of 2019. Everything from story to gameplay is begging to be dissected, filled with imagery and symbolism -- just like so many Kojima games before this one. Entering Death Stranding, it’s likely that we all thought Kojima’s calling card was lengthy cutscenes and stealth and action gameplay.

    Death Stranding stands as a powerful author’s game which drives a strong message of how our over-connected society is evolving, and how we can help other players. Unlike many AAA games, it shines on a truly spiritual level. Well written, engaging and visually magnificent, it offers, despite some pacing flaws, an astonishing solo game with elegant multiplayer elements. A unique representation of Hideo Kojima’s talent.
