    Моя основная проблема с Андертейл в том что это вообще не игра. Более унылого и рудиментарного геймплея сложно придумать. Она спокойно могла быть визуальной новеллой или квестом, тогда бы получать удовольствие от сюжета и музыки можно было бы без остановки, в идеальном мире она должна быть музыкальным альбомом.     Nostalgia of old good rpg like Pokemon mixed with a creepypasta background. This is what Undertal is. Story, soundtrack and secrets are fantastic. And really original ideas.

    I was suprised, when i saw how many ideas can u put into one sigle game, and its jrpg. Toby Fox is genius. Every single charakted got his own sould, music in this game is masterpice. Combat system could be better, this is why its not 10/10 game. Plot is fantastic, you will find a lot of esteer eggs, many hiden mechanic, and what is most important, you can be who you want in this game.

    No seriously, Toby Fox is a genius. To create an unusual, unimaginable game, and even with such an approach to it, is very impressive. In addition, the soundtrack is simply one of the best that I have heard in all the games I have passed.

    My favorite game of all time. Amazing soundtrack, solid gameplay and a masterpiece of a story, the characters all feel real and are extremely compelling, the multiple endings give a new perspective on the world, the lore is the cherry on top. Seriously, play this game.

    A beautiful game considering it’s bit style, probably my favourite video game score of all time, each area has so many unique elements and are all equally interesting, and a good story with many great and memorable characters (although papyrus and especially alphys got on my nerves at times).     You are never gonna find anything like Undertale. This game is absolutely unique, story is just AMAZING, characters are really interesting, fighting is unique and music.. that's what made the game complete for me. I highly suggest to give it a try.

Ottima storia, gameplay solido, personaggi adorabili e una delle colonne sonore più belle, orecchiabili e versatili che abbia mai sentito in qualsiasi media (non scherzo). Magari una critica può essere mossa per come la storia è stata narrata, inserendo uno spiegone nelle parti finali del gioco.     It's good game. Unfortunately, didn't interest me at all.

    Pros.:
    - Simple.
    - Story.
    - Cute.
    - Multiple choices how to finish it.

    Cons.:
    - For old farts like me it's too slow and too simple maybe. There was nothing that caught my interest and attention despite the recommendations.

    Uma obra prima, apenas isso, as notas ruins simplesmente são haters que por algum motivo odeiam o jogo, mas ele é espetacular.
    Ele tem um sistema de batalhas único e divertido, personagens bons, trilha sonora boa, história boa, é um pacote completo de felicidade em um tempo curto de 6 horas, vale muito a pena

This game doesn't depend on a high marketing budget, nor on violence or complex gameplay to be on the top. This aspect alone makes it a unique game by itself. Undertale is also unique by its fourth-wall-breaking and missing with the player in a way that is uncommonly done and rarely done right. SomeAmazing characters, amazing story, and awesome OST. Some people might not like the game because of its fanbase (actually, it's only a small portion of it that is being the loudest) but I don't get them I won't dislike a food because of people who eat it, I eat for myself after all. Some other people would argue about the graphics or the way it looks, I also don't get them... after all, Undertale's beauty is all about its simplicity. People must remember that the game was *mostly* created by Toby Fox alone, so give him some credit for the work he has done, competing with triple "A" games is not that easy on your own, you know...
    Anyway...

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. If I had to rate Undertale, I would give it 8 out of 10 points. It's very charming and funny with memorable characters. Combining turn-based combat with "bullet hell" combat is a unique idea that we have not seen before. Undertale is also worth playing multiple times for the full experience. I wouldn't consider it to be one of my favorite games, however, because I started to realize all the real action takes place inside a tiny box on the screen, and I don't see myself coming back to stare intently at a tiny box after I finish my true pacifist run. To end this review on a more positive note, I would love to see the developer of Undertale expand the combat area in the next game and have the main character dodge projectiles across the entire screen.… Expand

    Indeed a masterpiece. A sad, emotional story with somewhat creepy and disturbing secrets that reveal lore part by part, which still has many questions. I only gave it a 9 because of the unoriginality with soundfonts, which some were taken from Earthbound. I'll let you play it, just don't learn more about the game right now to not get spoiled.

    Nos encontramos con una historia que es lo de menos lo que importa son los personajes tan carismáticos que tiene el título y nos acompañan en nuestra aventura, puede parecer un juego que te hace sentir solo en ciertos momentos pero en otros es pura comedia lo que le envuelve.

    El combate es por turnos al estilo retro con varias opciones de combate o intentar salvarte de los conflictos sin ningún tipo de violencia.

    La Banda sonora es bestial y probablemente sea de lo mejor de este título no tiene desperdicio.

    Como cosas negativas que en ningún juego pueden fallar... Diría que poca cosa quizás el excesivo minimalismo para mi gusto en ciertas zonas que hacen el juego bastante feo a la vista.

    En conclusión un juego cortito rejugable aunque yo personalmente no creo que lo haga y Bastante diferente a lo que hay hoy en día totalmente recomendado a los gamers curiosos.    … Expand

    All-around incredible game. Cleverly designed enemies, all with their own personalities. The writing is clever, every single character has personality - even the random encounter enemies, the art is good, the soundtrack is truly amazing, I never encountered any bugs during my first three playthroughs - I could not recommend the game more.

I always think of this game when I see other games that focus on history and dialogues, because when other games are copying movies, this game tell the story through gameplay and it was fun as hell to play this.     While I would say it lives up to the hype, it's best to go in with eyes unclouded by it. It truly is a once in a lifetime experience that sticks with you for a long long time.

    The story however, is bustling with great characters and expectation breaking, and whilst it is not perfect, being quite confusing at times, and having a quite typical ending.
    The characters more than make up for this.

    Making an otherwise typical ending much more emotional then in any other game.

    This doesn't negate the fact that the ending concept is mediocre. But in this game is works suprisingly well.

    The graphics are clearly not the focus here, and i can tolerate that, but Toby clearly stil wanted a fantastic atmosphere, and that is percisely what we got.
    The style, the graphics, and especially the music makes the atmosphere in this game mesmerizing.

    Speaking about the music, the boss battles are truly something else.

    But actually no, they mostly work as normal enemy battles, just longer, and of course, more difficult.

    But the bosses also have different attacks, often having a very clear goal and/or style with their attacks.
    Combine that with the jamming music in the background, the bosses in this game become a site to be witness, whilst not perfect (For example, patterns could be a good bit more unique, and there aren't really any clear stages)
    They are still incredibly enjoyable, and work as pretty much the selling point of the game (other than the story)

    The base gameplay however can get boring, and whilst the neat atmosphere does contribute to negating boredome, it can still be a present flaw.    … Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Undertale es un juegazo y es entendible que a alguno les encante, sin embargo, mucho de lo que transmite es simplemente en base a las experiencias y la narrativa. Me explico:

    Lo bueno:

    -Gráficos. Reflejan bien ese estilo de 8 bits con los personajes monocromáticos en las peleas a su máximo nivel.
    -Música: Junto con el apartado gráfico, otra cosa que destaca de Undertale, ya que su música se asemeja a la de los juegos retro. El mejor punto del juego, excelente sin duda alguna.
    -Jefes y personajes: Son muy carismáticos y las peleas son muy divertidas!
    -Batalla contra Sans: Vaya! En mi opinión, una de mis peleas favoritas contra jefe en un videojuego.

    Lo malo:
    -Gráficos: Así como este juego refleja mas o menos la época de los 8 bits, algunas cosas sinceramente se ven muy feas mas que nada los escenarios que son muy simples y poco inspirados.
    -Duración: El juego es muy corto, y no me digan que es un juego indie. Hay juegos indie que son incluso muchos mas largos que juegos hechos por empresas. La primera vez que jugas al modo historia, uno lo puede terminar (o al menos yo lo termine) en menos de 2 horas.
    -Linealidad, sistema de RPG, historia y finales: El juego es un RPG, pero no tiene mucho de RPG (la verdad es que ni debería haberlo sido). Me atrevería a llamar a Undertale un RPG altamente genérico. Si bien tiene eso de perdonar a los monstruos, que es aceptable, no esta muy bien aprovechado. Ademas de que la primera vez que jugas, lo mas probable es que hagas la ruta neutral, ruta que esta totalmente vacía en comparación con las demás. La primera vez que jugas al juego.... no tenes ni idea de las rutas, no sabes que hay otros finales, no sabes nada! Y si mataste a Flowey, aun menos! Tuve suerte de enterarme al mirar una wiki... de la curiosidad que tenia... si no lo hubiera hecho, ni me enteraba! La historia es muy confusa al principio y si no vas al resto de rutas, no te enteras de nada. Aunque la trama en si es muy interesante, que va de la mano con el gameplay, incluso autoparodiandose a si mismo, cosa muy innovadora y destacable! Pero el tema de las rutas arruina un poco la experiencia, volviendose por cierto tedioso, ya que la manera de entrar a ellas es determinada por la cantidad de enemigos que mueren en lugar de multiple choices que es como debería haber sido también. Muy buena historia, pero muy mal contada y con elementos en ella que no me terminan de cuadrar por que lo dejan ahi en el aire, como lo de Gangster o la relación entre Asgore y Flowey, que si bien en la ruta pacifista te la cuentan, faltan muchos datos.
    -Solo podes equiparte una arma y armadura y tenes 20 niveles, ademas de que los encuentros contra los enemigos son siempre los mismos, y no, no me refiero a que son los mismos que aparecen en la misma zona, no, sino que todos los combates son scripts, no hay nada de aleatoriedad. Por lo que simplemente se siente que este sistema RPG esta puesto de manera artificial, que si bien combina bien con la narrativa, a nivel jugable esta mal balanceado y deja mucho que desear.
    -En cuanto a la exploración, es nula. Durante todo el trayecto, uno tiene que ir en linea recta y nada mas.... puzzle, jefe.... puzzle, jefe.... así.... Los puzzles son aburridos, aunque los jefes, como ya dije antes, son muy interesantes. Explorar ademas, no beneficia al jugador, salvo con pequeños detalles de la trama así sueltos que sinceramente uno se los puede saltear.

    No me malinterpreten, Undertale es un juego que he disfrutado mucho. El problema es que solo transmite sentimientos y no diversión, con un sistema RPG mediocre implementado de manera artificial (aunque en si tenga sentido en la narrativa), y que si bien la historia es en si una obra maestra, esta muy mal contada, con datos faltantes y con una rejugabilidad que radica principalmente en las rutas opcionales, pero que el juego no te cuenta sobre ellos. Lo recomiendo totalmente para los amantes de los juegos retro e indie, pero que esta lejos de ser excelente, ya que como producto en si y comparandolo con otros juegos indie, deja un poco que desear. Al menos juegos como The Gray Garden tenían mas personalización y una historia mejor contada. Undertale por cada punto positivo que encuentro, hay algo negativo. Si bien el estilo artístico esta muy bien y es muy retro, hay muchas partes que son demasiado simples. Si bien la historia me encanto, radica en obtener el 100%, y faltan muchos datos, estando la historia principal (la ruta neutral) muy incompleta. Si bien la jugabilidad se integra a la narrativa y trae conceptos muy innovadores, llega a ser demasiado artificial e innecesario por tener encuentros y sistema de nivel basados enteramente en scripts, con nula personalización y decisiones a tomar, como si hubieran metido el sistema RPG a la fuerza por que no les quedaba de otra.
    Un gran juego, pero que le falta pulirse muchísimo. Deltarune termino siendo la evolución de Undertale en cuanto a mecánicas.    … Expand

    this game has everything : the story, the characters, the humor, the emotions, the gameplay
    and while the graphics aren't particularily impressive, they're well done for their style.

    Undertale was a game I played in 2020, and even though I already knew everything, this game had a lot of fun for me, and made me pass several challenges, and also, it was the best soundtrack of a game I have ever heard, with several songs that match perfectly with the moments, buy and have fun.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. mi juego favorito y el mejor de la historia es simplemente espectacular con unos gráficos sencillos una historia sencilla pero buena pero con una jugabilidad increíble en todos los aspectos desafiante divertida y adictiva aparte de estar muy bien diseñada y lo mejor del juego sus maravillosos y carismáticos personajes desde una mama cabra que cuida de los niños que caen y sufre cuando uno se va ya que ella sabe lo que les depara ella dejo a su novio después de la muerte de sus dos hijos después papyrus un personaje simple es un esqueleto cool que es un buen amigo y hermano aparte de tener un corazón puro después mettaton un robot que quiere ser una celebridad tanto para monstruos como para humanos y que en lo profundo de su alma ama a sus admiradores tambien tenemos a alphys un dinosaurio científico al que todo le a salido mal en la vida a simple vista simplemente es un otacku pero tiene un pasado triste y una relación que no sabe expresar también tenemos a muffet una araña que quiere liberar a su compatriotas en las ruinas que no pueden salir por el frió y para eso necesita dinero y después tenemos a los 4 mejores personajes y al protagonista osea undyne una heroína fuerte que en lo profundo ama a alphys es amiga de papyrus y daría su vida por el reino también tenemos a asgore un rey que perdió a sus dos hijos a su esposa y que condeno a su pueblo en un arrebato de ira ahora para solventarlo tiene que hacer algo que hará feliz a todos menos a el matarte y tenemos a sans el boss mas difícil al que nunca me e enfrentado a simple vista es un esqueleto bago que cuenta chistes y siempre esta feliz pero en realidad en un monstruo deprimido sabiendo que de pronto un dia todos al su alrededor podrían olvidar que haga lo que haga su progreso sera borrado con simplemente tocar un botón al saber eso el siempre sonríe y acepta todo al saber que el no puede hacer nada para detenerlo hasta que tu los matas a todos en ese momento el intenta detenerte desesperado con todo lo que tiene pero no lo logra con una sonrisa en el rostro el lo acepta y muere sabiendo que nadie recordara su muerte también tenemos a flowey el enemigo final de dos de las tres rutas un príncipe que perdió a su hermana sus padres no lo reconocen perdió sus sentimientos pero por alguna razón el sigue vivo y tiene el poder de hacer olvidar a todos al principio el intenta ser bueno pero su curiosidad vence a su moral e intenta de matar a todos hasta que tu llegas tu sos lo único que el no puede prever tu lo detienes en la ruta neutral y en la pacifista y el retoma su bondad pero tu reseteas matando a todos el tiene miedo intenta hacer algo pero no tu lo vas a matar entonces el siente por primera ves en mucho tiempo el siente MIEDO por ultimo tu el protagonista de la historia tu caes al subsuelo y comienza el juego tu te pasa el juego en neutral y pacifista pero TU te enfrentas a un debate TU no el personaje te cuestionas tu moral pasarte el juego y matar a todos los que salvaste o dejar el juego en un final feliz y llega lo inevitable matarlos llegas al final te pasaste el juego o eso pensabas en ese instante chara aparece tu te arrepientes pero es muy tarde chara literalmente mata al juego y cuando reinicias y enmendas tus errores te das cuenta de que no puedes lo echo ya esta echo

That said, this game felt thoroughly unique with its mixture of catchy writing, endearing charm, soulful humanity and sheer backasswardness. At times disheartened by the bullet-hellish challenges too frustrating for my old-man reflexes, I was nevertheless filled with DETERMINATION and managed to rediscover that home is where the heart is.    … Expand

    Um dos jogos mais incríveis que já joguei no PC, e olha que não sou fã dessa plataforma, mas esse jogo conseguiu me prender por dias para desfrutar ao máximo, realmente é uma obra inesquecível.

    Considering that this game was made by only one man - it is unbelievably awesome. Storyline and soundtrack will not leave your hearth empty. Worth playing through at least three times.

Em meu ver o que mais causa impacto nesse jogo é perceber como as rotas neutra, pacifista, são completamente diferentes da rota genocida.     With multiple endings based on how you choose to play out your run, set pieces that can play out very differently based on your actions and so many incredible moments that we’d love to share but daren’t do so for risk of spoiling anything, Undertale is easily one of the indie standouts of last year.

    Through a combination of often relaxed but sometimes tense gameplay, a dreamy atmosphere, and genuine characters that feel like they’re actually alive and all living together in this isolated society of longing, Undertale transcends its medium and becomes a genuinely moving experience I would recommend to anyone who is open to a sometimes sorrowful, sometimes hilarious, always bizarre and engaging emotional journey.
