    I really tried to like this game.
    Ive been watching pre- and reviews in which they said "It's like diablo 3 just better" so I didn't wait, like planned, till the season starts. I bought it to launch.
    Oh boy, were the outlets wrong and oh boy have I been stupid. Yes the game is just like Diablo 3 but better… Like a slightly better launchversion of Diablo 3. Diablo 4 is a tedious slog.    I really tried to like this game.

    Diablo 4 is a tedious slog. The story is quiet nice, if you like it.
    But besights of that it is nothing else than a collection of boring chores.
    I am especially annoyed by Activision Blizzards behavior.
    They nerfed everything for the first week.
    All the dungeons which you could use to level up were literally obliterated.
    Sorry for heaving fun in dungeons with high mop density.
    Then finally they said it's now time for buffs.
    And they came and were actually good…. Until they took everything away from us, just to stretch game time.
    I don't even talk about the class nerfs.
    It's about the stats and the experience…
    The worst it that they did not even publish every change.
    They kept so many changes in secret, it is just embarrassing
    Would love to get a refund for this game but sadly this is not possible..    … Expand

    Between the worst patch in the world and broken builds… this is a disgrace to arpgs. Never have i ever played an arpg with this many cool down problems and bugs… on top of that the most recent patch absolutely killed the fun builds. Level 100 running around like a headless chicken waiting for my skills on cool down. Wait theres a catch… blizz nerfed it even more…

    I will give a rating of "2" only because of the graphics, optimization, cinematics and storyline, otherwise it's definitely a "1" as the worst game in the series.

    Pros : Music, Graphics, Combat, Story.
    Cons :
    -No "find party",
    -Uniques you won't see in your lifetime,
    -Extremely tedious to levelup in end-game
    -Only weak legendaries, nothing feels strong
    -Lack in-game info ( need to search online )
    -Devs that nurfs all the good builds
    -Mount is buggy, gets stuck everywhere
    -Too much promotion for the in-game Shop
    - etc...

    Unfortunately unplayable in current state. The initial first 5 hours of the game were great but after the patch it is currently unplayable for any amount of time.

    Diablo 4 had a somewhat promising start, despite some glaring issues that were evident. However, it has become apparent that the Blizzard team behind Diablo 4 is not receptive to player feedback and seems to have their own hidden agenda.

    The gameplay feels slow and unsatisfying, with long cooldowns forcing players to wait before engaging another pack of enemies. Additionally, the    Diablo 4 had a somewhat promising start, despite some glaring issues that were evident. However, it has become apparent that the Blizzard team behind Diablo 4 is not receptive to player feedback and seems to have their own hidden agenda.

    The gameplay feels slow and unsatisfying, with long cooldowns forcing players to wait before engaging another pack of enemies. Additionally, the occurrence of random one-shot deaths and permanent crowd control effects only adds to the unpleasant experience.

    Personally, I believe that an action role-playing game should be fast-paced, allowing players to swiftly navigate through maps and dungeons. Unfortunately, Diablo 4 falls far short of what I consider to be enjoyable for this genre.

    It's disheartening to see the developers taking the game in this direction, and as a Diablo 4 player, I feel that, at best, they misunderstand the essence of the genre, and at worst, they disregard player feedback and fail to respect our time.    … Expand

    Il titolo è ben curato e la traduzione in italiano è ottima. La storia mi è piaciuta molto e mi ha riportato al coinvolgimento avuto con Diablo II. Sicuramente l'endgame è un po' meno interessante, ma credo che sia voluta una certa ripetitività in modo da poter aggiungere contenuti nei periodi futuri. La meccanica di Diablo è poi questa, non deve piacere per forza ma non si può pretendereIl titolo è ben curato e la traduzione in italiano è ottima.     The title is well-made and the Italian translation is excellent. I really enjoyed the story, and it brought me back to the involvement I had with Diablo II. The endgame is definitely less interesting, but I believe that some repetitiveness is intentional so that content can be added in the future. Diablo's mechanics are simply that, and they may not be to everyone's taste, but you cannot expect the game to stray too far from its identity.    … Expand

    I play Sorc and this patch makes no fun at all. 30% reduction of CDR makes the class no fun at all. Flip side they gave us more resistances which are BROKEN and acknowledged as broken by developers. It's sad what has happened to the game.

    Done with Blizzard and their focus on monetization. You'd think they would learn from their previous Diablo titles and improve on this. Guess I should not be surprised with how they handled Overwatch 2 and the direction the company is taking. Hate the fact that the cooperate greed is more important that a quality game.

    This was the first Diablo game I’ve ever played and I loved it but the update feels like the devs literally stole my time and set me back by at least 20 hours and those who shrug it off are already lost npcs good luck won’t be coming back.

Their obvious goal is to sell seasonal battle pass and cosmetics. Every single balancing decision is made to encourage this. Sell battle pass, sell cosmetics. This is the goal. We are missing every single quality of life feature present inThe game is boring, uninspired, bland. Respeccing is a chore as you need to imprint all your gear with new aspects, and have more aspects in case you'd like to revert back. Eternal realm characters completely nerfed to force players on the seasonal realm. I could go on, but in short, do NOT buy this game. You have been warned.… Expand

    It's unbelievable that this is the 4th Diablo game, features are missing, undocumented changes get made, customer feedback takes weeks to implement but time gating gets implemented within a day. Lots of work to be done by the developers.

    Game had potential but the devs have ruined it more and more with each patch. As a Diablo-fan since the first game I think I can finally see the end of this franchise. It's more about making money than creating an amazing gaming experience nowadays. You learned Nothing from your playerbase OR your competitors. It's sad!

    This game only positive is you can pat the dog in town. I purchased a game that had 5 playable characters. Now 3 are playable and 2 are laughable. New patch has made me feel like I've bought a car with 3 wheels.    I admit I got, got.

    Blizzard killed the best thing about Diablo: the loot!!
    "legendaries" are a poor substitute for uniques. So much of the fun of Diablo used to be building characters that used uniques in, well, unique ways. Hell, just finding one was great. Now I dont even get a jump in the heartbeat when one drops because it will only be mats for something from the codex....

    Game started off decent and has progressively gone down hill, development team actively engages and listens to the community based on their feedback and then pulls the rug on them last minute making terrible decisions based on what they think is “you actually want”. Why they have so many bugs and glitches that they “can’t fix immediately” is beyond me. Also why they hell are they not testing patches completely in open test servers and actually get feedback on?     1 point because it's a Diablo game. Lost 4 points because of the stupid, nonsensical 1.1 patch. If you are on the fence about buying the game, don't buy it now, you'll only be disappointed. Wait for the game to show up on Game Pass.

    While the future of the game is anyone’s guess, at present Diablo IV is a solid, but strangely unambitious take that fails to bring much new to the table. By the end of my travels, I was more than willing to put it down and take a break — somewhere amongst all the grinding, Diablo IV had unfortunately ground me down as well.
