    Учитывая что поиграть нормально так и не получилось ввиду того что сервера постоянно лежат и зайти в игру не получается то оценка соответственно 1.(и то чисто из за ностальгии)

    It's sad because it really is amazing how good it looks and plays. Being able to use a controller to play it completely changes the games feel. I've logged hundreds of hours in the original, but playing it with a controller makes it feel like a whole new game.

    Do you enjoy constant game crashes, server crashes, long load times even though on ssd and artificial game creation time limits THEN LOOK NO MORE. This garbage game has all this and more horrible things!

    In all honesty, I love diablo 2 but this remake is a goddamn mess, stay away.

Assuming you can even get into the game. Lies about mod support, removed tcp/IP support for when you want to play with a friend during the frequent bouts of server stability.

    Strong avoid unless you're just desperate for your diablo II crack. Probably best played when private servers start to take over the place with a new client.    … Expand

    I’ve been patient, I’ve been a super fan since November 1994, I’ve given them years of chances, but Diablo 2 Resurrected was the last straw, they fooled us like never before this time.

    I’ve personally contacted as many people as possible to inform them that I am walking away from orchestrating Blizzard’s super fan communities and have already closed our British-Columbia, Ontario and Quebec chapter of the Blizzard super fan community, I have brought down all our Blizzard websites, we have closed all our pages and permanently delisted all our pages off of Google.

    Never before have I been so insulted, Blizzard in 2021 is a disaster. I hope Blizzard understands the reason for sending out the 340 000 emails that we have sent out to our subscribers informing them of our councils vote regarding the closure of all our chapters.

    -The game does not launch. The game doesn’t work.
    -I bought a $3500 computer specifically for this game, my computer is too advanced to run the game.
    -The servers delete all your characters. The servers cannot save your games.
    -An extreme level of bugs, the rubber banding bug is out of control (the game rewinds 3 seconds every 9 seconds)

    Rubber banding refers to the abrupt bounce back players see when their characters become desynched from the server. A player directs their character to another location, before the character abruptly bounces back to their starting point. This is a very frustrating and potential fatal problem, as players think they are escaping danger, only to suddenly pop right back into it.

    Fun factor rating:
    0/10 (This game will destroy my mental health and is a total disaster).

    This game should be renamed to: Diablo 2 Refunded. It has perhaps the worst server issues ever seen in the gaming industry.    … Expand

    This is as attempt by recent college graduates as part of a school project to revive a game that was still alive because it was made by talented developers.

    Well. They killed it. Now it's truly dead.


    Seems like these new Blizz kiddo technical analysts want to destroy D2 so there is nothing to compare to when D4 is a complete disaster.

    Nostalgia is there when you can play. We are on day 4-5 where half the day it's literally unplayable due to server issues. Trying to navigate and join games is already a pain without that since they did no work on updating those systems for the remaster. They pretty much slapped a very nice coat of paint on it with some sound updates and called it good. The fact I can whip up my blizzardNostalgia is there when you can play. Things like baal runs are hard to find because it wont load the info on how long the games been active sometimes for a minute if at all. So just hop into one and hope it isnt an hour old. Honestly if you want a D2 experience that's fun now a days it's best to just go to Project Diablo 2, PlugY, SlashDiablo with actual qualify of life updates/upgrades and good communities.… Expand

    I love being able to reminisce about this game with better graphics, but the way they have released this classic is a shame.... A great game if it could be played two days in a row with no server problems....

    I am unable to play 4 days in a row already.
    I cannot get a refund, cause blizzard just ignores my refund requests.

    I cannot rate gameplay / graphics / mechanics, because i am just unable to play.

    i definitely do not recommend buying this, this is just a scam.

    10 адских коров из 10 за оригинал, но эта игра попросту не работает, каждый день выключены сервера, постоянные откаты прогресса.. Ад для сердечников. А главное нельзя вернуть деньги за игру. Возможно если бы можно было играть по лакалке, то было проще, но и это убрали из игры.     The game rubs runs for a couple of hours then crashes and then you wait for a day long to play again. Other than that and a crash from time to time, the game is awesome.

    This is 2021, server tech should not be at 2004 level.
    Blizzard have thrown out a game on a really bad server. Its like they brought out the old WoW servers from 2004 to host Diabloe 2. The sever crashes every day and they keep rolling back so you lose your items and gametime.
    Do not buy until they fixe their servers.

    Bueno yo compre este juego por q siempre he sido muy fan de esta compañía y a un cometiendo errores, pero esto de q no se pueda jugar desde el sábado con amigos después de pagar 40 euros,y para colmo niegan devoluciones nos sentimos estafados. Que hablamos de Blizzard no de una compañía Indie.yo como esta la cosa no recomiendo comprar ni este juego ni nada mas de esta gente.

    Now that those issues have been eradicated so some extent, the EU servers are all the time down! This is now day four in a row where the game is basically unplayable. "Basically" as in "there are time windows where you CAN play, but you have no idea whether the next server outage will or will not reset your entire progress (incl loss of any items you might have found in the meantime)".

    The fact that, already for days, there is no whatsoever announcement from Activision Blizzard adds only to users' frustration.

    If you are a mere offline player and are happy to look over the clunkiness that a 20y old pc game brings with it (and which - for better or worse - has not been removed from the game), then you might give this a decent rating. If it DID work, I might even give it a 7. But for most folks, online playing is where it's at - and since that doesn't work due to permanent server outage, that's unfortunately a 0 from me. Better invest your 40 € into RDR2 or The Witcher 3.    … Expand

There are even such small details as characters turning their heads in the direction of a random bat flying under the roof of a cave. They didn't touch anything gameplay-wise. It's the same game we love with all its flaws. I realize this is a remaster, not a remake, I didn't expect any other changes or improvements.Ok, the game itself is fine. I just wanted to play it again with my friends.

    But (of course, there's a 'but') the technical state of the game is just below the line. It crashes a lot. Like, a lot. Sometimes several times in an hour. And it's not my hardware. I use Ryzen 7 3800X, RTX 3070, and 32 GB of RAM. It's the only application/game on my PC that has these problems. I can play any other game for hours, but not D2R. Just check the official forums. A lot of people have the same problem.

    Then there are the battle.net servers. They go down all the time. There are constant rollbacks tied to these events. It's been three weeks since the release, and instead of improving, the situation actually became worse. Now it's the fourth day in a row where servers go down for hours with a rollback hitting everyone afterward. People lose progress, time, and patience. This is accompanied by absolutely zero communication from their Support. They just copy-paste the same "we are investigating, apologies for any inconvenience" tweets over and over again leaving users in the dark. No details are given whatsoever. Is it safe to play, or will I lose gear again? Exactly what is happening? Why do you face the same problem over and over again? Blizzard refuses refunds (again, check the official forums, a lot of people want a refund). People are left with a sore taste of disappointment, unable to do anything about it.

    Shame, they perfectly recreated the atmosphere of the original game but made it unplayable through game crashes, rollbacks and server downtime. D2jsp forums drove the nail in the coffin by making it 100% pay to win on Battle.crap which conveniently is your online option for multiplayer gameplay as TCP/IP multiplayer has been removed.

    I am giving a zero just because I can't even play the game due to Blizzard incompetence to handle their servers. I am also submitting a refund ticket as I write this review. This company cannot be trusted, think twice before buying any other products from them.

    Cant play with friends offline since TCP/IP was removed.

    C'est une honte je trouve, déjà l'interface est améliorer pour la manette comme Diablo 3 mais pas pour les souris. ( Click gauche - click droit ). Pour un jeux pc c'est pas cool.
    Ensuite a part l'inventaire et le stockage améliorer, il n'y a rien de novateur a part sur console #(

    The lack of communication from Blizz is appalling. The game is broken several hours per day, day after day. When it comes back up, not a word from them what went wrong, what they did to fix it, etc. Not a word from them at all.

    I'm having a love/hate relationship with the game: when it's actually working, I love it. When it's broken (and this is happening every single day now, for hours and hours at a time), I hate it. I really, really hate it.

    Blizz' poor performance in provisioning resources to support its games will most definitely impact my decision to purchase their products in the future. So, no D:I or D4 for me. I hope they think how badly they've managed D2R was worth destroying this potential customer's attitude...    … Expand

    Forget relaxing and playing this game with your friends. If you go 1 hour without a crash, consider it amazing. And these crashes happen at key points most of the time, when the boss dies, when you teleport, crafting , waypoints.

    I played with friends and I'd say 1/2 the time we were communicating about lag and crashes. That's unreal. During D2 we never had that problem.

    Beta works fine and now the game wont start because of AVX which was never an requirement... gj blizz! edit: After AVX fixes its just a fine game and looks very good. now u have to fix the server issues and there will be a much better score!

    -For non-working online mode. At the time of writing, problems with servers have not been solved for 5 (think about it!) days. Is this a blizzard quality? No. This is the level of a garage company.
    -The appearance of the Amazon leaves much to be desired

    Did you laugh at cyberpunk 2077? Compared to this, cyberpunk 2077 came out absolutely technically working

    I loved this game back in 2000 and this is the only reason I give it 4. Firstly connectivity issues is just not funny joke. Secondly design of characters Diablo should be gore and bloody and amazon and sorcerres shoudl be sexy. I can imagine that redesigned characters fits much more to what we can imagine as when we think about amazons but it looses it's orginal character.

    It's a pretty carbon copy of the original BUT it's unplayable due to server instability. Four days in a row at high demand times battlenet has been completely down for multiple hours. Blizzard support is a complete joke and they clearly don't feel even a little bit bad about this shocking service. The game may be playable in future but don't waste your money right now.

    Laggy buggy mess servers constantly going down. Game crashes to desktop, even completely froze my computer a few times requiring a full restart. Today my characters were deleted when I logged in. Terrible game

    Great game. But servers go down serveral times a day which means the risk of losing level progress and items. Despite the servere problems Blizzard is not willing to issue a statement giving the community at least some informations.

    It would be a nice game in the hands of a capable company. Due to downtimes every day of multiple hours and ZERO communication from Blizzard or its responsibles, as well as roll backs that makes every archivement you had during the time you could play void, this is one of the worst games I ever had to pay for.

    Servers are always down. Game crashes a lot. Full price with no support means Blizzard knew they were pumping out a lemon and just needed some support for their upcoming quarterly report.

    I was a fan of d1, d2, d2 LoD and i anticipate D3 and now awaiting for D4. D2R comes as a sweet fresh breath to me - an old beloved game with upgraded graphics to play comfortably. I would ve rated it 1010 but there are two issues:
    1) Lack of QoL upgrades, really, there are over 9000 plugins and patches to make original D2 better without changing the balance. And devs couldn't care enough    I was a fan of d1, d2, d2 LoD and i anticipate D3 and now awaiting for D4.     In the original Diablo 2 game, we were able to create a LAN/TCP IP game to play with friends. That's been removed entirely. Everything goes through Battle.net now if you want to have a social experience with the game. Now that sounds all good, but Blizzard's servers have been nothing but unstable. The first few days of the launch were very bad. And they still are, just look at Blizzard's Customer Service Twitter profile and you can see what I mean.

    Servers go down at random, they don't communicate with us as their customer community and all they do is apologize with nothing to show for it. Once the servers are up they go down after a few hours. And they stay down for a very long amount.

    Should it be expected from a 20-year old game? No, absolutely not since they have remastered it for modern-day PCs and consoles. And the server crashes involve the console players just as much since it's all tied up in the same online infrastructure. And this is from a company with over 20 years of experience with online gameplay and hosting services.

    If you want a stable game and a good experience stay far away from Diablo 2 Resurrected. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. This isn't the regular early launch bugs, this is horrible.    … Expand

    Bought this game to play along with my friends. Servers are down 24/7, even 2 weeks after release. The initial game had LAN coop but Blizz decided to remove this, for our "security" without giving an alternative.

    This feels like an early April's fool joke.

    Graphics are good but cant give it a better score when the game is not playable.

But we got no improvements on systems that could have used more attention (i.e. improving the unused skills, mercenaries and builds). I find it hard to justify the cost of the game, considering most of the "fun" comes from the decades old game, and all this does is provide better visuals.
    And I suppose just a personal opinion, I am not a fan of many of the character designs with the exceptions of the Sorceress and Paladin. Others just feel a little off.    … Expand

    I would have welcomed rebalancing the the skills and classes, but I would be okay with the IF they provided full mod support. Needles to say, they havent.     Total lack of QoL features you would expect from a modern game. Master sound slider? No. Bufff/Debuff Icons? Ofc not. Move bound to left click? Nope. There are loads of small features they should ve added.

    For this price, we should expect rebalancing, additional endgame content, QoL features and functional fking servers...    … Expand

    It’s a scam. The game doesn’t work. Servers are always offline and Blizzard denies all refunds. Don’t ever buy anything from those swindlers!

    The even can't keep the servers up for four days in a row. Every day there are 5-7 hours outage in prime time. Also be careful, they don't refund.

    The game is unplayable. It was advertised with multiplayer, this is a lie as the servers are almost never up. Refund policy ensures you cannot get a refund even though it is clearly broken. Do not buy this game

Ahora lo que no es para nada admisible son las continuas caídas de los servidores. Siempre que hay repunte de conexión cae. Estás ingame y notas cuando la gente empieza a contectarse porque empieza la latencia..., al final cae todo por sobrecalentamiento... Harán algo?... No, sabemos que no se van a gastar el dinero en poner más o mejores servidores, esperarán a que la gente se canse y se pire, sin devolver el dinero porque la venta ya está hecha.     Все нытье по поводу цензуры по большому счёту идёт в баню, сделали всё хорошо и условно правильно.

    - Забавно что за ваши кривые сервера г*вном поливают разработчика ( разработчик НЕ БЛИЗЗАРД ) Молодцом в общем.
    Вывод:
    - Данную игру советую к приобретению сторонними способами, так как один хрен будете играть оффлайн (в соло).
    - Людям ответственным за состояние серверов выписать путевку в пешее эротическое.
    - Blizzard CS EU RU ребята отсюда могли бы и побыстрее реагировать на СОСТОЯНИЕ игры, вы либо им не платите и они батрачат за еду (поэтому хреново) либо платите слишком много (поэтому они толи бухают, толи что хуже) у ребят делей примерно 20-30 минут на офф серверов и их подключение. Я даже представляю себе как бедалага бежит с подвалов на 54 этаж, пешком по лестнице чтобы твитнуть о состоянии игры, милота.    … Expand

    I would gladly give a semi-positive review if I could only play the game in the short timespans between "maintenances".

    Unfortunately, most of the time I attempt playing it, there is maintenance.
    This conveniently happens mostly on weekends, when I have the time to play the game.
    The gameplay itself is mostly fine - glitchy from time to time. The quests often fail to complete when in a party.

    Diablo II: Resurrected is far from perfect. The changes in character design are likely to rile up returning players, and the archaic gameplay probably won’t agree with younger generations weaned on more streamlined, sophisticated experiences. While I appreciate that this legendary title is now available in an improved format, it’s not a caveat-free recommend.

    Diablo II returns with refreshed graphics and unaltered gameplay (apart from some small improvements). It’s as fun as I remembered, so I quickly felt at home and gave in to nostalgia. However, it’s hard not to notice that beneath revamped visuals lies a 21 years old design. [12/2021, p.32]
