The developers have clearly done their homework on the genre and as a result, even with a stage count edging on the lower side, the game still has nearly infinite replayability.

Whether you love or hate the changes, RPG fans of the era have probably already picked this up. For the rest of you, I implore you that it’s well worth the entry fee.

Toad Rider puts a fun, challenging, and fair spin on one of gaming's most notorious levels that any fan of endless runners should enjoy.

In the end, here's Threes! in three sentences: Threes! is about as close as it gets to a perfect mobile game. Threes! is a game you need on every iOS device you own. Threes! is a game you need to tell your iPhone owning non-gamer-but-plays-some-games friends about.

There's an embarrassment of riches for anyone looking to have some fun with this genre on the platform, leaving little room for half-hearted efforts like this one.

Marvel Run Jump Smash is far from the most sophisticated and addictive runner in the App Store, but comic-book fans looking for a colorful, fast-paced, and challenging experience should suit up.

Dawn of the Plow isn't something you're going to instantly enjoy, but stick with it for a little bit, and you'll be having a blast in no time.

The App Store definitely has its fair share of these stage-based affairs where you're trying to collect or earn three things, and if you're dead sick of those, TripTrap probably isn't going to be the one to change your mind. If, however, you like the sound of that gravity mechanic and aren't fully exhausted with the concept, you'll probably have a good time with the game

Bloodstroke is a terrific action game, and a great introduction to John Woo action on mobile.

If you've only played a couple of their games, go for it by all means, but if you've played most of their lineup and find yourself getting a bit tired of the old hamster wheel, you're not going to be missing out by taking a pass on Ninja Village.

Even sampling this version of Tales of Phantasia will only lead to the frustration of seeing that Namco could have made an excellent version of the game, but didn't. Thanks, but no thanks.

Long term, In Fear I Trust has great potential with an awesome story- Particularly as they figure out where the plot is going in future episodes. In its current form, it's pretty buggy, and would have benefitted greatly with even a little bit of extra time baking inside of the proverbial development oven.

Magnetized has the ability to excite and frustrate you in the same moment. With a slightly more polished design, it really could have been a must have puzzle title. But as it stands, hardcore puzzle fanatics will most likely get the most out of it.

While it probably won't blow you away, Tap & Blast is a great free game that will easily last you an afternoon. It has a sense of style, great controls, and a good amount of variety to keep you interested. My chief complaint is that it would have been a much better offering as a premium app rather than the heavy IAP scheme it employs now, but considering how fun the game is, it's worth wading through.

The Room Two is a beyond worthy successor to the original in all ways. There is no reason to not play it. Here’s hoping that Fireproof Games can take what seems to be a great story, and more thoroughly flush it out in sequels to come.
