So, no, Kero Blaster is not Cave Story 2, and the sooner you put the notion out of your mind, the sooner you can get to enjoying an extremely well-crafted action game.- TouchArcade

It's not a great RPG by any means, but it serves a particular context that is somewhat underserved. That might be enough to earn it a place in the library of genre fans. Not bad for a first outing.- TouchArcade

As mentioned earlier, 2-Bit Cowboy, with its simpler ‘Westernvania’ experience is almost like an introductory experience for gamers looking to get their feet wet into more complicated platformers.- TouchArcade

Whether you’ll enjoy HSL or not is dependent on your preference for an “old-school” rogue-like. If that’s something up your alley, then by means give it a try.- TouchArcade

Tiny Dice Dungeon is generally fun to play and it's packed full of interesting ideas, even with its shortcomings. It's assuredly rough around the edges and the balancing needs more work,- TouchArcade

It's unambitious, predictable, short, and not very stimulating, but it's almost impressive in how tightly mediocre it is in every aspect.- TouchArcade

If you enjoy a tough challenge built around a relatively simple gameplay technique, Suited Up offers you a good amount of well-designed content with the potential for a lot more, but I think a lot of players are going to get their fill pretty quickly.- TouchArcade

Angerforce - Strikers isn't quite as high-quality as the Cave games it clearly homages, but it does get awfully close, and taking the price into account, that's a pretty good deal.- TouchArcade

Instantion contains 50 levels, with each level taking at least a few minutes to figure out even if you're quite fast to pick up on things, making for a fairly meaty puzzler.- TouchArcade

I think if you're interested in trying a game of this genre, Fable Age isn't a bad choice, especially if the theme works for you. I doubt it's going to steal away many players from Puzzle & Dragons or Brave Frontier, but it's certainly a competent, if not all that exciting, entry into the ranks.- TouchArcade

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is marginally better than the previous game in many ways, and I'd dare say we are approaching the quality of the early console open world Spider-Man games in most respects, which is a delight for just a fiver. At the same time, there are a variety of things included in this game that not only do not benefit the end user but actively sabotage the entire experience of trying to enjoy the game.- TouchArcade

Faced with big shoes to fill, increased competition, and a very different market, Wind-Up Knight 2 isn't in the most enviable position, but it manages to succeed through good old-fashioned elbow grease.- TouchArcade

iOOTP Baseball 2014 is a niche game. For those who love numbers and micromanaging, you’ll be in heaven. For those wanting a game you “play” instead of command, you’ll be lost and most likely bored. The formula hasn’t changed drastically, but the inclusion of a player editor is a big step forward. I- TouchArcade
