The Nintendo Switch is home to many great indie titles that have flourished and found their natural home on the console; Filament is one of these titles. Rayman Legends isn’t just an HD upgrade or a game to tide you over before mechs start punching each other or beanie-hatted superpowered hipsters run amok in Seattle. For an Indie title, this game has been one of my favourites. It is definitely something to get stuck into and perfect to kill a bit of free time. I feel it fits the needs of so many gamers at the moment, a nice break from all the overly saturated game genres we currently play. It is beautiful, both visually and audibly. Nothing seemed broken or negatively affected gameplay in any way. I couldn't really give a suggestion on how to make this game any better. It is just right, which to me gives this game a well deserved perfect ten. What a great little title.- The Digital Fix

Wolfenstein II is not a subtle game, nor is it for the faint of heart. Watching comrades getting decapitated as Mick Gordon’s hyperactive electronic metal shreds in the background is not easy, but neither should it be. If anything, it amplifies the rare moments of quiet reflection on board Eva’s Hammer and drives home how important friends and family are in the face of adversity. In turn cartoonish and visceral, there’s an eerie prescience about Wolfenstein II’s narrative that feels uncomfortably close to home, but as an experience it’s nothing less than essential.- The Digital Fix

Like a food pairing that shouldn't work but does, Mario+Rabbids: Kingdom Battle overcame our scepticism and rewarded us with a supremely competent turn-based strategy game.- The Digital Fix

Resident Evil 2 is a near perfect remake full of impressive visuals, grotesque designs, sharp gunplay and a simple, effective plot. With only a couple of incredibly minor niggles such as a occasionally wooden scripting and performance taking the smallest amount of shine off an otherwise beautifully polished and restored piece of video game history, Capcom have proven that even an aged classic can meet modern expectations. Here's hoping Resident Evil 3 is in the works.- The Digital Fix

Audica is certainly unique, and provides a good change of pace alongside a more robust title like Beat Saber, but it isn't yet the industry innovator that it could be. It has a high skill floor and an even higher skill ceiling, but maintains the universal reward when you put the time in and improve. [Ear; Access Score = 70]- The Digital Fix

The combat and gunplay have also been quite challenging at times. The AI is some of the best I’ve experienced in the genre as enemies don’t always just run up to you in open space (though, they tend to do so at times) but also attempt to flank you while you’re trying to take down a sniper from afar. Movement and cover are key to staying alive. The “bullet sponge” effect does still seem to be prevalent with mini-bosses and bosses despite the new armor system which intended to make gunfights more strategic. I’m still holding hope for some more interesting boss battles later in the game.- The Digital Fix

All in all, the Off The Grid DLC has been fun and a great addition to what seems an ever-expanding game. It always seems to come offer on Steam as well, so if you are missing it from your collection, it is a must buy. With Two Point Studios always developing new content, I cant see this game ever slowing down.- The Digital Fix

ENDER LILIES: Quietus of the Knights is a gorgeously haunting game, in both visuals and sounds. A few oddities in controls but overall a wonderful, tear-jerking and somewhat eerie experience. [Early Access Provisional Score = 90]- The Digital Fix

Ultimately, Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 is an entertaining, albeit often simple, game full of sporting events that'll get friends and family set for some multiplayer fun. It's not as comprehensive as it perhaps could be in the way it allows players to set up their multiplayer sessions, but the variety and charm when it comes to the way everything is presented helps lift the whole package up.- The Digital Fix

Whilst there's lots here to keep fans of management and colony building games entertained, there's still a lot that needs to be worked on. The use of 'specialists' who explore the world map, feel like they need an overhaul so that this part of the game is more engaging, and the point of having them feels more important to the overall wellbeing of your colony. The fact it's in early management still is good, as hopefully these issues will be addressed, and the actual colony building side of the game provides a lot of fun. It can be hard to rate an early-access title because you have to understand that what you're playing isn't complete yet, regardless of how good or bad it is. However, in its current state, Valheim is already well worth picking up. The future is very bright for this game. [Early Access Provisional Score = 80]- The Digital Fix

There are lots of areas that aren't fully detailed and one would hope that Asobo Studios work on beefing up the introductory side of the game ahead of its release on the Xbox One. There are times where the novel-sized instruction manuals of the past really should still exist and this is one of them. Despite this the game is still welcoming and post training you'll have no trouble jumping into any of the game's aircraft and taking to the skies - knowing the basics is enough to have fun but the amount of depth means that there's always something new to discover. Our hope right now is that Asobo and Microsoft manage to improve performance for those of us on lesser rigs and that a patch is forthcoming to help boost the frame rate a little. I can appreciate the game at less than 20fps in low settings but I would love to be truly blown away by it.- The Digital Fix

7 hours in and this game is addictive and rewarding in a way that suggests there will few other games this year that can compete. It is as if Level-5 have put everything they have done in a cauldron and magically created this incredible RPG. [Provisional Score = 90]- The Digital Fix
