Media Molecule took an already good game and made it even better on PS4, fully using the new Dual Shock features and the added power of Sony's home console. It's a beautiful and inspired remake, more than a remaster, and one that will be appreciated by any kind of gamer, adult or child.

A deep and satisfying experience, if you'll have enough patience. A true shame for the endless and sometimens uninteresting dialogues and an overall cheap presentation.

Even if with a porting that adds little in terms of new content, Tokyo Mirage Sessions arrives on Switch as the same, great JRPG it was on Wii U. Just don't expect to be surprised again if you've already played it four years ago.

It’s an incredibly simple and intuitive game, but creating such a fun experience with this kind of simplistic gameplay is a feat that only a truly brilliant developer can achieve. Get this game, it costs only 3 dollars and it’s fun, fast, and extremely intelligent.

Capcom has put together yet another fun and witty game, that makes us use the gray matter and will please children and adults. However, it should also be said that, several years from the first game and with only few changes added from time to time, the series may need something new very soon.

A deep game, with an excellent audio and a story to tell: Lone Survivor is a great game, an experience to remember for long.

WWE 2K24 continues to refine the formula introduced two years ago, and the overall improvements in the package are more impactful compared to those seen between 2022 and 2023, making this title the best interpretation of WWE wrestling by Visual Concepts (at least until next year, that is). The Showcase mode is certainly a standout feature for long-time fans, given its celebration of Wrestlemania (despite the limitations highlighted in the article), and the two MyRise stories offer more interesting twists than usual. Whether these and the few other novelties in the rest of the package are enough to justify the purchase for those who already own one of the more recent releases remains highly subjective, but we're still talking about the best wrestling title in recent times, albeit with the regret of not yet seeing that leap towards the next-gen that we've been waiting for for years.

If you think about Mankind Divided, A Criminal Past feels like a more of the same: the plot is nothing special and the level design is not as brilliant as it was in the main game, but the prison is a fascinating scenery and the way you have to deal with the lack of augmentations make things way more interesting.

It might not be the turning point in the series, but still Advanced Warfare is a good Call of Duty, and were it not for the classic defects of the series, especially with regard to the single player campaign, this time we could really talk about a great success.

Ignore the defects of the AI or the small problems related to animations, and get carried away in one of the most terrifying adventures of the latest years. Undoubtedly the best game based on Alien and the only one who has ever really been able to perfectly represent the original idea by Ridley Scott.

It's a pity that Capcom did not invest time and money in this collection, as these are among the best titles that have ever graced the Nintendo DS. No extras, no localization for the Italian market and a steep price cannot be ignored.

Hunt Showdown on PS4 manages to deliver an amazing tense atmosphere and it's fun to play, but the UI and some engine limitations make the experience a little bit more lackluster than it should be, for its price.

Focused on Chloe and Max, and relatively calm if you compare it to the past chapters, Episode 3 is a narrative masterpiece thanks to its final phase and the emotions it can instill in the player. This is definitely an episodic adventure you should keep on your radar.

Faeria is a delightful card game, with a board management mechanic that reminds of Settlers of Catan. The work of Abrakam represents the real alternative to the already full selection of card videogames on the market. Highly recommended.

It really emproves on its predecessor's original formula. The simulation feels more tight and controlled, and at the same time gifted with an incredible first person driving experience. It might not be suited to simulation fanatics, for its sometimes forgiving and inaccurate phisycs, but it is once again an original and thrilling take on Turismo driving. Excellent graphics, Autolog, a long career mode and some multiplayer goodness make it worth all of its price.

F1 23 improves in many aspects even though it doesn't excel in others. The return of Braking Point is highly appreciated. We also appreciate the changes in the driving model, as well as the improvements on the controller and steering wheel side. The increased force feedback gives hope for future developments. We are a bit disappointed with the technical department, which could definitely do more, especially on the new consoles. We are certain that these limitations are a consequence of the game being released on previous-generation consoles as well. Unfortunately, it's a compromise almost necessary to satisfy a wider user base. All in all, though, we are facing a game that always manages to achieve a good final result.

Yakuza Kiwami and Kiwami 2 on Nintendo Switch 2 are like two novels rebound after many years: they don’t tell us anything we don’t already know, but they do it with a dignity and elegance that withstand the passage of time.

Borderlands 4 is a statement of intent. It’s not the chapter that rewrites the rules of the game, but the one that refines them with the confidence only a mature franchise can have. Gearbox chose not to chase fleeting trends, didn’t give in to the temptation of turning Borderlands into a soulless live service, nor to betraying its own DNA.

Star Wars: Outlaws on Nintendo Switch 2 is not just a well-executed port but a technical and symbolic statement. It proves that Nintendo’s new console can host modern AAA experiences without embarrassing compromises, standing alongside high-quality conversions like Cyberpunk 2077 and Street Fighter 6. Ubisoft delivers a benchmark release that doesn’t chase more powerful consoles but asserts the platform’s technical dignity in the competitive landscape.

On the other side, Switch players won't get much value out of it.
