Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1 is a compilation that includes the first games of the Metal Gear Solid series, with some customization options and minor improvements. Although they are not remasters or have significant changes, the games are still excellent in their story and gameplay. This collection can be a good way to start in the franchise or relive its best moments, but it can also disappoint those who expected more from Konami.

Persona 5 Tactica is a game with a chibi style, similar to those of Persona Q, that has a different mechanic and a variable degree of difficulty compared to other games in the series. The game consists of a board where you control the combat with the “pieces” that you prefer, but the outcome will be based on your ability to take advantage of each benefit in the scenario. Although it is not a very difficult game, it has additional challenges that will challenge your skills in the battlefield with more rigorous goals, which will make you look for the best solution for each case.

Payday 3 is a cooperative action game that gives us the chance to experience thrilling heists with our friends, but that also has room for improvement. The game has impressive graphics, a challenging AI and different game modes that will make us enjoy each mission, but it also loses some of the essence of the franchise by trying to be bigger and more ambitious. Payday 3 is a game that is conceived as a live service, so we will have to see how it evolves over time, considering that Payday 2 has been active for a decade.

Remnant: From the Ashes is a very unique game that aims to bring the Souls formula a little further with a cooperative shooter approach that doesn't work in single player mode. On the other hand, in cooperative, the game makes sense. A spectacular soundtrack and innovative design make this game -along with its devilish difficulty- a title to be taken into account. Too bad it has quite a few bugs and its gameplay isn't very smooth.

The Chinese Room returns with its most ambitious game in nearly a decade: a terrifying, lovecraftian experience that shines at the tension moments and setting, but not always delivering in the narrative side.

Rebel Galaxy Outlaw is an interesting galaxy adventure with some many options to be a space cowboy. Near to classics, like X-Wing vs Tie Fighter in the combats, and with a narrative experience near to Wing Commander games, it gives a lot of options to explore and improve as a pilot. With the ability to take different paths and options, Rebel Galaxy Outlaw becomes a good alternative to those who like open-space adventures.

Life is Strange 2: Episode 2 - Rules is a step forward in this new franchise installment. Episode 1 disappointed us and we hoped that DONTNOD would be able to get back on track. Rules manages to develop the important characters as well as their relationships in addition to having emotional signature scenes.

Signalis is a game that has managed to adapt the most classic mechanics to modern times, adding an aerial view that helps create this environment. The shortage of ammunition and cures, the enemies yelling at you when you cross any door, the disturbing scenarios or the story told in the purest Evangelion style, are points that only add positively to this title. While not all that glitters is gold, combat is easy if you have enough ammunition and inventory space is rather a nuisance. Having said all this, I can only recommend Signalis to all those lovers of classic Survival Horror, those who enjoy convoluted stories that make you think and for those who want to have a heart-wrenching time without having a heart attack along the way.

Harmony: The Fall of Reverie is a game that risks a lot with its proposal, betting on a purely plot game, leaving out practically any interaction on our part. The story is intriguing from the start, and the number of choices that are available means that we can play it on more than one occasion. The quality of the drawings, the design of the settings and the characters and the depth that has been given to each one are the strong point of this title, which seeks, as always, to leave a mark on us as they have done since Don't Nod with its previous titles.

Call of The Sea brings us a classic lovecraftian adventure: puzzles, a mystery that must be unveiled and realities abeyond ours. Despite not bringing anything new, it's pretty fresh enjoying a non-horror take on Lovecraft novels. You won't be disappointed.

Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden marks a new milestone in the Don't Nod career in terms of ambition. The creators of Life is Strange succeed once again thanks to their narrative skills, but has a lot to improve in the combat aspect.

EA Sports PGA Tour is a great golf game, but not for everyone. It's difficult both to master and start playing, with enormous penalties for each mistake. Offline menus are full of content, but it still lacks online variety.

The re-release of LEGO Harry Potter Collection for next-generation consoles is unusual, as few LEGO games based on famous licenses have been remastered. Although a complete saga version like LEGO Star Wars was not released, the next-gen update offers a 50% discount for those who already owned the previous version. The improvements focus on the visual aspect, with 60 FPS, native 4K resolution, haptic feedback, and high-resolution shadows, making it ideal for new players and fans of the franchise.

EA Sports F1 24 can be defined as a missed opportunity to do something really new. Although good work has been done to introduce new features in the game modes and some graphic aspects have been updated, the mismatches with the driving make the game feel like a somewhat cowardly bet, that takes advantage of the strength of the license. The experience is very reasonable and very exciting, so if some things are adjusted and this missed opportunity is ignored, it remains a very strong game to delight the fans of Formula 1.

If you are looking for a fun game to play alone, or with friends, maybe you must look at this game. It's simple and fun. Rock of Ages takes another chance to improve the past games adding new game modes. But maybe the most relevant option that have now is the one that allows to create new maps, or challenges, to share with the community. In this way, this game becomes as long as you want... and you will want more for sure.

The gameplay of Bleeding Edge in the hero shooter style but with melee combat is original, it is fun, very direct and spectacular at times, although Ninja Theory does not end up hitting the key to make it stand out from the competition. It meets its goal of bringing new experiences and variety to the catalog of exclusive Xbox Game Pass games.

Hell Pie is a great experience for those who enjoy 3D platform games. It has some things that are not for everyone like its crude humor or that much of the game's design is based on getting collectibles to make you better and more powerful, but in its 8-12 hours of gameplay, Hell Pie manages to be a pretty decent game and in some aspects quite special. Its flaws take their toll, but the final experience is quite good.

For better or worse, the apparent lack of evolution in NBA 2K25 is contrasted with substantial improvements aimed at a more natural and realistic experience. However, 2K Sports continues to exploit the success of multiplayer, resorting to very invasive and annoying microtransactions and a very casual characterization of the sports experience expected from a highly valued license like the NBA.

BioWare was facing an impossible mission, but with Dragon Age: The Veilguard has brought to life a game which knows what it wants to be. Maybe the execution doesn't pair with the fans wishes, but this return to the fantasy franchise is entertaining and visually spectacular. The biggest flaw is an inconsistent pace because of its large length.

Soulstice is a good game that is marred by the occasional glitch, but it certainly offers a really fun gameplay experience. Despite asking for a greater variety of combos, it manages to offer a really fantastic hack & slash experience, something difficult to find outside the exponents of the genre.
