One of the best games on Nintendo DS. The game is as funny and mean-spirited as it should be. [Apr 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

At its best the game feels more a RTS than an ordinary football game. The set piece and defense will need a lot of work because the controls are still a little too automatic. [May 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

Possibly the best game about WWII, unless you want your games simplistic and easy, in which case you should settle for WII games. Like Soldiers, Men of War will be the best game no-one will buy. I hope I am wrong. [Apr 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

A dream come true for retro- and technofreaks. It blends Pong and 8-bitesque bemani game into something, that is a lot more than the sum of its parts. [Aug 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

A technically flawless, movie-like episode of the famous survival horror series, although this time the focus is on action and not survival or even horror. The game's representation of Africa and its inhabitants seems to be from the Colonial era and is therefore somewhat disturbing, detracting from the overall enjoyment. [Mar 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

Stylized over the top cartoon violence in black and white.... and blood-red. There's a lot to like in MadWorld. Only for a brief time however since the game doesn't have depth or longevity. The gameplay is rough around the edges and there are some technical niggles. The poor European conversion with 50 Hz screen refresh and black borders is worth a special mention. The shame! Still very entertaining, but too scripted and holds players’ hands far too much. [Apr 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

Nice to play, very professional but really unoriginal. [Apr 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

Beneath the Ashes is short, but well paced mini-larathon which offers nothing really new. Lara’s Shadow is a little bit interesting case, but messing with deadly blue liquid is really frustrating. There are also annoying level re-runs, but generally both adventures offers sturdy but brief Tomb Raider experience. [May 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

Takes a perfectly good game and spoils it with bad wiimote controls. The game is simply too fast for complicated wiimote-antics. Buy the GameCube-version, it's way better and works just fine on Wii. [Apr 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

Feels more like a prologue than an epilogue because the story has no end. It is fun to play and puzzles are better than in the original game. [Apr 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

This strategy incarnation of Halo shows that without the burden of PC version it is possible to make a great RTS game for console. The only flaws are the length of the campaign and some minor idiocies in AI's behavior. [Mar 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

Real time land battles are excellent and sea fights a good addition, but AI is totally lost at the campaign map. The computer feels too passive, it doesn't try to take key provinces and doesn't even attack after a declaration of war. [Mar 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

Tom Clancy’s Hawx has the looks but is also as shallow as flight combat games come. For some people the lack of realism is a complete turn-off, but for those who can simply take it for what it is – a shoot ’em up – it’s actually good fun. [Apr 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

A very good multiplayer FPS. The warzone mode is an excellent idea. Some vehicles and a little more visual variation would be nice, though. [Apr 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

Ceville is a traditional point 'n click adventure with an evil twist – Ceville himself. Its strongest point are the main characters, especially the evil little tyrant Ceville, reminiscent of the great Iznogould. The puzzles are well-made, as is the voice acting. Graphics, use of colour and the music all add to the nice faery-tale-like feeling. On the con side there are still some bugs to be fixed and sometimes the dialogue isn't witty at all, even though it tries hard to be. Overall Ceville is an enjoyable game and adventure gamers shouldn't miss it. [May 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

A decent enough FPS with some nice humour and oddball opponents. But why the levels are so dull-looking and straight-forward, when the situation pretty much allows anything you can imagine? [Apr 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

Very much an average take on JRPG genre. While it does offer a long story brimming with anime cliches and conventions, and more than enough options to customize your characters and their skills, the plot feels bland, stumbling from plot twist to another, and the character cast something we've seen a thousand times before. Action sequences outside boss fights, while fast-paced and even fun quickly become repetetive button mashers without much tactics or thinking needed. [July 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

A forced remake. The gaming scene is so over saturated with the match three genre, Galactrix feels old right off the bat. Even though very clichéd, the proven core elements still works. [Apr 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

A charmingly traditional and well-polished role-playing game that suffers of an uninspired script and a tactically shallow combat system. [Apr 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

An interesting attempt to re-invent RTS genre. It does many things right, like reward system, and is generally fun to play. As a game it feels like a prequel to Dawn of War -series: Bit too simplistic combat without any real threat of defeat and too many generic missions with, my God, end bosses! Those are yesterdays news even on Japan. Hopefully 0-day patch reakly makes things better and more varied. [Feb 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

A very good racing game, which feels suitably realistic. Not too real, though, that would be undriveable. The career mode is a bit dull, since cars are practically given, not bought. [Mar 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

Excellently written, acted and dramatized. The interweaving stories are pure genius. Character movement control needs tweaking, but that's a minor gripe. [Mar 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin has similar strenghts and weaknesses as the first game. While the action is great and the horror-elements work well enough, F.E.A.R. 2 suffers from rather un-inspirational enviroments. I love secret underground complexes as much as the next guy, but three of them in one game is a bit too much! [Feb 2009]- Pelit (Finland)
