    The most important thing is: Pikmin is worth playing. It's simply indispensable in any fan collection and a sample of the different way Nintendo makes its games. On the other hand, if you've already played it fully on GameCube, maybe the new version is dispensable

    If you loved Pikmin and are dying to play again you could probably find a copy way cheaper on the Gamecube (which you can still play on your Wii through backwards compatibility). However, if you’d like to give the new controls a shot, they make the game a little easier to control and for $30, it’s not going to prevent you from checking out some other new games as well.

    Pikmin is a creative, original take on console strategy gaming. Not everyone may take to the strategic undercurrent, but as it stands, this Pikmin has already fixed its roots deep in my jaded gamer's heart.

    Pikmin was a good game back in 2002. Maybe Nintendo thought they should release it again. We rather wished they didn’t. The game is a complete waste of time. The game hasn’t changed a bit since the original and brings no new content. That’s just ridiculous. If you never played Pikmin before...here’s your chance...wooptiedoo!

On top of that the wiimote seems to have been made for Pikmin, and this is coming from someone who does not like the wiimote one little bit.     O jogo em si e incrível, tem coisas que me deixaram extremamente chateado com o game, a contagem de dia e tempo e o controle, o controleO jogo em si e incrível, tem coisas que me deixaram extremamente chateado com o game, a contagem de dia e tempo e o controle, o controle confuso que no inicio te deixa apreensivo, nada que 3 horas ou mais de jogatina não resolva, mas isso pode afasta veteranos, eu mesmo estava a ponto de abandona o game, ate pega o jeito e me divertir muito. A questão dos dias corridos nos da uma aflição na hora do exploração você fica sem tempo e sem paciência na hora que ver que o dia esta acabando, dando ao jogador um ritmo nada decente. Você que gosta de jogos de exploração fuja desse, seu tempo e limitado, seus companheiros (Pikmins) são atrapalhados beirando a crianças de 2 anos, esse jogo requer habilidade de manobra do tempo. por fim e um jogo bom com erros tosco que deveria ser repensado,… Expand

    • The quality of life added from Pikmin 2 is very nice.

    The Bad
    • The Pikmin AI is jank. They tend to trip and get stuck on things, meaning you’ll have to suddenly stop to help them.
    • The Wii port is fairly glitchy. Sometimes the numbers on the UI will be wrong and Pikmin can clip into the floor by going under bridges.

    Overall
    Pikmin 1 still holds up as a game I want to come back to, even all these years later.    … Expand
