The latest GRID entry delivers decent and semi-realistic racing, but the game seems to suffer from lack of all-important polish. Monotonic career mode, blurred cockpits and pretty narrow race options (no rain?) are the biggest issues for me. [Aug 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

The game is even better than the Bill Willingham's original graphic novel series. The Wolf Among Us is a showcase of first class storytelling. [Aug 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

Transistor is an atmospheric and action-packed sci-fi RPG with excellent combat mechanics and deep customization options. The top-notch audiovisuals are complemented with a gripping storyline. Overall, Transistor is an excellent role-playing adventure. I sincerely hope, that other game companies are smart enough to copy the smartest ideas from this indie pearl. [Aug 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

What we have here is a very good platformer with some fancy original ideas. The gameplay is based on the fact that pretty much everything is made of trampolinesque, bouncy jelly. Floor is Jelly is fun, but it feels a tad short. [Aug 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

While on the surface the game is easy to dismiss as a yet another old-school platformer, Shovel Knight is anything but. [Aug 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

The game is a must-buy for a RTS fan. A pity that it's only focused on multiplayer. [Aug 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

The game gets an A for effort, but unfortunately the same can't be said of the core gameplay mechanics, which are dull and repetitive. The storyline is engaging, but other than that there's not much to write home about. [Aug 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

Ubisoft's flagship title has a really, really repulsive protagonist. The entire storyline feels like it was cranked out of a automated story generator. On the positive side, Watch Dogs looks really good on PC, especially after modding the graphics to match the visual splendor of the early E3 demos. [Aug 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

While the story and puzzles falter a bit, there is still something utterly captivating about Primordia. The robots, broken both on the outside and on the inside, claimed for themselves a small part of my heart. And with your heart, not your mind, Primordia should really be approached.- Pelit (Finland)

Soul Calibur: Lost Swords is a crappy free-2-play version of a great beat-em up game. [June 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

A bizarre mix of serious topics and Tarantino-esque ultra-violence. For the first half the fast and furious shoot-outs are about as entertaining as first person shooters can get. Unfortunately, once the nazi-ranks start to fill up with bullet-sponge-y robots and cyborgs, the game quickly starts to lose it's appeal. Wolfenstein goes from being as fun as Doom to being as tedious as Doom 3. What a shame! [June 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

A short and sweet platformer with fantastic visuals, art direction and music. The combat system is a bit dull, so it's fortunate that the player isn't stuck with it for more than the duration of the 5 to 7 hour playthrough. [June 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

A defining moment for iOS platforming games. The virtual controls have never before felt this responsive. One could expect nothing less from the creator of Cave Story. [June 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

Jane Jensen's newest delivers a deep and compelling storyline, which yet again combines fact with fiction in intriguing ways. Although the script is solid, same can't be said of the technical execution of the game. Buggy graphics and especially lazy puzzle design make Moebius the worst adventure game Jensen's made. It's not a bad game, but it's not something you'd expect from one of the best scriptwriter of the industry. [June 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

A cartoony fighting game based on the world of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure? That sounds really promising for people who are already fans of the manga but everyone else are going to be confused because they don't know the source material and the game doesn't explain it well enough. The end result is a decent fighting game that has a big roster of goofy characters and a nice looking cell-shaded style but a weak story mode and laggy online experience. [June 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

If you haven't experienced the multimedia revolution back in the 90s, there's no point to start now. Tesla Effect is a design drug for us who marveled the magnificent pre-rendered graphics of Rebel Assault and cursed Phantasmagoria to hell. Retrofitted with high-definition videos and polygon graphics, Tesla Effect is a modern relic in the most positive way possible. [June 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

Fails to match up with the visual splendor and high framerates of the PC version. Still, Titanfall is quite enjoyable even on last-gen hardware. It's a real shame that he technical issues end up feeling quite secondary compared to the fact that Titanfall is so desperately in need of new content. [June 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

Slender was a short and sweet horror game, which worked well because it kept things simple and duration short. Daylight feels lackluster because it tries to do too much with a concept that was only good for a single short-form horror game. [June 2014]- Pelit (Finland)
