A very nice surprise. In this age of good looking, but simplistic and short, easy games a touch of classic role-playing was really refreshing. I hope to see the remaining Books, too. [Jan 2008]- Pelit (Finland)

Borderlands the Pre-Sequel is by no means a bad game, but for a Borderlands veteran it ends up feeling more like a oversized DLC rather than a brand new stand-alone game. [Nov 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

A light gun shooter that is more fan service than catering to a wider audience. The game is decent but it’s also hard - sometimes very hard - and manages to frustrate at times. It’s also bland looking and ugly. For Resident Evil fans only. [Jan 2008]- Pelit (Finland)

A story-driven action game with an extremely dark atmosphere. The storyline is interesting, cutscenes are well made and the city is full of temptations. However, the battles are a bit too repetitive and the camera behaves strangely at times. [Sept 2006]- Pelit (Finland)

A traditional 3D shooter that borrows elements from Doom 3, Half-Life 2, Halo 2 and Metroid Prime. An awesome game? Not quite, but decent enough. [July. 05]- Pelit (Finland)

An excellent tennis game. There is not much to complain about, except for the bit too steep learning curve. Freeform strike-practice wold not have hurt, either. [Aug 2006, p.46]- Pelit (Finland)

Spiderweb's new RPG series is also Jeff Vogel's first game for iPad. The game is a relic from the past, but in a good way. Although most of the games for iPad cost a nickel, there's definately room for little more expensive hardcore games. [Sept 2011]- Pelit (Finland)

A pure arcade shoot 'em up. It's pretty, fast, simple and short. [June 2010]- Pelit (Finland)

A quite good and fast-paced strategy game. It's basically a digital board and card game. [Jan 2010]- Pelit (Finland)

Star Wars – Empires at War: Forces of Corruption does a pretty good job of adding a third party to a two-party conflict. Planetary battles are still neither good nor exciting. [Dec 2006]- Pelit (Finland)

Black Mirror 3 is the third instalment in the horror-thriller point'n click adventure series and definitely the best one yet. It's a little better than its predecessors in every aspect: the story has more intensity and puzzles are a little bit more polished. BM 3 offers a decent ending to the sinister saga of the Gordons. On the minus side the inventory is cumbersome and the grande finale loses some of the game's otherwise compelling atmosphere. Still it's worth the while. [Aug 2011]- Pelit (Finland)

While the story and characters are somewhat lacking, Tales of the Abyss stands tall due to its superb battle system. [June 2012]- Pelit (Finland)

Too flawed to be enjoyable. The AI cheats mercilessly, and scoring goals is not much fun, since you can score all of them with just one trick. The vastly different players are nice, though. [Sept 2006]- Pelit (Finland)

Brilliant humor and an interesting world won't save Mario's latest RPG offering. Even though the stickers add a lot of variety to the turn based battles, an RPG without any character development tends to turn repetitive eventually. Unfortunately for Mario such is the case with Sticker Star. [Feb 2013]- Pelit (Finland)

Fun, but not super fun. The second episode is an improvement, but the delightfully unconventional story still needs to be fleshed out better. The low production values show. [May 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

Although the game is more an action-adventure than an RPG, this iteration of the Kingdom Hearts franchise is by far the best pocket adaptation yet. It ties all the loose ends, so that the Kingdom Hearts 3 can have a fresh start. [Sept 2012]- Pelit (Finland)

Rebel Galaxy is an open world Freelancer-like with capital ship combat and a universe that looks more alive than it really is. The gameplay was fun enough, visuals good enough, audio epic and the story interesting enough to keep me well entertained for the duration. [Jan 2016]- Pelit (Finland)

More or less the same game as its predecessor. Atmosphere is still amazing and zone is a fascinating place to adventure in, but there is far too much travelling back and forth and there still isn't any real story to talk of. Great game for people who want to immerse themselves in the surrounding world, less so for competitive pc shooter fans. [Sept 2008]- Pelit (Finland)

A decent enough beat 'em up. The fighter roster is impressive if a bit unbalanced. But come on, seven buttons for a fighting system? [Dec 2006, p.82]- Pelit (Finland)

Hohokum is a conundrum as it doesn't quite feel like a proper game. It's a bright and cheerful Snake clone that focuses on offering as relaxing experience as possible. The lack of a proper goal and complete lack of challenge are a bit hard to swallow. [Sept 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

I liked Resident Evil: Revelations on the 3DS, and I enjoy it on Xbox 360. Revelations gets all the areas right where Resident Evil 6 failed. [June 2013]- Pelit (Finland)

Combines the addictiveness of Bejeweled with Final Fantasy -style graphics and a bit of Pokémon. One of the better offerings in the strange genre of RPG-puzzle hybrids. [Feb 2010]- Pelit (Finland)

Proves to be pretty ordinary but working RTS. Minor stupidities of AI, a bit stiff controls and lack of new bonus content are the wost flaws of game's Playstation 3 port. [May 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

Dreamfall: The Longest Journey has a tasty core, but not enough meat around it. The story is great, but the puzzles and fights are extremely straightforward and obvious. There is just not enough challenge. [June 2006]- Pelit (Finland)

Battlezone is still a blast. One of the best games that nobody has ever heard of, remastered Battlezone masterfully combines first person shooter with real time strategy. Strategic space tank mayhem goodness. [June/July 2016]- Pelit (Finland)
