An excellent racing-game. It's not just a glimpse of the future, although the future looks really bright. [May 2008]- Pelit (Finland)

Tightly designed version of the eternal struggle, aliens versus space marines. Maps make it too easy to lose one's bearings and biting/hitting a marine could use some visible feedback.- Pelit (Finland)

NHL 14 is an enjoyable hockey experience. Aside from the new collision physics, however, there are no major improvements to be found. Live the Life mode is way too superficial, and the enforcer engine turns annoyingly repetitive all too quickly. NHL 94 anniversary mode is only good for shared fun. [Oct 2013]- Pelit (Finland)

A gem of a game. A bit more straightforward than the Baldur's Gate games, but Icewind Dale is a classic RPG in its own right. Beautiful artwork, great soundtrack and responsive combat make for a great game. [Dec 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

Looks very professional. It is hard to believe that it is just a mod. The action might be too fast for the weak hearted so keep your pills close by. [Nov 2005]- Pelit (Finland)

At its best Super Time Force is incredible and at its worst kind of nice. The Ultra version's bonuses are good and necessary, but the package still remains unbalanced. [Dec 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

A solid multiplayer game just like its predecessors. The new Titan mode is a lot of fun but sometimes it suffers from severe lag issues. The large amount of unlocks is both a blessing and a curse. [Dec 2006, p.82]- Pelit (Finland)

Charming, clever and gorgeous, A Boy and His Blob is a great puzzle platformer. If only the Blob's AI was a little smarter and the boss battles a little less aggravating. [Dec 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

World of Tanks is one of the most amazingly captivating, habit forming, slow moving multiplayer shooters ever! Even the whiners and nay-sayers can't stop playing. However, World of Tanks needs the promised new gameplay modes and soon, please. [May 2011]- Pelit (Finland)

Understands the cunning basics of its source material, but needs a more dramatic and engaging story. It also focuses too much on fighting especially towards the end. Unfortunately, the fighting system is a joke and the game is very, very buggy. You cannot even finish it without resorting to console commands. [Jan. 05]- Pelit (Finland)

A fast and furious racing game, where cops constantly try to catch the racers. Multiplayer is seamless, but it feels like a single player mode, since you rarely bump (pun intended) into other players. [Jan 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

0-D Beat Drop is lacking in the strategy department, but makes up for it with its furious speed. Being able to create your own soundtrack with the Beat-o-Matic is an especially nice feature. [Mar 2010]- Pelit (Finland)

NHL 16 is a marked improvement from last year’s travesty. The on-ice action is smoother than before and many of the modes that were absent last year make a welcome comeback. [Oct 2015]- Pelit (Finland)

A dream come true for retro- and technofreaks. It blends Pong and 8-bitesque bemani game into something, that is a lot more than the sum of its parts. [Aug 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

Pokémon Conquest is a better game than the idea of fusing Pokemon with Nobunaga's Ambition originally sounded like. Although the difficulty level is set low enough for kids to manage, even grown ups can enjoy Conquest's take on tactical battles and Pokemon training. [Sept 2012]- Pelit (Finland)

A fun tennis game, but it is too bad that it does not have internet play. Otherwise it is right up there with the more serious "Top Spin 2." [Mar 2007]- Pelit (Finland)

Good enhanced remake of the DS classic that manages to make full use of the wii-mote. The only downside is the lame audiovisual approach. [Sept 2007]- Pelit (Finland)

An excellent multiplayer FPS. The different soldier types and vehicles keep the game fresh for a long time. Too bad tanks cannot drive through small fences and over small rocks. [Jan 2006]- Pelit (Finland)

Dark Arisen improves on the already excellent original game. The Bitterblack Isle is an interesting addition for a mid to high level characters. [May 2013]- Pelit (Finland)

FIFA 06 looks great and has a fabulous atmosphere, but feels too much like a video game and not enough like football. Where are the Finnish teams? [Oct 2005]- Pelit (Finland)

Possibly the best game about WWII, unless you want your games simplistic and easy, in which case you should settle for WII games. Like Soldiers, Men of War will be the best game no-one will buy. I hope I am wrong. [Apr 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

An excellent addition to the SSX franchise. Beautiful scenery, interesting tracks and a lot of different race types. The multiplayer options are not so hot. [Nov 2005]- Pelit (Finland)

While not as good as the original classic, Lufia: Curse of the Sinistrals does a good job retelling Maxim's adventure. Now can we please have an actual sequel? [Oct 2011]- Pelit (Finland)

The Last Story is an unfortunate disappointment. The battles are plagued by bad controls and a horrible camera, and the story suffers from unintentionally humorous dialogue. [March 2012]- Pelit (Finland)

One of the best show wrestling games around. The new control system is very nice, but you still can not break throws started by other players. A proper arcade-like blocking system would not hurt, either. [Dec 2006]- Pelit (Finland)

Lego City: Undercover brings legos to GTA style open world. I just miss co-op from the previous lego games and my kids didn't understand long loading times. They thought game dowloaded something from the net. [May 2013]- Pelit (Finland)

A really hard game to grasp. It can't decide what it wants to be. Is it a hardcore RPG, a light-hearted action adventure or a serious and bloody action game? That said, once you come to terms with the overtly cute graphics and strange Nintendo-like dialogue scenes the action is fun and there is a lot to do. In the end it's a fun game, but be prepared to spend some time getting used to it. [Feb 2012]- Pelit (Finland)
