F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin has similar strenghts and weaknesses as the first game. While the action is great and the horror-elements work well enough, F.E.A.R. 2 suffers from rather un-inspirational enviroments. I love secret underground complexes as much as the next guy, but three of them in one game is a bit too much! [Feb 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

An awesome shooter that looks gorgeous and feels great. Although shooting is fun, the gameplay tends to be a bit frustrating because of the long levels, too few checkpoints and no saving option during the missions. [Mar 2006]- Pelit (Finland)

Flatout Ultimate Carnage shows how to do the best possible gaming entertainment. PC-version is a straight conversion from Xbox 360, so everything looks the same and feels the same. Although, Bugbear should have made the real PC-like menus and better steering wheel support for PC. Even so, UC is filled with pure gasoline and testosteroine and is absolutely fun to play. You should buy this, if you already haven't. [Sept 2008]- Pelit (Finland)

An entertaining hockey experience, but there are not too many significant innovations in the game. [Aug 2007]- Pelit (Finland)

A spin off for the action-packed sci-fi shooter Shadowgrounds. Like its predecessor Survivor is intensive and fast-paced action from square one until the end. Frozenbyte has added a little bit of RPG elements into the game, which is a nice touch. The game is pretty short and a little bit too easy, but it’s not sold at full price and the modding tools are good, so it’s well worth the money. [Jan 2008]- Pelit (Finland)

Rage is quite possibly the best looking first person shooter to date. Excellent graphics and top-notch action aside, Rage feels nothing like id Software titles of the past. One could argue that it's their first truly new title since Doom. While Rage has many endearing qualities, the side quests are a major let down. Playing same levels backwards with "new" enemies is just stupid. [Oct 2011]- Pelit (Finland)

Heavenly Sword is a fluid beat 'em up adventure. The moviesque presentation is top notch. Too bad the fighting is so monotonous – it is certainly no Ninja Gaiden. Shooting is fun, though. [Sept 2007]- Pelit (Finland)

A good action-RPG with some story-related hiccups. The first 15 hours or so are dull and that's a quite serious problem in a story-driven game. [July 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

The first part of White March was better but it is an excellent DLC as a whole. Next time fewer fights and more companion quests, please. [March 2016]- Pelit (Finland)

A solid add-on with a cliché-ish but consistent storyline for hardcore Guild Wars gamers. GW:EN will serve as a worthy ending to the original plot and act as a nice bridge to Guild Wars 2. [Oct 2007]- Pelit (Finland)

Driveclub Bikes is fast'n'furious arcade motorbiking game in familiar Driveclub surroundings. The bikes are, well, bikey enough. [Dec 2015]- Pelit (Finland)

Looks and sounds awesome, plays really, really well. The controls are among the best I have seen on a console platform. Good cinematics, plot, atmosphere... A top game. [Mar. 05]- Pelit (Finland)

Who doesn't love animals? Judging by the fact that every edition of the Sims franchise has received a pet-themed expansion, everybody loves a furry friend. Cats, dogs and horses are let loose in the new residential area of Appaloosa Plains. Pets shake up a Sim's life, but the expansion pack feels very familiar to all Sims players. But if you still enjoy your life in Sunset Valley, there's no reason to turn your back on Pets. [Nov 2011]- Pelit (Finland)

Alienation is a furious, fast-paced, ruthless and extremely entertaining twin-stick shooter from the masters of the genre. It'll get your juices flowing in both directions: At times you feel yourself euphoric, at times you want to rip the controller in half. These are signs of a good game. A beautiful platformer with a solid game mechanics. You have to know how to play it, if you intend to master it. It’s tricky, but never unfair. Although the game was originally published over three years ago, this geezer has aged with style. [Nov 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

This relic may not have the greatest looks, but the atmosphere is as good as it once was. Retro enthusiasts will get their money's worth and this re-release is something that new generation of gamers should definitely take a look at. The ride gets even better, when you share it with friends. Rock solid multiplayer features ensure, that Joanna Dark's debut is ready for another round. [May 2010]- Pelit (Finland)

A worthy successor to the cult classic Frozen Synapse. The turn based game mechanics provide exciting and fun gameplay and although the game is at its best when played against other people, the single player mode is a full fledged game in itself especially thanks to the new and ever improving manager mode. The newest addition to the Gears of War franchise is for the first time a true evolutionary step for the game series. There's finally some dynamic to the warfare and although the story is the same kill-em-all-macho-badass thrillride, it's certainly an improvement to the weeping Marcus Fenix we saw in the third Gears of War.- Pelit (Finland)

Don't Starve is a sandbox survival game with an unique graphic style, odd setting and challenging but rewarding gameplay. The goal is to survive as long as possible in a very hostile world. It's a tough task but it can be done if you know what you are doing. The game is usually pretty enjoyable but sometimes it can also be very frustrating because you have to repeat the same actions multiple times when you are gathering resources. Warhammer Quest is a good looking and accurate conversion of the board game, which works well in small doses. On longer sessions copy-paste environments sand monsters start to bore. [Aug 2013]- Pelit (Finland)

One of the best games in the Twisted Metal series. Controls are a bit sluggish, but driving and shooting works well in short sessions. Net play is also well implemented. [Jan 2006]- Pelit (Finland)

Finally, decent use for a classic controller. There is really nothing new, but everything works smoothly just like a train's toilet. Galaxies is also the most deepest and richest Geometry Wars experience made so far. [Mar 2008]- Pelit (Finland)

Not that much has happened since the last time. The AI players have great difficulties especially in defense and maintaining a controlled defensive line-up is next to impossible. Nice atmosphere, though. [Sept. 05]- Pelit (Finland)

So violent and over the top gory that it's appropriate that it's moving to the cel-shading. It's also appropriate for its comic origins. In ways Darkness II feels quite dated. Luckily the options one has during combat (because of the four arms) make it an unique experience. [Feb 2012]- Pelit (Finland)

A decent enough action-adventure in the vein of GTA and Crackdown. Spider-Man's web-slinging abilities are depicted very well. Go for the Xbox 360 version, the rest are not worth your time. [June 2007]- Pelit (Finland)
