Last Stop is a small title capable of telling an interesting and simple story. It has its flaws, but manages to shine for its motion picture qualities and for its level of interaction.

Earthworm Jim has not aged very much and this excellent remake still shows the timeless awesomeness of this character and his weird adventures. The game itself has quite aged actually and some features and mechanics make the experience more challenging than it should be. Nevertheless, Earthworm Jim HD is an enjoyable 2D platform game and a little bit of videogame history, a chance for newcomers to enjoy one of the best games back in the Sega Genesis age.

Lost Ember is an evocative and poetic adventure, the journey of two souls; among other things, supported by a good gameplay.

In Sound Mind it is an overall interesting game but it is not clear what it wants to be, and in the end it leans too much towards the action.

LEGO Horizon Adventures is a nice retelling of Aloy's adventure, featuring some excellent graphics: the best ever for a LEGO video game. Despite a pretty linear structure that tends to be repetitive, the game delivers a surprisingly solid gameplay but unfortunately the campaign is a bit too short.

Slipstream is a nice homage to the Out Run series: almost perfect to play in portability on Nintendo Switch, wearing a pair of headphones to fully enjoy its captivating soundtrack.

Waiting for dedicated servers, Lead and Gold is a good multiplayer game with some small but nice ideas that take advantage of the Far West setting.

After the wonderful Opposing Fronts, CoH: Tales of Valor leaves the player with a bad taste in his mouth. The good multiplayer can't compensate for the short and weak single player aspect of the game so we can suggest it only to the true fans of the series.

A few defeat are enough to understand that the strenght is not all to win the match. Sanctum is all about tactics and management.

With a message watered down by mechanics completely avoidable in a context that would put at the center of the psyche of a tormented man and a sometimes forced insertion of basic information related to the (although interesting and commendable) theme of environmentalism, Under The Waves is a product that suffers from a clear lack of focus, as well as for the inclusion of elements taken from open world video games, with the probable aim of igniting the interest of a public accustomed to this kind and ferrying them in the depths of the North Sea. Unfortunately, however, these choices bring confusion and an unpleasant feeling of unhappy mixing in a product that struggles to find its own identity.

Global Agenda is a good game, with some good ideas that may have been pushed harder by the development team to make it more than a simple hybrid. You will probably enjoy in the beginning and for some time, but the lack of original elements may lead you away from it quite soon.

FIFA 12 boasts a far better single player experience, filled with new game modes and trophies: unfortunately, the game is exactly the same as last year, with all its ups and downs.

Farm Heroes Saga is a nice match-3 puzzle game, with plenty of levels and some interesting elements, but it becomes boring after a while.

Steel Diver: Sub Wars is a well made arcade shooter with some tactical gameplay. Its single player is rich and satisfying, and the online multiplayer is engaging and addictive. However, its main point is the free-to-play model Nintendo has chosen to adopt: it's really sincere and consumer-friendly, and all gamers should wish more and more producers to adopt it.

A nice remastered version of a good old survival horror game, but without major differences from the other versions, apart from some little visual upgrades.

As far as good looks and presentation are concerned, Batman: The Brave and the Bold is a fine game, but it's way too simple and easy to appeal to an experienced audience.

An industry that, after innovating the language of video games, has reveled in the same gameplay mechanics for years, hiding its flaws behind famous brands or iconic comic book characters. Yet, this time, it wasn't enough. Bandai Namco's franchise wasn't enough to create a title worthy of attention, destined to end up in the generic melting pot of VR horror games. This, however, shouldn't be seen by software houses as an "end," but as a "new beginning."

Sorcery is not what we are waiting for. The magic wand works, unfortunately terrible camera and a short and boring campaign ruin the well devised combat system.

Let's Tap is fresh, innovative and entertaining, but it offers four minigames only: one is funny and looks good, the other three fail to deliver the same quality. If you're looking for something "different", give it a try but don't expect too much.

Hyperdimension Re;Birth 3: V Generation on PlayStation Vita is the best way of enjoying Hyperdimension Neptunia: Victory if you haven't played it already.

WRC 5 has to deal with the budget and the lack of experience of the team. The effort is there and can be seen, resulting in a driving system which helps the less experienced but also proves suitable for those looking for a more challenging. Also interesting are the options for multiplayer online. It is impossible, however, to gloss over technical problems, especially on the frame rate uncertainty and some bugs too, a shame considering that the Xbox One is the only exponent of the genre.

Secret Files 2 gives to the player 20+ hours of fun adventure gameplay and brilliant puzzles. And more than this it can introduce a few of innovative aspects to the genre that the veterans will love.

Zenona 5 is a nice action rpg, but the in app purchases are really mandatory if you want to progress without being frustrated to death.

The Sims 3: Generations is an expansion in keeping with the spirit of the series: through a number of additions spread over the whole experience, it enriches its scope providing a lot of new things to see and do.

The Indigo Disk carries on the Pokémon narrative we have come to know, with its positive and negative aspects. The amount of technical bugs is no more surprising than the choice to reintroduce sufficiently difficult and satisfying adversaries. Unfortunately, it is the story that does not hold up and loses bite, resulting in a less epic finale than expected.

Ronin is a turn based action game inspired by Gunpoint who can entertain you for a few hours, despite some control issues.

Rick and Morty: Virtual Rick-ality combines the successful formula of Job Simulator with the unconventional humour of the animated series.

No Straight Roads is an absolutely stunning game, featuring tremendous art direction, rock solid storytelling, phenomenal visual style and an incredible soundtrack.

A charming, stylish Japanese manifesto, full of ideas, revamped HD graphics and a really bombastic soundtrack. Maybe gameplay may somewhat suffer the weight of time, but this game still remains a unique experience.

Haunt is a little nice game for Kinect. For its price, it deserves you and your family's time and attention. We hope you are not shy about walking for some hours in your living room.

It may not be a memorable 3D platformer, but Jett Rocket succeed in what is, in the end, the main aim for a game: entertain. Quite short and often derivative, this game is nevertheless one of the best titles lately released on WiiWare, mainly thanks to its brilliant level design and the everlasting charm of the 3D platform genre.

Halo: Spartan Assault is an entertaining and well-crafted spin-off, but it could have been better without annoying micro-transactions.

Road 96 Mile 0 is not the prequel we wished to have: leaving behind the procedural structure and the roguelike dynamics to introduce not very well-baked rhythm game sections, DigixArt’s work fails to express the ludic, emotive and political incisiveness that Road 96 could boast. Moreover, the replayability factor has been drastically reduced. The team’s will to change direction and go further on new paths is completely understandable, but the developers’ work lacks focus and fails to engage the players in the adventure’s various ludic systems.

Rogue Trooper is not a bad game, it's just a shallow porting of an average third-person shooter that's going to appeal neither to hardcore nor casual gamers.

World Rally is an almost perfect tribute to the original Excitebike, but maybe it's just too old for the modern player. Its quick action and the online multiplayer fits well in the WiiWare context, but it's better enjoyed in short sessions.

Zenonia 3: The Midgard Story is a must buy if you like the genre, mainly because of the incredible amount of quests, maps and objects featured. The interface works well and the graphics are very nice. The only flaws of this game are the repetitive nature of the quests and the verbose dialogues.

Wild Blood is pure Gameloft standards, and not in a good way: while excellent in terms of graphics and content, the game lacks in originality and sheer fun.

Verticus is a simple, fast but unattractive "endless falling" game. It can be fun the first time, but it doesn't last long.

The revolution of Tekken is real, but not necessary. Tekken Revolution appears like the poor version of a great brand. In this case, the free price was the only right price.

A good remake of a classic platform game. The new graphics and the old school gameplay represents the perfect union of two different eras of videogames history.

Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition on iPad is the same great game that we already know on PC. Unfortunately, the touch-based control system cannot deliver the same experience granted by the mouse-keyboard couple.

The way Inazuma Eleven 3 has been published in Europe makes no sense whatsoever and ultimately sinks a good entry in a franchise which is really starting to get old.

Road Not Taken has its charms, but it's ultimately a very harsh and unforgiving roguelike puzzler that only ultra-hardcore players might enjoy.

Duke Nukem 3D: Megaton Edition is a piece of videogame history that should be experienced.

Super Galaxy Squadron is a nice, fun retro-style vertical shoot'em-up, with some great bullet hell moments and fourteen unique ships to choose from.

Dungeons 2 lack some deep in the RTS part, but compensate it with a good dungeon building section.

Verdun is a brilliant FPS made of mud, trenches and death. It's not perfect but it's still evolving and has a lot of potential.
