Earthworm Jim has not aged very much and this excellent remake still shows the timeless awesomeness of this character and his weird adventures. The game itself has quite aged actually and some features and mechanics make the experience more challenging than it should be. Nevertheless, Earthworm Jim HD is an enjoyable 2D platform game and a little bit of videogame history, a chance for newcomers to enjoy one of the best games back in the Sega Genesis age.- Multiplayer.it

Stan’s journey into the depths of the sea and his psyche is the last of a long series of video games dedicated to mourning, but fails to make a truly significant contribution. With a message watered down by mechanics completely avoidable in a context that would put at the center of the psyche of a tormented man and a sometimes forced insertion of basic information related to the (although interesting and commendable) theme of environmentalism, Under The Waves is a product that suffers from a clear lack of focus, as well as for the inclusion of elements taken from open world video games, with the probable aim of igniting the interest of a public accustomed to this kind and ferrying them in the depths of the North Sea. Unfortunately, however, these choices bring confusion and an unpleasant feeling of unhappy mixing in a product that struggles to find its own identity.- Multiplayer.it

Steel Diver: Sub Wars is a well made arcade shooter with some tactical gameplay. Its single player is rich and satisfying, and the online multiplayer is engaging and addictive. Onimusha 2: Samurai’s Destiny Remaster is exactly what it needed to be: a richer and more polished effort compared to the previous remaster of the first installment, one that more than adequately brings back a game that has aged better than we expected. Sure, the second Onimusha has its limitations — it's not exactly a narrative masterpiece, and some of its elements are still debated even today — but it remains a brilliant action title, highly enjoyable to play, and solid enough to still be engaging with only marginal changes to its system. In short, it’s an excellent return, one that deserves to be discovered both by long-time fans of the series and by those who’ve never had the chance to play it.- Multiplayer.it

It's impossible not to perceive Little Nightmares VR: Altered Echoes as a huge wasted opportunity. This is because, despite the project's solid foundation, it never manages to capture the attention of the player, even becoming boring during the two hours it takes to complete. Altered Echoes reflects the current VR gaming industry. An industry that, after innovating the language of video games, has reveled in the same gameplay mechanics for years, hiding its flaws behind famous brands or iconic comic book characters. Yet, this time, it wasn't enough. Bandai Namco's franchise wasn't enough to create a title worthy of attention, destined to end up in the generic melting pot of VR horror games. This, however, shouldn't be seen by software houses as an "end," but as a "new beginning."- Multiplayer.it
