Windjammers 2 is an excellent title that manages to hit the target in full, realizing what it proposes: to be the sequel that Windjammers has never had, taking back its playability and joy. Incredible how the developers have managed to not sacrifice anything of the nature of the game, while improving it in every aspect. Need some more content? Perhaps, but already in this way we guarantee that you will struggle to detach yourself, especially if you have someone to play with, offline or online.

Lushfoil Photography Sim is a relaxing video game, crafted with love and care, capable of evoking memories or introducing players to incredible new places. Matt Newell has managed to make the act of taking photographs playful as well, thanks to some clever ideas and a sort of "treasure hunt" like searching for specific shots and artifacts within the virtual world he created. It’s certainly an original and one-of-a-kind experience, one that evocatively shifts between a walking simulator and an intriguing virtual photography course.

Despite the minimal challenge, Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe is a pretty nice experience, especially for beginners - adults or children, or (better) adults with children. Even the minigames are fun, particularly in multiplayer. Anyway, even if it's slightly better, it offers an almost identical experience as Kirby: Star Allies, published five years ago.

WWE 2K26 is without a doubt the most content-rich entry ever produced by 2K Games for the series, thanks to a massive roster, new match stipulations, and a robust set of modes that could keep you busy for hundreds of hours. The Showcase dedicated to CM Punk is genuinely enjoyable and entertaining, while MyRise can't rely on a storyline as compelling as last year's. Meanwhile, The Island once again highlights the issues of a scenario that proves surprisingly difficult to manage for a game that continues to experience ups and downs, both on a technical level and - above all - in terms of gameplay.

Gears of War: Reloaded represents a very important step in Microsoft’s current strategy, marking the beginning of a path that will inevitably lead to a multiplatform launch for the highly anticipated prequel Gears of War: E-Day. Amerzone: The Explorer's Legacy is an excellent remake, in every respect. The modern graphics do justice to Sokal's vision and please the eye of today's gamers. Each gameplay section has been expanded with new puzzles. In addition, there are two difficulty levels and also a gradual clue system that allows players to never get stuck. The original work is not Sokal's best, that's for sure, as some of the puzzles are a bit too simple even for those who are not experts in the genre, but this is certainly the right version to play, both for new and old fans.

Dynasty Warriors Origins may only be a small step for action games, but it's a huge leap for musou. Omega Force has finally created a title that harnesses much of the immense potential of this unique action subgenre—a game where the flow of battle influences gameplay more than ever, where a bit of strategic thinking is required, and where difficulty progression is truly satisfying (as well as incredibly scalable). Of course, to achieve this, the team had to start from scratch in many aspects, losing some important elements along the way, first and foremost the variety provided by the character roster. Even with its flaws, however, Origins remains a valuable and crucial action game, as it could serve as a solid foundation for all future titles in the genre. It was about time.

Assassin’s Creed Shadows is a gigantic and sumptuous open world, overflowing with activities, missions, collectibles, and events that can entertain players for dozens upon dozens of hours. Feudal Japan is, moreover, depicted with meticulous detail and historical accuracy that radiates an extraordinary dedication and a boundless love for that setting. On top of all that, the two protagonists manage—despite everything—to be genuinely well-developed in terms of gameplay. But when you put so much on the table, it’s easy to overdo it, risking an overwhelming experience—and that’s exactly what happens in terms of repetition and balance of difficulty and progression. Shadows is, in short, the perfect embodiment of the Assassin’s Creed saga that fans want to play. And that is both its greatest strength and its biggest curse.
