DmC's definitive edition confirms all the good qualities of the original game, enhancing it thanks to the increased frame-rate, Turbo Mode and new difficulty modes. We would have liked to see more original content in it, but it remains yet the best action game available on Xbox One as of today.

The Xbox 360 version of the game is ruined by bad graphics and a flawed combat system, while some aspects like the great, multiple-branching story will delight many players. Despite its problems, Dragon Age: Origins remains the only good "old style" RPG on this platform, so if you're looking for something like this you should give it a chance.

It highlights the authors' love for action movies such as John Wick or The Matrix, thanks also to several references found in the new Arena mode, which further extends an already excellent longevity. If you feel like putting yourself to the test and do not fear a rather high level of challenge, it's definitely recommended.

The Alters is a deep, emotionally resonant experience that blends engaging gameplay with sharp writing and rich character work. Despite some rough edges and repetition, it stands out as one of this year's most compelling and successful releases. Its ability to challenge the player’s conscience outweighs its flaws, proving that emotional impact can matter more than mechanical perfection.

If it wasn't for the poor online experience, Mortal Kombat would have been this gen's king of fighting games. The sheer quantity and quality of contents is staggering, greatly above genre standards, and the return to the series' proven 2D gameplay make this game a must buy for every fighting games lover.

An an usual game, with a mature and touching plot in a fantastic and dangerous world. You'll need some time to get used to the unique double-character control system, but that's a tiny gem you shouldn't miss.

SF III: Third Strike Online Edition manages to offer the same awesome feelings of the original game, together with a rich set of extras and solid online gameplay.

Ninja Theory succeeded in re-imagining a storied franchise making it fresher while keeping it very satisfying to be played, and the new Dante proves to be a successful character: we love his new boastful, poser British style. It could have been a bit longer and sported better graphics, but it's surely a suggested buy.

Probably the best Dragon Ball game to date but one of the best fighters around too, with a highly deep yet accessible combat system, stellar graphics and lots of anime references.

We liked all the sea based activities: battles are challenging and deeper than before, underwater wrecks exploration is a nice addition and every pirate stories fan will find much to like here. Nevertheless, with Black Flag the series shows some fatigue especially in the ground sections like combat and the free-running mechanics, leaving us hoping for a strong overhaul starting with the next game.

A welcome improvement of the original game with a more distinctive and catchy visual style, local multiplayer, a great tracklist and better movements tracking. We're still missing online play, though.
